I hate that this is the grocery store closest to my home. The cashiers are beyond rude especially if you ever have the displeasure of using the self checkout. God for bid I need assistance or ask for a reusable bag… the eye rolling and obnoxious exhales of specifically 4 employees working the self checkout/check out lanes in the evening are beyond infuriating. Do not except to be treated like a human or with even the smallest amount of politeness. I have purchased products countless times only to return home and find out they are months past the best before date. I also do not understand that with 4 to 5 cashiers present in the evening all checkout lanes are closed and I must use self checkout ? I’m assuming this is to avoid doing any physical work or heaven forbid provide an ounce of customer service.

We were in the area and figured we would stop here to save time. The selection of meat, specifically steak, was disappointing at our recent visit. Other than that it was a typical grocery store.

Everything is expensive, the cooked food they make in the store is over salty, so salty, that you need to drink about 3 liters of water after a lunch you bought from them.

The longest lines compared to the other grocery stores in the area, seems to be understaffed. Update: I wanted to buy a small amount of Parisienne potatoes (leftovers). The lady warned me that they will be "too expensive". Why? - I have to put them in a "small box" and charge for the full box (see the photo below). - But you are going to throw them away anyway in a couple of hours, can you charge by weight? - No! - was the answer. I decided to buy them anyway to expose how some stores could be "nice". The lady did not have the name tag, but I am sure that the manager could figure that out from the time: Thursday, Feb 1, around 5:15 p.m. I am not bloodthirsty, but...

Good size, lots of space. Friendly staff. It has a homely feel

Very clean and easy to find things and maneuver around. Prices can be a bit higher than other grocery stores but sometimes worth it when you find something special. I love their 7 grain salad and the Dr. praegers California veggie burgers and the English toffee bakery cookies.

Why is the chicken almost always rotten at this location? It's still well before the "expiry date" but the chicken has clearly gone off a while ago. Are they printing false expiry dates? A large grocery store with a wide selection of foods, produce, meats and deli items. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Decent store. Clean. But if I can't find something and the staff aren't able to find it either. I think more training for newer staff, at least they're friendly.

Overpriced and not a super clean store. Convenient location however. Both times I have gone in I have left without buying anything. The prices are ridiculous.

This store should be ashamed of themselves.. I purchased a fresh turkey for family day.. upon opening the turkey is was so bad ot filled the entire house with a smell of rotten eggs.. I called the store and the deli manager seemed to think that was normal and casual requested I put that rotten turkey in my car to drive 30 minutes back to the store to exchange for another turkey . Like I would want another. Disgusting !

Good selection for groceries, decent prices for most meats but other things are way more expensive than other stores. Good stop if you need strictly just groceries (food)

They don't have enough cashiers and mostly you have to do self checkouts but their self checkout system is not intuitive and a lot of bugs and you need to get assistance after scanning each item. But store itself as very clean, full of stock, bakery was good and staff was helpful.

Great place to do your groceries. Prices are decent and they always have plenty of stocks. No bad experience so far, put 4/5 as I didn’t experience all the services yet

I miss Marks Work Warehouse. I'm living in the US and I always try to visit when I'm home.

I shopped at this centre for a couple of things. There is the Lapointe fish ret and sushi restaurant d my family really enjoyed that. I also like the show selection at Tootsies show store, good confortable boots and usually a sale to make it not so expensive.

Nice stuff here but not as much for the xx size man.

Mark's Work Warehouse is my favorite clothing store. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I love their online shopping and in-store pickup at any location. Makes life so much easier.

They unfortunately had to throw out so much food there should be an emergency clause that states stores can be given away under the emergency measures act and therefore they would be protected from litigation. The real winner would be the everyday consumer that needs food

A good selection of stores for a wide variety of consumer. Deserres, great for artists. Vera's, best burger joint in town, bonus that they are also a butcher. Solid meats, solids soups, get your stocks. Mark's, good for those hard workers, great clothing. I personally never used this gym, but it looks good. The Winner my wife has been to and she finds whatever she is looking for always. Finds some hidden gems.

It's fine, and that's good. Nothing particularly remarkable, it's a little short of the really nice Metro on Merivale. Usually stock levels are good, and staff are nice. But those self serve machines...those are the most finicky and frustrating to use ones I've ever used. Doesn't recognize your own bags, thinks you've put in ghost items, takes too long until ready to scan the next item, the list goes on. Usually I prefer self-serve...these ones make me want to go back to a cashier.

Not far off from the grocery store (Metro) is a Giant Tiger, Quizno's, a Mark's and an LCBO. Across the street in the other mall there is a gaming store, two thrift stores and a pizza pizza. Overall this section of Bell's Corner's is pretty fun now. And everything is right next too the 88.

Today was my first time ordering sth from too good to go, it was from metro 1811 Robertson ottawa, 3 box of salad that already passed a week from their expiry dates, I thought it directly because they were gone bad , worst experience ever

The other day, I went to my local Metro, to buy some salmon for my dinner. I looked for it in the section of the store where I thought it would be, but I couldn't find any. It looked like it was all sold out. Since I needed some, I knocked on the door of the butcher's employee area. A young man with glasses came out and we chatted, I got his name, Shamus. He sold me a roast salmon that was just delicious. I was so delighted with his service that I wanted to write this review. He was very kind and helpful, and his service was a perfect 10/10!
