Security peeked on me while I was in the stall thinking that I was smoking, I wasn’t. Security guy did not apologize. Manager was on the security’s side. Terrible service and management. Anyone thinking of going to this place should reconsider as they obviously do not respect customers’ privacy.

The worst experience EVER. Night began with the bouncer harassing my best friend after she paid cover and he threatened to kick her out when she asked for her stamp. This club treats black women TERRIBLY and called my friend a slur hard R. I'm sorry I gave this place another chance after a terrible first experience. The vibes and crowd it attracts is awful. Stay FARRRRRR away from this club if you are a black woman.

Not a club to visit. We spent over $500 for booth + bottle service and were not able to get our entire group of people in because they treat booth + bottle service the same as those that are walking in. 40+ minute wait outside. It was my first time at this establishment and will not be going back. Not worth your money.

Not a safe place to be…. Not at all… My friend got harassed and when we went to security, they did nothing about it.

This is by far the best place to be in Ottawa. My expectations were surpassed! Great music, electric atmosphere, reasonably priced drinks. I love the safety and security protocols as well. It was fun but earpiercingly loud and they didn't let us put 2 coats on one hanger.

Small place to dance for night club. Worst DJ ever seen in my life, always switch song when people having fun. I didn't see any good things about that night club, just avoid it.

The worst experience ever. The security personnel is so unprofessional. When they don't know you they give you hard time to enter....if you are in Ottawa for the first time don't try this place....worst customer service ever......

Nice club but someone also put ghb in my drink, not the clubs fault but stay safe if you’re there.

The decor was very pretty and spacious. The music is great, however the sound frequency was too high when we visited last Saturday night. We could not stay there for long... Also, it takes a while to fill up, so coming before midnight is not recommended. The cover is free for ladies and $10 for guys.

Went there for an event. Great lighting and vibe, but the place was overcrowded. The dance floor is in basement level so there is practically no ventilation. It was hot, humid, sticky, and suffocating. They really need to invest in the ventilation. Coat check-in was $9 but they accept debit cards.

One of the best clubs in O-town. The ambience is spot on and its very spacious. Very friendly staff.
