Service was amazing. A great blend of help and step back. Remembered my name! Felt genuine. Sale rack was great. Love the ease of moving through the store. Racks are not overstuffed (hurting my shoulder). Style variety ranges from simple/plain to fun/wild. I received gifts for Christmas from there from both friends and family so to me they must be broadly appealing. I love their playful pottery!

I was having a hard time finding a dress to wear to my sister's wedding, and I found one here that I really loved, but they didn't have my size in stock and online it's on backorder. They were able to track down the correct size in Montreal store and are having it shipped to directly to me! Very thankful for them going above and beyond because the wedding is only a week out at this point! I already loved the store because it consistently looks and smells amazing, but that extra help finding the dress has won my heart. On top of that my partner, mother-in-law, and I had such a great time shopping and chatting with the team. Thank you to Rideau Centre and Brossard for the exceptional service!!

This is an interesting store with an extremely curated list of products trying desparately to be unique and one of a kind, while being a cookie cutter version of the same store no matter where you go. A deeper look into the products and even the decor/displays shows that beyond the initial impression, it's not as unique or worth as much as the price tag.

I had an amazing experience today on October the 6th, 2022, the lady I forget her name but I think it started with a T haha she wrapped the items I bought as gifts, I found quit a few things, a lot was on discount, price is good for quality, and store is well organized, and cleaned. I am a big fan thank you!! : )

Beautiful store, product is amazing from clothing to accessories. What drew me in was how beautiful it smelled from their gorgeous candles and eye catching displays. Teresa and Chloe are the best of the best when it comes to retail employees. Well done ♡

I signed up for mailing list for coupons because my wife wanted a few things from here. Long time since I signed up for anything like this, and notibly the first time I had to input my phone number. Reluctant I did so, and ever since for the first time I am being inundated with spam phonecalls, fraudulent texts, and people adding me to contacts. I regret ever having anything to do with this company.

I have always walked by Anthro, because I really didn't know how to dress myself in there...thankfully they have Holly there! Best customer service I have experienced in a retail worker. From the moment I stepped in she was super helpful, knowledgeable and completely transparent. I have since come to her for styling/product suggestions, and she has always gone out of her way to help. I am waaaay poorer since discovering Anthropologie, but I feel much more fashionable. ❤️

I have always felt that Anthropologie is part clothing store, part art museum. When my spouse and I are at the mall and she wants to stop in at Anthropologie, I always find it enjoyable to be in there (vs. feeling like a petulant child who can't wait to leave).

Called the Ottawa store to ask if they had an item in store and the person on the phone didnt know, so they went to check... turns ou t they did and held it for me. Went to the store and the girl at the cash was one of the most pleasant sales persons I have ever dealt with... if more sales people were like her I would shop online a lot less.. I did not get her name but her cashier Id on the reciept is 218587

I'm always very impressed with the quality of the items I buy from Anthropologie. Lately I've been buying furniture and housewares from the US side and having it sent. I really wish Anthropologie would re-open a furniture outlet in Canada. The style and quality is so great! Please come back to Canada! Also, I once had an issue with two different sized panels for curtains and the customer service was amazing. They went above and beyond to help me out.
