Stephanie Simpson, my physiotherapist is totally amazing - she's the best! Stephanie is very knowledgeable, competent and compassionate. She is kind, gentle and cares so much for her patients. Stephanie is always thorough when answering questions and always explains the process. The physiotherapist assistants Temi and Cole are caring, friendly and competent. The entire team is awesome. Thank you so very much for the extraordinary care.

Great session with Jennifer for my 14yo sportsman son who has had nagging but intermittent knee pain for a while. Jennifer saw issues immediately that I had never noticed, reassured my son that the issue was being addressed early, and proposed a great, clear plan to remediate - with fast follow-up arranged before we even left the clinic & despite her busy schedule! Jennifer was very professional, very pleasant, working at a good yet comfortable pace making sure that my son was following - really made him comfortable and looked after him very well! Beyond all that, Jennifer queried his sport, his position, what he's been experiencing on the field, told him precisely how the exercises will improve his performance - turns out that she is super knowledgeable about his sport, even telling us about athletes originating from his academy! Especially appreciated the mention of a successful female soccer player - the more role models the better & great educational message there. Really, really pleased and grateful to have found Jennifer and to be able to count on her help and support as my son progresses in his sport! Thanks!

Very professional Physio therapists. Friendly, welcoming and respectful. From the beginning I knew that they would make me feel better and they did. I liked the way they gave me tools to work from home between visits. Answered all my questions. Loved the experience and will go back if I need more treatment later. Loved all the employees there from reception to assistants to the therapist. Special thanks to Stephanie. The building is well situated with ample parking.

From the front door when you’re greeted by Sarah to the back of house working with Jennifer. I feel very fortunate to have been referred to ProPhysio and Jennifer specifically. Jennifer is professional, she explains each movement and why we’re doing it, encouraging, always positive and patient. I never feel rushed, I’m comfortable asking as many questions as I have. Very professional office of Pro Physio. Reception staff are always courteous. I appreciate the email reminder for appointments. As for my physiotherapist Jennifer, she is amazing. Very thorough and knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain the source of the pain and course of action. This is the second time that I see her, to treat two different injuries and I made tremendous recoveries!

I've had TMJ problems for many years. Recently, it became much more painful. Physiotherapy has been effective in relieving the pain. My physiotherapist Jennifer was professional and caring. I had extreme sciatica pain and hardly could bend, sleep, sit or walk. Emergency doctor advised to start physiotherapy immediately. I visited the Jeanne d'arc Pro Physio at St. Joseph Blvd in Orleans. After few visits with them I felt improvement. In few weeks of physiotherapy I got complete recovery. I have been continuing the exercises at home which they provided to strengthen my back. My physiotherapist was Vishwa Lakhlani. I recommend their services.

The team at Pro Physio & Sports Medicine Centre Jeanne d’Arc were incredible. I was treated by Vishwa for a knee injury, and she was extremely professional, personable and very knowledgeable. Vishwa was clear in her explanations and instructions, making the recovery process smooth. Highly recommend!
