This location was good. The staff was friendly. Gave a four because of Sounya, she was nice. There was barely any meat and cheese on the beef n cheddar. It’s not the workers fault. Would stop again.

I like how Arby's sends out coupons. The prices do seem high, but with the coupons it quite reasonable. The drive thru went by quick and the service was great. I like how Arby's is always trying out new things and making their menu better. The addition of crinkle cut fries was a great option.

8/28/2022 Last time I did a review the owner just said, thanks for your review. Hmmmm.....lets see if this one gets some attention. First off the assistant manager in this case was stellar and he deserves a pat on the back a raise or whatever you see fit. I went to Arby's and wanted to try the gyro for the first time so I ordered the turkey gyro. The only reason I called that I saw there was a big piece of plastic in my food was because I was taking the Tomato off. When I took my meal back to the store and the assistant manager brought it to the attention of the cook she replies "I bet that was delicious". No heffa it wasn't delicious and nothing that you're saying is funny because what if I had eaten it and choked. You all have some insensitive people working. I don't know if she made the gyro but she needs to be put on maintenance until she gets her act together.

Very frustrating to go through drive thru to pick up your order and they don't provide napkins. Had fries and sandwich, did not need a lot of napkins but 2 napkins would have been helpful and appreciated. Think like most people, start on fries as you drive to where you are going and no napkins in the bag. Food was hot, fresh and hit the spot.

Great service, great food and one of the ladies that worked there recognized me from my mail route and went out of her way to say hello! Great managed location!

Jazzy is outstanding!!! Aside from being the sweetest she does an amazing job and knows exactly what I want each day when I come through.

i have the app. i took advantage of half off of the purchase of a specialty limited offer black angus sandwich. it was really flavorful, tender, and juicy, but not so much that the sandwich fell apart. unfortunately, fries & a drink were not in my budget at the time.
