My hubby and I went there the first time lastnight as we wanted to chill on a rooftop patio and have some dinner and cocktail after work. Place was packed. Thankfully we got a table upstairs. Those stairs are killer. Be warned lol. Service was a little slow but we weren't complaining considering how many customers there was compared to servers. The food was pretty good. I had edamame and a ruban sammie. My husband got the Italian sammie and stuffed mushrooms. Guessing everything would have tasted better if our food was warm. We won't fault the staff for that and we will be back to give it another try.

Sports bar and grill, open almost 365/year, always friendly service, sometimes one of the "wilder" spots of the suburbs if wild still exists in the suburbs 😆 Darts & pool are available.

Great service and vibes. Vegan quesadilla with vegan cheese and impossible meat.

Mercedes had a HORRIBLE attitude. I have never been talked to like she spoke to us from a server nor have I ever addressed my customers like this (Server/bartender of 8 years). Completely unprofessional. “Give me that”, eye rolls. We had to raise our hands to get her attention after waiting over 10 minutes with empty drinks… which I HATE doing I find it rude but how else are you supposed to flag down a staff member that won’t come back, made direct eye contact rolled her eyes and still did not come over to get our drink refills. Not someone I would want on my staff.

Fun sports bar atmosphere. Good food with great special deals. We went on a Monday for the KU championship game, so lots of deals on apps and drinks.

Went for $15 steak night. The steak was cooked correctly and was pretty good, four asparagus spears and a scatter of fries came with it. Worth a repeat because it's a good steak for a good price. Very loud. Tons of TV's. Service was adequate but they were extremely busy. Update: tonight service was really slow in spite of less customers than previous visits. We found a table for our semi-large group and sat. We waited a full five minutes before receiving menus. We asked if we could place a drink order because she took a few steps away after dropping a pile of menus in a stack on the table. Our waitress took our drink order and completely disappeared. We had to flag her down to take our order. Someone else brought our food. One plate was wrong, mine. But I just picked off the stuff I asked to not be there. We had to wave for our server to come back and bring us the extra condiments we asked for when we placed our order. Refills weren't offered. We had to literally wave her down for every interaction after taking our drink order. We had to ask for everything except silverware. I wasn't very impressed with the service tonight, but the food was outstanding. I'll still go back because I'm there for the quality food at incredible prices, not the hit or miss service.

Met a friend at.Maloney's for taco Tuesday for the first time. Nice bar establishment, the staff is friendly and attentive. The taco's are worth the price and they have a variety for every taste bud. Will definitely be back.

Good was great! Service was slow to start. It's about what you'd expect for a sports bar. The food was great though and the menu has so many unique options. This was my first time here but I'll definitely go back.

Robust environment, patron was only $9 a shot . Waitress was very nice . Food was good . Very college scene 🎬. Fish 🐠 and chips 🍟 were delish and hips . They give away their plastic cups, so you don’t have to secretly steal them. 😂😂

We recently had holiday happy hour in there. We were in a pinch to organize something for 50-70ppl. Maloney's rep was responsive and their group rates are pretty good. We hosted trivia and bar staff accommodated with turning down volume of music and tv.

I highly recommend the pork and macaroni and cheese special! It gets a little loud in the lower floor at times, but the upper deck can be rented out for groups and we had a fantastic Christmas party up there! Thank you to everyone that made that a wonderful experience.

High quality bar food at a very reasonable price. They're happy hour food specials are incredibly affordable and each night they have a food special which is great. Wonderful energy in the place and a fun staff. It's a Fine Place to watch any sporting event.

This place is absolutely amazing! I always have a good time while I’m enjoying some good food. My only issue is they took away the cottage cheese which was awesome as a side! Please bring back the cheese of the cottage 🙏

Great Place To Watch Sporting Events, from boxing to football to golf, and just about every sport in between; many folks are regulars that are like family to one another. Weekly specials include things like Taco Tuesday, where tacos & burritos, range from $1.25- $6.50+; fish, chicken, beef, steak, and several choices are offered. You can add guacamole, sour cream, rice, extra tomatoes, onions, lettuce, Mexican rice; plus many other choices, including specials on select drinks also. On Friday & Saturday nights, they have security at the door; and also regularly insures the inside stays under control and fun for everyone. Highly Recommend!!!!!

If you've never been here, and you like sitting on a patio, there's is maybe the best in OP! The staff is great, the specials are great, and the food is... also great! But the patio! The best. Upper deck after dusk, almost heaven.

This is my favorite place to eat and drink but service has gone downhill recently! Long wait times, incorrect orders, and mixups with the check!!

Nice place but not sure why they can't put a cone or something in front of the lot next door that looks like a good parking spot. Apparently every every car in that lot is towed one at a time every weekend. Cost almost $300 to retrieve my car. Story I got is that Maloney's had asked the lot owner to use the lot, they were told sure for a reasonable fee (lots require maintenance), and someone from the bar called the owner a disparaging name alluding to their religion, and that was that. What I was told anyway. It's a known issue, the no parking signs are hard to see in the dark, and it angers customers.

It's been a bit since we came here, and it was always great, but they really have gotten even better recently. Their house-made honey mustard dressing is amazing. The Saturday brunch was excellent. Their burgers are always a favorite. The wings, pizza, appetizers... all of these are things I would single out Maloney's for if I was in the mood for that type of food. They're that good.

They used have awesome breakfast pizza on the brunch menu. Now they have breakfast pizza rolls that are 90% dough, 5% cheese, and 5% toppings. We used to go there about every other weekend for the breakfast pizza. Now not at all. Their prices used to be reasonable on their wings normal hours and a great deal at happy hour. Now they are overpriced normally and reasonable at happy hour. We rarely go there at all anymore.

After reading the reviews for this place we really wanted to give it a shot, but sadly we were disappointed. We had gone upstairs to go the rooftop seating but it didn’t look as though it was open which was a huge let down because that’s one of the main reasons we decided to go there. When we sat down we were greeted by the waitress who was also working behind the bar. We ordered our drinks and an appetizer to start but still needed a minute to look at the menu for our entrees. 20 minutes or so had passed and the waitress still hadn’t come to take our orders and our appetizer hadn’t made it to us either. I was trying to be open minded considering the fact she had our table and others but also was making all the drinks behind the bar. I stopped being open minded when a tray of food came up and she told another waitress “that app is going to a table that is empty but it’s for my family so just leave it there”. Her family ended up showing up and again, before she even took our order, she went to take care of her family first THEN came to our table and asked if there was anything else we needed. We ordered our food and asked for an update on our appetizer. She said they usually take 15 minutes to cook and that the chefs were probably just overwhelmed. The app came and so did our food and there really wasn’t anything special about it. We asked for the check and what happened next really shocked me. We were getting ready to leave and the waitress then proceeded to get her less than a year old baby and take her behind the bar with her. AND was making drinks with the baby in her hand and serving them. We probably won’t come here again but just thought I’d leave our experience as something that can be learned.

Was excited to try the new Roasted Cauliflower app. But this for $9… and it was cold. Not impressed.

Sports bar with plenty of TV’s and outdoor seating. I wouldn’t say the food or service were anything to write home about. Basic bar food.

10/10 suggest. Maloney's has great food, great beer, and great service. The bathrooms are always clean, the service is quick, the food is good, and the prices are perfect. I 100% love this place. The upstairs outdoor seating is my absolute favorite. I havent had a bad server, haven't had a bad dish, haven't bad experience and I've been here fairly regularly over the past 6 months. There's minimal direct parking, but there's plenty of street parking. The happy hour is fantastic. Seriously suggest!

Good sports bar and the patio is fun when the weather is nice. They have Buffalo Trace which is hard to find if you like reasonably priced bourbon. I haven't had enough of the food to know weather to give it more stars or not.

Nice sitting outside. ( Except we had a Very loud car from the Repair shop across the street and a Harley that Actually Tried to take off quietly). Food a young server were great . Happy Hour made it almost perfect.

They have great food but whoever was cooking today adds too much salt. My French fries were completely covered and I couldn't even eat them. So as constructive criticism, lay off the salt please. If I need more, I'll use the shaker on the table. Dang it, I should have took a picture of how much salt because you probably think I'm just being a baby. It was too much salt.

This place is amazing! I'm a huge fan of Impossible burgers, and I love being able to get one at your average restaurant, not just a specifically vegetarian/vegan place. You can build your own burger, they've got a lot of toppings and sauces to choose from, and they've even got gluten free buns. No idea this place existed and it's less than a mile from my house! Great experience!

We went for a bite before a family thing and had a really good time. Food was really good (especially the fried pickles and dueling tots). Our server, Joshua, was excellent. What a great time.

👍👍 Recently enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Q39 South. We ordered two combination plates with ribs and brisket, but different sides (pictured). The ribs and brisket were fantastic. Excellent rub, cut, and bbq sauce! Our sides—Mac and cheese, fries, and baked beans—were also really good. The Mac and chees...
