Five stars for staff, very friendly, in spite of my poor Spanish and their poor English we communicated well. Safe free parking, location close to thermal baths. The place is very clean , quite small rooms, good showers, simple nice breakfast, hotel carries noise up to the floors quite easily, and with the excited Spaniards sleeping was a bit disturbed. Not romantic in any way but totally adequate and unpretentious and affordable. The address was incorrect on Booking. Com so we struggled to find it, interesting one way system around the place as well.

We had just arrived, receptionist was also working in the bar so had to wait - not her fault though, she was very friendly. What hotel does not have a laundry service? We were given inaccurate directions to a laundry service down the road but ended up in a dodgy street so didn't bother. We were booked for three nights (based on positive reviews) but only stayed one. The area was a dive and I'm not even that fussy. I just think that what you read and see in photos are not the reality.

Lovely room, with balcony and en suite bathroom. You couldn't check in before 3pm as there isn't a 24 hour reception. Took about half an hour to walk into the city but taxi prices are very reasonable. Friendly staff.
