Absolutely scrumptious donuts and wonderful customer service!!

The donuts, are amazing and reasonably priced, the parking lot was tough to navigate around. But the store was wide open and welcoming with a nice Jayhawk in the middle! We got our donuts and payed quickly. Can’t wait to be back

I was eating Lamar's donuts when there was only the original store. This is our favorite donut shop. They do a great job and their donuts are so fresh. I love blueberry while others love the Apple Spiced. The best is still the Bavarian Cream Bizmark.

Best donuts in town . Top shelf and A1. Clean and friendly staff. Great place to sit and enjoy reading or online working while you enjoy their great donuts and coffee. These really are the BEST donuts and pastries in town, bar none. I challenge all to just try them. Have a cup of joe and relax, but get there early because they go fast. Enjoy the top notch service. Give them a try.

The donuts was very fresh very creamy, the Spanish lady works over-there is very very very nice, professional and friendly, highly recommended!!!

$26.43 for 6 paltry donuts. I'm not lying. You can get a dozen at Dunkin for $11. They've priced themselves out of the market. The donut case was full, not a single one sold, and at 7am I was the ONLY customer. I should've know something was up. Checked my receipt and was floored. The employee said sorry yeah, we raised our prices, and laughed. Never again.

They had trouble with the register so we had a long wait. But the donuts were worth the wait...lol

Showed up at noon and there were 6 glazed donuts only. Place closed at 4:00pm- I don’t get it. I can understand minimizing food costs but that’s ridiculous

Went on a Sunday morning and got what I suspect were day old donuts. Slightly stiff, frosting was hard and flaking off. There were even bare patches missing frosting. In other words, more what I would expect from grocery store donuts, not a dedicated donut store selling fairly expensive donuts.

Open until 4pm. Got here at 1130 and they had 6 donuts only one that was worth trying. So my kids and I split 1 donut. While we were still sitting in lobby another lady comes in and asks for donuts and the lady behind the counter offered her 2 dozen donuts to buy that were from a canceled order. Would have been nice to have been offered some donuts from that considering we shared 1 donut with 5 people.

Terrible customer service!! The lady was extremely rude!!! A while ago we stopped in at the end of the night and the lady put a bunch of donuts in our bag without asking saying "I'll just give you all these" and then charged us for ALL of them!! We didn't get a say in any part of it!!! Extremely pushy ! Today we brought a coupon that said 1 free donut per *customer* and even though there were two customers she would only let us have one! If it was only one donut per COUPON it would have said it. She yelled at me and had no patience when I tried to explain the situation. DONT GO TO this location unless you want to be ripped off!!

This place used to be great but now it is probably the worst place to get donuts. The last time I went it was over $20 for 2 donuts and a dozen donut holes, and they were stale. If management doesn't change their practices they will be going out of business soon. There are too many other places to get good donuts.

Went Friday purchased 12 small stale donut holes and 1 donut Bringing my total to over 10 bucks!! I wasn't impressed at all the donuts weren't fresh they tasted stale and old. The frosting was even flaking off! Donuts hard and stale! Now I wouldn't complain if this was a day old bakery or grocery store! But these are prices of gourmet donuts, So one would expect them to step their game up on the products they're putting out so proudly and make it worth the customers experience so they'll wanna come back

Wow! Amazing service! Amazing donuts! Even more amazing staff! Employees are so thoughtful and kind and loving. The donuts are perfectly made every time. I appreciate them opening at 4am to accommodate early mornings. Recommend to everyone I know.

Too expensive for the quality of donut these days. You can spend the same amount at Kolache factory and get protein and fruit fillings etc. Also you can compare to Mr Ds donuts in Shawnee who have fresh fair priced donuts, have not raised their prices and they’re family owned. If you arrive at this Lamars past 11 am they only have a couple odd flavored leftover donuts.

My elderly dad really loves these doughnuts, especially the Bismarck with Bavarian cream filling. Try to get here early as they tend to run out of doughnuts. I have never been here when there hasn't been a decent line. Adequate parking. Employees are nice and helpful.

So it’s first day of school and my kids ask for donuts. We are new to the area and Google showed there was this shop right by our house. I know I am in a pricy area of town but over ten dollars for three donuts is ridiculous. I could understand if they were actually gourmet donuts but these were very plain and slightly stale donuts. Frankly I have had a better donut from Walmart. My ten year old didn’t even eat his 🙄Needless to say I will NOT be back and don’t recommend this place to anyone.

There was a VERY kind woman there that gave me some donuts to get me thru for a few days while I was outside laying on the ground waiting for the next bus to come thru the following Monday. My absolute favorite donuts in the area, the maple ones are chefs kiss! My husband and I come as a breakfast date spot sometimes and I highly recommend it!!!

Lamars used to have awesome cinnamon rolls - they were huge! It was the main reason I would go there in the past. Now they are barely bigger than their regular donuts, and cost $4.57!! What a rip off - maybe it was just this location, but, I won't be back.

These are big ol doughy donuts. They have all the manifestations of donuts here -- glazed, maple icing, chocolate, twists, with and without sprinkles. They are hefty and lightly sweet, so it feels like a lot of bread. I chose an apple fritter, and it was bready and not quite done in the middle. They have cinnamon rolls that are gigantic. They are off a one way street, so approaching from the other way requires some planning. They have coffee and a pleasant seating area.

This Lamars location is very convenient and they do a great job of keeping FRESH inventory. Depending on the time you arrive the line can get very long; however, the staff is extremely conscious and will get you served and checked out as quickly as possible. It's also a hear place to relax and echo coffee or another beverage with tie donut, but due to social distancing, seating capacity will be dependant on when you arrive. Lamar's has great donuts so go spoil yourself!

Went at 9:15am on a Friday. They were almost completely sold out. Didn't even have the classic glaze which they are so famous for. I ended up getting their apple cake donut and it was amazing. I was extremely disappointed by the options available but the few I were able to get were delicious.

Got my order through doordash wrong and never corrected the issue. Really poor customer service. Donuts are great tasting, but more pricy than anywhere else with the same quality.

I really like the staff, but I feel the donuts should be organized so that what the customer sees at the front of the rack is the same as what the staff is picking at the back of the rack. I’ve gotten the wrong donut multiple times and don’t even realize until I get home. Also your icing recently has been really terrible and completely falls off of the donuts and makes a huge mess

This Lamar’s donut shop is a huge store. Nicest store I’ve ever been in! There’s are some thoughtfully placed tables, spaced far apart and some nook areas where you can sit and read, do some work, or just enjoy your delicious donuts! They have amazing donuts, the cinnamon rolls are my favorite! There are also many drink options.

Quick service, good donuts! Place is usually crowded weekend mornings, but I was there a little closer to noon today. Very roomy and comfortable at this location, 127th & Quivira. I know from experience that delivery is available from this location, as well.

Just... great, all the donuts are made fresh in the morning, and they close when they're out. This is great because other donut shops throw everything out at closing, so this solves that problem and is really eco-friendly. I would personally suggest the Bavarian cream lamars' bar, but they're all phenomenal.

Super fluffy delicious donuts. Honestly I love donuts and LaMar's did not disappoint.
