Finding shaving and waxing to be both time-consuming and long-term expensive (the waxing, at least), I recently decided to invest in laser hair removal. I had done some online research and, based on excellent ratings and reviews, and on its location in a wonderful neighbourhood that just so happens to also be my neighbourhood :), I decided to book a consultation at Concept Medical. I'm glad I did because I've now gone in for my first laser hair removal session and was delighted at how quick and painless it was. Their office is elegant, calming, cozy and modern, and their staff are professional and kind. I am looking forward to my upcoming sessions, and to the time they will soon save me in skincare/prep :)

First time client and highly satisfied. Due to the covid restrictions, Dr Hetz conducted the consultation virtually via FaceTime. He addressed all my questions and concerns patiently and thoroughly. I am positively impressed with his friendliness, professionalism and expertise. On the other hand, the post-appointment customer service is excellent. Lynda and Meagan were very supportive with the fulfillment and delivery of my medical grade products. They have been cordial and given the extra mile by ensuring a fast delivery of my products (a personal request.) I am already looking forward to having my next appointment. Recently had an appointment at Concept Medical which could not have been a more pleasurable experience. The clinic is like walking into a well appointed spa, inviting and welcoming. Representatives of CM are friendly, kind, respectful and most helpful…they cannot do enough for their clients to make them feel comfortable and relaxed! They certainly are all about customer service while going the extra mile for clients. The medical aesthetician briefed me fully on the procedure allowing breaks when needed. All and all a most pleasant experience. Highly recommend this facility.

Sorry for the name (so ‘s account). This wonderful place was everything I had hoped for. It’s stunning when you walk in, very beautiful place decor wise that I was so impressed with. The girls at the desks were on the ball, friendly and helpful. Candice is a pro and really provided me with a thorough assessment and recommendations were within my budget and comfort zone. She suggested a serum that made such a difference to my skin post treatment. Couldn’t be happier and I really feel my money was well spent. I am 2 treatments in out of 4 and am starting to see results. Would recommend!

I've been coming to Concept Medical for a few years, the entire team from the moment you walk in is very welcoming and professional. They carry the best products on the market and are always innovating to bring new technologies and procedures to Ottawa. The team provides very fair and honest feedback to ensure you have the clinical treatments for whatever you need. Their new office is an entire building and it has plenty of parking. It's so accessible with shops and restaurants surrounding it so you can run errands or grab a bite after your appointment.

I came here today for Botox for excessive sweating and it was a great experience. The rooms are big and very clean, and the parking lot in the back takes the stress out of transportation. Dr.Hetz was very kind and answered my questions so nicely. The nurse who I believe was Jennifer was extremely kind and made great conversation. Her injection method was the least painful I’ve had, out of all of the procedures I’ve had for excessive sweating. Very quick and easy. She is possibly the best nurse I have had in my entire life. I plan on returning when the time comes again. Most of the time when I go into cosmetic medical practices, I feel like I am treated differently than other patients/less than ( maybe because I’m younger?) I had such a great experience here and felt seen. Thank you!

I went to the clinic for my first ever Botox injections and fillers and Dr. Jackeline was amazing! She was so sweet and walked me through the whole process, answering any questions I had. The whole process from start to finish was seamless, she always checked in with me and made sure I was feeling okay through all procedures. I recently had a Sylfirm X and under-eye PRP treatment done at Concept Medical, and had an amazing experience. I started my treatment with nurse Jennifer who did my blood draw for PRP, she explained to me the process of PRP in detail, which was very much appreciated. I then had my Sylfirm X treatment with Robyn. The treatment went very smoothly and was not painful at all. Robyn was great at explaining which setting she was using for different areas of the face. To finish off, I saw Dr Hetz for the PRP injections under my eyes. Dr Hetz really made me feel at ease and the injection process went really well. I am already seeing results and I feel the PRP made a huge difference for my concern area under my eyes. I highly recommend Dr Hetz and his team at Concept Medical.

I have been working with Jen for PRP treatments and all the staff have been super friendly. Jen is very informative and is not shy to answer any of my questions, even if I thought the answer was obvious. The environment of the building, right when you walk in, is super friendly and inviting. I have started to see some thickening in my hair and am very pleased with how I’ve been treated and the information I’ve been given about my specific treatment. If you’re wanting to thicken your hair for any reason, I highly recommend a consultation at the very least to get information!

Impeccable customer service. Beautiful location. I visited in March 2021 for Lip filler with Dr.Hetz. I have always had relatively full lips, but noticed over the years a bit of an imbalance, deflation between the upper and lower. I was looking for a fuller and balanced natural effect, and that's exactly what the result was! Extremely happy and highly recommend!

Whether you speak with Fatima or Candace, Megan, Pam or Victoria, or any other person there, you get the same service, which is informative, NOT pushy in anyway, polite and overall, just welcoming. Not once was I made to feel ashamed or inferior in anyway if I said something wasn't in my budget. When discussing skin care, we it wasn't about having me using every single product, it really was detailed to what I was interested in, what I felt I could afford and then lots of info on why products were recommended or not recommended or which to use with what and why. I also get laser hair removal and have past experience with it. WOW is all I can say. It has been outstanding and again, I have been given so much information! Fatima has been so amazing, and after each session, always reminds me of ways to connect with her if I have any questions too. This process has been completely stress free as everyone is just so nice and non-judgmental! I have been going here for laser hair removal for about 6 months so far and have had a very pleasant experience. 10/10 recommend coming here! It is definitely a little more on the pricey side but I feel like I am getting what I paid for.
