A bit boring no adult entertainment really. Food was bland looked pretty but you can tell in was yesterday's. I guess to stop food waste.

The reception and staff is critical. They asked for a “present” (money) so that they can put you in a better room. We gave him and he just said go that way for your room. Nobody helped us with our luggage, they even didn’t showed us where is our cabin and they are a lot. The food is not bad but small variety. Only two polls with not a lot of sunbeds. The Aqua park is nice but only a few girdles and you have to wait in line so that you can get one.

We loved this resort and the staff so much in 2019 we returned again this year. The barstaff remember us and were even more helpful and kind. Thank you to Ezzeddine we are so grateful to you for your professional kind service and you're always smiling. Chawki, Fares and Omar in the Lobby bar, Mohammed at the pool bar and Aymen at the beach bar you are always happy and so helpful. Each and every one of you work so very hard. My husband and I will be coming back to see you all next year, you made our lovely holiday perfect. The cleaners and kitchen staff all work hard too. Ali Baba thank you for the great quad bikes again. We really do feel like part of the One Resort family.

A party of 5 stayed at One resort aqua park for 9 days! One arrival reception staff weren’t very welcoming. We were given a room which was already occupied by other holidaymakers (having sexual intercourse which was embarrassing for both parties) when we complained staff didn't even have the decency to apologise and we got a new room after 2 hours!! Rooms were filthy all bedsheets and pillows stank! Towels were stained even though cleaners changed the towels everyday. Ants everywhere in the room, sink and shower disgusting! Food was terrible hygiene didn't even exist all tables sticky, cutlery dirty with food remains still on the cutlery, plates still had stains and remains of food. The only good thing about the hotel was the layout and it having 3 pools. Staff were friendly. Location of hotel was bad no restaurant or amenities near by. If you want to go out you need to take a 40-50 minute journey. Lastly, we all had an upset stomach and diarrhoea for the whole time we were here. By far I can say this was the worse holiday EVER! I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!

This is a nice hotel and I had a lovely holiday. Obviously, it’s not five star and there’s small things that could be improved with the quality of food, drinks and the amenities. Another small criticism is having people in the shops hassling you for money and overcharging for things like sunglasses and tote bags, not knowing the currency rates and being naive - we paid £30-£40 for a pair of cheap sunglasses and to be honest, it’s not cool to be hassled on site at the resort (it’s different in the Bazar). However; the staff, people and animation team and waiting staff are superb. Tunisian people are so nice and welcoming and friendly, they like conversation and getting to know different people - the beach staff, the games in the pool and the bartenders are all so helpful and friendly and they make you feel at home. I was impressed by the dedication of some people and it’s clear that they are all trained to be really customer focused. Also, a lot of the staff speak English, French, German, Russian and Arabic - so they are there to cater to every customer which is really impressive. The wine and beer is nice and the sea which is where the hotel is built on is beautiful. Special shout out to Jackson from the animation team, he does the water aerobics and he’s so interactive and fun and just an all round nice guy. He made the experience special, I hope staff read this and give my positive feedback to him.

Wonderful hotel, especially with kids. Big family rooms, lovely staff, very well stocked buffet. The entertainment team was THE BEST, loads of activities, organized sports (and sport equipment available, too), and real friendly. Awesome kids club, too. We had a fab time

Beautiful resort but rooms were started smelling of chemical and drains after 3 days into the holiday🥺 The food was nice but then one by one each of our party of 9 came down with stomach bugs. The general hygiene in the bars and restaurants really needs to be revised as most of the time cutlery, glasses and plates were unclean. The beach is beautiful and the pools are lovely we would visit again but only if hygiene improves.

When you arrive you fill in this card and get given a room key, if you arrive past 10pm you can't get any food though. The accessibility to get food is amazing as there is a burger place and ice cream and dessert area near the watermark which open at 11am and 12pm both close at 5pm. There are 2 pools in both there is entertainment, music and games in which you can participate. The food variety is great and they have a kids area inside of the restaurant, they sometimes play music in there during lunch and dinner time. Evening entertainment is good some nights and some not. There was a scummy change of shows where it was supposed to be The Greatest Showman, which they announced that would be the show at the pool entertainment. They changed it to a Tunisia show and tricked people. Other than that can't complain about the cleaning, but the co-ordination between the hotel was not great, the day we left we paid for a room extension so we could stay longer and at 3o clock the manager showed up and tried to charge us more for what we already paid for, bit scummy if you ask me. All round good though

The animation team Chris,Dali,Jackson, tayzon, fredy and Ali were amazing made my holiday, the whole park was great for the kids, can’t fault it will go again next year. Even took care of us when we had an emergency. If you have a problem with your room they will move you it’s not a problem to them. The only thing I would suggest is that you check under your bed for cobwebs as I had to clean them before my kids went to sleep.

So many previous reviews knock this place. Its a 1000 person family oriented cheap Hotel. Dont expect 5* service or food. For the price paid when u do the maths its absolutely fine. Sensible expectations & hygienic precautions will keep u safe & well. Tips are a way of life (10dr = £3.70). Every few days to ur waiter of choice & it makes a difference to the quality of ur stay. Many small improvements could be made but let's remember u go away for something different. Its a sprawled out but flat estate. Mainly ground floor Bungalows with half a dozen 3 floor blocks. Customer base is mainly Eastern European & Russian combined with a smattering of French, English & occasional German. Don't let that put u off. It makes for an eclectic & interesting experience. Let's be honest, u do not get cream of the crop from any Country here. Old adage applies: Hope for the best, Expect the worse, & take what your given. For the money u pay its absolute value, bring the kids its made for them & 100% safe. That really is what this Hotel is all about. Dont expect a quiet romantic place to yourself. Open mind & open Heart is the order of the day. Enjoy.

Horrible, terrible...... the dirtiest hotel that I have ever been to. Seats in lobby were disgusting, so I was afraid to sit on. There were very dirty stairs in aquapark and you can find a used lady tampon on them. Poeople had bug in their rooms. Tables, dishes and galsses were dirty an unlead so you worry to eat and drink. All equipement in hotel was damaged and un repaired. Do not go there !!!

Wonderful hotel: you don't even need to go to the zoo. All kinds of ants, flies and cockroaches are already in your room😍😍😍 What does service do with it? Gives you another room with the same problem😁😘

My stay at this hotel was deeply unsatisfactory due to a number of reasons. The absence of daily shampoo, unprofessional conduct by the staff both inside and outside the restaurant, lack of discipline among the cleaning crew, persistently cold water in my room despite notifying the management, and consistently hot beverages were all major sources of disappointment. However, I did find solace in the plentiful food offerings and the peaceful atmosphere around the swimming pool. Despite these positives, the negatives significantly overshadowed my experience. I sincerely hope that the hotel management takes these concerns seriously and implements necessary improvements to create a more enjoyable and fulfilling guest experience in the future.

Decent hotel for the price, although we did end up in the old room and they have some newly remodeled ones which look way nicer than the one we were in. Food was ok, kinda bland and pretty similar every day but theres something for everyone. Service overall was good but the people trying to sell you tours, pictures and things like that are very annoying and intruding, which is probably what bothered me the most. They dont care if your talking to someone or on the phone or anything they just start telling you something, very rude. Outside the hotel didn’t feel too safe as when we arrived there was army or every corner with guns and checkpoints, but its like that in all of the country. Most likely won’t be coming back but was an experience for sure.

Avoid. Overall there’s not much to do and it’s quite repetitive. Something went wrong everyday Room This is where the holiday went downhill as the rooms are ‘Pontins’ adjacent. We had a ‘refurbished’ room and it was filthy. The sleeping areas need a good scrub as they look like they haven’t ever had a proper clean. The bathroom was disgusting! It’s outdated and filthy. Wee and god knows what up the back of the toilet, hairs everywhere, mould, limescale, broken rusty drains in the walk in shower. Other guests had the same issue, even though these were ‘newer rooms’. The shower drain was clogged with hair so the whole bathroom flooded. The repair man fixed it but left previous guests hair everywhere and they refused to send a cleaner until the middle of the next day so we were unable to shower. One day we woke up at 6am to no hot water at all despite consistently running the shower. The younger man at the reception (Moslem) was horrid. He told us to run the water for 10 minutes (it had already been 25) and kept smirking and laughing at the issue and not listening or helping in anyway. After begging almost an hour for another room to just shower in we were shown to room 001 to use. It hadn’t been cleaned as there was litter strewn in the room and various belongings. The wet room had hairs and dirty towels all over it so we refused to use it and asked for it to be cleaned. Moslem laughed and told me to clean it myself (somebody else’s mess!!). We ended up having cold showers in our room and missing breakfast because we had to leave for an excursion. He definitely needs re-training in customer service or a career that isn’t customer facing Cleaning The communal areas were spotless. There were always grounds keepers tidying and collecting rubbish. The cleaning in the room however was basically nonexistent. The cleaner tried to haggle her way out of cleaning everyday and on the days she did clean she would walk a dirty broom with a dirty cloth over the floors (that was used for EVERY guest room on the grounds) and regularly gave us dirty pillowcases and towels (with hairs and blood stains on) Entertainment We loved the water slides and pools. My son loved the animation team - especially the 8pm kids disco and the foam pool party. The days are very repetitive spent by the pool or on the beach as there isn’t anything close by (we recommend booking excursions through the Ali Baba team on site). There are different themed evenings though (like comedy night, Michael Jackson night etc) but we didn’t go to these. Beach Small sandy beach with clear water and fish swimming at your feet. The banana boats at the beach (run by Honey) were so fun. There’s even a camel that walks up and down too Pressing service There are no irons available in the rooms so we opted for their ‘Pressing service’ to have our clothes ironed. Unfortunately, we were left without the majority of our clothes for most of the holiday because for the first two days we were told to leave our clothes in the bags provided to be collected (spoiler: they were not collected). The third day our clothes were collected and returned to us, untouched, in the bags they were given in. On the fourth day they were picked up again with the promise of being returned that evening but were not returned until the fifth day. The manager promised to have our clothes back before 7am as we had an excursion to leave for but the clothes arrived at 7.38am when we already left for the excursion. They didn’t look anymore ironed than before and were even more creased because multiple items were piled onto each hanger. I would have just preferred an iron to do it myself. Oh, and despite the manager saying the ‘pressing service’ would be free because of all of the hassle they tried to extort us into paying £££ for the ‘service’ on our last day. He also tried to smooth things over with the promise of a ‘free gift’ that would be left in our room that never happened

Really good experience, the food was always warm and nice. The animation team was superb, especially Sagon he really made an effort with all of the visitors and was brilliant in the shows as well as being a brilliant host.

Just came back from a 10 day holiday here and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The staff were the highlight of this, they were always so friendly and full of life - there's always something going on everyday from the entertainment team. The waiters & barmen were absolute stars as well, we were always greeted by them and they even remembered what drinks we like everyday and were super welcoming and friendly, we tipped them heavily for their wonderful service. My friend did unfortuntely have an accident dislocating his knee while playing volleyball here, but the staff handled it really well and took wonderful care of him. I really appreciated the hotel's first aid/doctor as he really helped my friend everyday. He went out his way to take us to the health clinic outside the hotel, took us to the pharmacy to get my friend's medication and also managed to order crutches for my friend too. No charge at all for driving out there. Thank you for taking care of my friend as you really helped made the rest of his holiday still enjoyable after his accident. The staff also managed to move my friend next door to mine and my partner's room so we were able to assist him more and he was also in a better location with wifi (his previous room was very far and had no wifi so he was unable to reach out to any of us due to that). Major respect to the hotel staff, wonderful people and I really do hope to return again with more of us next time. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Great value for money. Tunisian restaurant was great and animation team were amazing with the children. Down side was the mosquitos. Hotel should really spray rooms to assist. Also no heated outdoor pool. Enjoyable stay all together.

We had a great stay at this hotel - rooms very clean and spacious. Great with children to have the extra space. Food in restaurant was excellent and staff were great Mohammed in the restaurant looked after us very well. The teenage club was fab and Julia was amazing with our daughter who has special needs really made her feel welcome and she loved it. Aqua park was great and we loved the activities and coffee and crepes down at the beach bar. Only negative for us was not the hotel's fault but we were badly bitten by the mosquitos at night.
