The listening ear of Dr. Vivianne Fortin was everything for me. She explains what she's doing, actively listens, and doesn't rush. I have not been pressured into buying anything. Dr. Vivianne Fortin is the best and only chiropractor that has worked on my work stress related back problems. I received several treatments from Dr. Fortin at this clinic, for back pain and left lower back pain. I was immediately impressed with her ability to assess and isolate the reason I was experiencing discomfort and, in turn, target the area during treatment. I noticed a huge difference right away, with improvement continuing over time with targeted treatment. Dr. Vivianne made a massive difference. If I could hug Dr. V Fortin I would but COVID will not allow. VERY happy and would highly recommend.Thank you so much!!!! 5 big stars! I initially came to South Ottawa Chiropractic Clinic to find some relief for my tinnitus using acupuncture. After an in-depth consultation, Dr. Vivianne Fortin quickly realized my cervical and TMJ issues. 24 hours after my first session using chiropractic and acupuncture methods my tinnitus had dropped by at least 20% !! Subsequent sessions gave more relief and cervical movement. I will keep returning for maintenance with Dr. Fortin's bubbly personality and highly knowledgeable expertise. Kenneth

Dr. Fortin has been absolutely patient amazing and very knowledgable and has given me back a quality of life. I have been an agonizing pain for 10 months, not able to walk or stand for more than 10 minutes after a couple of months of treatment. I’m somewhat back to normal and on my way to recovery..

I have been seeing Dr Douglas Creaser for more than 6 years and I am very satisfied with his service. If there is an urgent problem, he can fix it right away. In addition, it's easy to schedule an urgent care appointment with him (but not in November-December), and you don't need to wait for weeks to see him.

I've been going to this clinic with my two teens for a couple years now to see Dr. Creaser. He's always attentive to whatever our pain is on that particular day and gives excellent care. He's funny and personable while still being knowledgeable and professional. The reception staff has always been friendly and helpful as well.

Dr. Fortin is fantastic. I recently switched clinics so its closer to my home and I am really impressed by her adjustments. They are very precise and tailored to you. She's very charming and knowledgeable (I appreciate learning the science on the prop) and spends a really good amount of time addressing your symptoms and underlying issues, you leave feeling immediately better where many others they give you a quick 5 minute adjustment and flip you to the next patient. Bonus: Before your treatment, the staff give you a 5-10 minutes roller massage to prime your body to receive the adjustment! Honestly, I didn't get this anywhere before. I highly recommend Dr. Fortin and her team, they're all very professional and cheerful.

Without a doubt Dr. Vivianne Fortin has been an exceptional tool for my healing process. My daughter and I have been under her care for months now, and we are relieved with the results.
