I kind of struggled to write this review. I have had good experiences in the past, however I felt this experience to be very strange and disappointing. My massage therapist sat on the bed with me while, audibly yawning a few times during my session. She never once used a soft voice to alert me of pressure changes or to turn on my back. It was loud for a spa environment and a less than therapeutic experience. There were other details that I noticed that other massage therapists do (there and other places) that she did not bother to do but I won't go through those details. This therapist just didn't take the time to make the experience a good one. The pressure was fine but it was the lack of bedside manners that made it hard to enjoy the experience. Then I heard her adjust the timer during my session...checked my phone after my session and of course I was shorted 5 mins. By the time I got dressed, paid, and got to my car, it was that time my massage should have been completed 3pm. No one at front desk bothered to ask if I enjoyed my experience as they normally would.. Advice: if you're tired do not book massages for the day. You don't know what people are going through to make time for a personal massage. The least you can do is show up, be professional and go the extra mile for clients.

I have been a patient of Manotick Massage therapy for over 10 years and I have consistently had nothing but great experiences! Eric has always been my therapist, but at my last visit I was unable to get an appointment with him on the day I was available. An appointment with Melissa (Oitzl) was available and yet once again, I left completely satisfied and feeling very relieved! It's great to know I have another great match for my massage needs! Mel was very knowledgeable and has a very extensive background in the health field and her knowledge goes above and beyond.The renovation/expansion looks gorgeous, and the therapists here are honestly the best I have ever experienced. Thank you to the whole team -I appreciate your skills and professionalism. Looking forward to seeing you again soon!

I was recommended Manotick Massage by my boyfriend! We both work physically demanding jobs and are on our feet all day so by the end of the work week everything hurts. I made an appointment with Laura and my service was phenomenal, she went above and beyond to make sure I understood why I was experiencing pain in different areas and what was causing it from my work. She gave me exercises and stretches to do, and was overall a very kind and comfortable RMT! I felt very safe with her.

This clinic is on the pricier end. But you don’t necessarily get what you pay for! I had a session with Alex. He has strong odour of cigarettes and his hands shaking while giving me a massage. I asked him for a full body massage also to work on my chest muscles and glutes, he got me to sign another consent form for the sensitive areas. And still he didn’t worked on the areas at all. So all and all I didn’t have a good experience and won’t go back.

My experience has been very positive. Professional staff. Clean and safe environment. And excellent massage therapy. I have seen two massage therapists there who are both excellent. One therapist provides reflexology and other modalities in her services, which I really needed and appreciated. This is my go-to place for massage therapy.

I have been a client of Melissa Rankin’s for over a year now. She is amazing. I would highly recommend her and Manotick Massage. Always friendly and the new expansion and renovation is beautiful. The colours and welcoming reception areas as well as the new decor in all the rooms is exceptional. Reception is always quick to respond and the online booking option is so helpful.

The Manotick Massage centre is a wonderful place to visit for my regular appointments, it's where I've been going for the past few years. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The recent renovations in 2019 have expanded the place much larger and the decor is very welcoming and modern! I really enjoyed being there! But most of all I am SO IMPRESSED by my favourite massage therapist Stephanie Ferguson who is amazing at her profession. She has the magic touch and knows all the right moves to bring my tension to complete relaxation. I definitely recommend the Manotick Massage Therapy Centre to anyone in the area looking for a regular place to get massages!
