Dine in still not open, as a delivery driver, it would be nice to be able to stop for food without having to download an app. Had to beg to come in for the bathroom! It's about time to open up dine in or even carry out, this is ridiculous. One of the very few places left that you can't even ORDER inside!

Incredibly friendly staff, I love Chick-fil-A for this, and the taste of the food. Next level of fast food. So sorry it is closed for remodeling and there is no alternative around

Today was my first breakfast from CFA. The biscuit on my bacon, egg and cheese was wonderfully fluffy. The fruit cup was top notch; not a bad piece in the bowl. Even though the drive-thru had 2 lanes packed full of cars I got through pretty quick.

Pros: (1) Chik-Fil-A (2) Employees are friendly (3) The chicken is tasty (4) Had enough seating for us Cons: (1) I don’t each vegetables at Chik-Fil-A

This location used to be great. I’m not sure what happened. The line was extremely long and from my experience in the past, it always moves fast, but tonight I waited in line for about 30 minutes. I ordered 2 large shakes and a large cup of vanilla ice cream. When I finally got to the window they told me they only do small. I told them I’ve gotten large before. They said the haven’t done larges in about a year and a half. I asked if they could just used a fountain cup that is larger and they said they only do small. It basically was just argumentative back and forth and they weren’t willing to give me what I asked for. When I ordered at the screen and said larges, no one told me they didn’t do large. After asking for a manger and going back and forth with him, he decided to give me another small shake. Why not just put them in a bigger cup and add a little more? Then there would have been a happy customer a lot sooner! The line was held up even longer by this ridiculousness. They were unpleasant and not willing to do the right thing for the customer in the first place. It didn’t seem like the same Chick-fil-A it used to be. And then once I got to my destination I realized I didn’t get straws or a spoon. Photo is a picture of the small vanilla cup of ice cream (that was supposed to be a large) I ordered for my mom. It was about the size of a kiddie cup you might get at other places and took her about 2 bites to finish. Also- When I realized how long the line was taking I thought maybe it could be a staffing issue, but there appeared to be swarms of employees inside when I pulled up to the window.

I’ve said it before I’ll say it again this is the worst chick fil a in the world. I stop by far too often bc I work across the street but and have limited time on breaks to get food. My order is consistently wrong and the wait times are absurd and it’s just this location the one by my house has longer lines through quickly and efficiently and the food tastes better. In what world should 3 cars in front of me take 16 minutes?

I was having a bad day until I came to order, everyone had a positive attitude and treated me like a real person! Not many restaurants nowadays even care about your order much less your feelings. Food was amazing as well

We waited in line forever and my food was barely warm when I got it. I ordered a bowl of chicken tortilla soup for $8 and got one singular piece of chicken. I basically ate a bowl of beans and tortilla strips. It is also annoying that they close at 9pm now.

I used the drive thru this morning and they took out orders and everything was normal. Then we got to the window and were told we were waiting on the chicken burrito entree we ordered with the chicken biscuit meal we ordered. So we waited like 7 mins or so. Not horrible for the morning rush. Then I opened said burrito to find it was broken wide open all the way down and a lot of it fell out as I peeled the wrapper back. What a failure after waiting for something fresh. Attached is a photo of the mess. I mean burrito.

Why do you have two lanes going and only one person working the drive-thru. You make us stay with our windows down waiting until you respond and it's freezing cold outside but you're inside where it's nice and warm. You guys should have a light or something when you're ready to help us so we don't have to keep the windows down in the freezing cold.

This place is by very the nicest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Everyone was so nice and respectful. I even saw an employee stopping to play rock paper scissors with a child. I hope you choose this chick fil a

Manager jared (sp?) helpful and personally came up to cars during the busy breakfast hour to make sure we get our orders in. Went out of his way to check on the order inside when he didn’t have to. These type of folks are hard to come by these days—chick fila is lucky to have him. Keep up the good work

Love eating their Chicken, definitely recommend if you want to have some fun delicious fast food. Their Barbecue Sauce is the best, it is nice, sweet, and great with chicken and waffle fries. Have great ice cream as well. Always fun to stop by and have a great meal.

I went through the drive thru. This wasn't like the one close to where I live were there are individuals taking your order before you get up to the order board. The staff was friendly as I've come to expect and very quick. Good stop and as always my food was delicious!

The drive-thru line is VERY long, but they do have employees outside to tap in the orders. As are our most Chick-fil-A locations, the employees are friendly, and this location is NO different.

I went inside during the lunch rush today and the staff was amazing, very kind, and quick with their service. We quickly got our food and before we had even finished a long line of people had been able to order.

As always, Chick-fil-A never disappoints. Lunch rush is a bit crazy at this Johnson County location but the lines move quickly. Not to be a corporate stooge but I do recommend downloading the app. Some locations have an Express Lane where you can essentially jump to the head of the line if you use it. Unfortunately this location has no such lane so you are kept in general population with everyone else as you slowly zipper your way to the window. I recommend the spicy chicken sandwich and fries....and/or Mac and cheese.

Customer service is always top-notch! They are quick but very courteous. We were in and out in under 5 minutes. That was SUPER FAST, considering I had 5 separate orders. We'll definitely be back. Thank you.

This is the large fry we just pulled fresh out of the bag. Our other large fry was satisfactory. Unfortunately, this has happened multiple times, which is why I am mentioning it at this point. I would have gladly paid for a smaller size fry if you guys would have told me you didn't have enough to make my order complete, rather than pay for a large when it's not. Hope to see you correct this issue. The overall service from the employees is always great, but sometimes the food is not consistent, especially going out the window.

As always Chick-fil-A meets my expectations, a friendly and professional service, a clean place where the staff is constantly aware of cleanliness and where the food is always delicious... there is no doubt that this place always amazes me.

What an amazing experience I had this morning. I ordered the Chicken and biscuit and a large ice water the medium water is free but you can get a large for just 0.20. The young lady that took my order was kind and very prompt. I get to the window and there is no wait. The young man was kind and had a smile. This makes me happy as I popped in for breakfast before work. What an amazing way to start your day with great service, great food and a smile.

Chick-fil-A is a place founded on excellence. I don't know what stands out the most because everything is outstanding!. I love the chicken sandwich. The only nit to pick is the waffle fries. I wish they were a bit more crispy. I have to mention the service, it's top notch. There is no other fast food restaurant out there that even comes close.

Normally this Chick-fil-A does just fine with service, but today they screwed the order up soooo much. I asked for two fries, got none. They shredded a whole lemon to make the lemonade, got more lemon guts than ice. And they gave me a sandwich that I didn’t ask for and was lucky to check before bothering eating it; it had pickles in it, which I am deathly allergic to. Definitely not okay. Do better guys.

it was fast ordering and receiving food. Drive thru only, long lines but they had 2 lanes open with employees outside taking orders and taking oayments at the cars. Picked up order at window. Fresh and hot and Correct. AWESOME JOB GUYS!

My wife and kid loves this place. Amazing food which is very evident from the queues reaching till 135th street. Very friendly amd fast service from staff.

it was very good they actually had very nice car hops that were coming out to the car delivering it to people because the dining room was closed again but we waited a little while but they were moving pretty fast and our food turned out awesome

They didn't give me a fork for my Mac and cheese but everything else was good.

4x Number 1 meals and all were great. We were bringing some family members to chick-Fil-A for their first time. The staff was not their usual pleasant, efficient team. The ipad they take their orders on died and it took (no joke) half their staff to figure out the amount of change to give back. We’ve had plenty of great experiences before so maybe just a bad day, we assured our guests that this is certainly not typical.

I'm addicted to this place and have it at least once a week. The food is delicious and the service is always first class! They get my order right every time. It's worth noting that I'm not a fan of fast food but the atmosphere doesn't feel (and the food doesn't taste) like typical fast food. They go above and beyond what you would expect. It's like friends had me over for a meal. ☺️

Coming from an area of the country where they had a handful of the busiest chick fil as in the country this one seems awful in comparison. I am use to being through a line wrapped around the building and down the road in less than 5 minutes and I regularly wait well over 5 minutes at this location. They don't do the whole standing outside to take orders to expedite. At least they haven't when I go. And I go alot. At least 4-5 times a week. The food is great. It tastes just like it's supposed to. Employees are always friendly. Their heads would just spin if they could see the efficiency that some other locations in the country operate with.

Love chick Fil a, and with the recent renovation at this location they made the drive through so much better. I will say however the actual time to get food was slower than normal. Probably because they are still working out the new building.

Since this store reopened after the remodel it has went completely downhill and the quality is terrible and there are always items missing. Ordered a cob salad and a lemonade and the lemonade didn’t even make an appearance and the salad was terrible with huge chunks of hard stems that were not edible and a lack luster of chicken. For the price I’m paying for this there shouldn’t be any issues with my food. Take a look at that photo and tell me that’s edible salad. Smh what a joke!

This place really should just be drive-through since all other orders are pushed aside. Long waits in the lobby (even though there's always at least 10 workers up front chit-chatting). And I don't get the hype about the food either. No better than the hot bar at price chopper.

Super disappointed in this chick fil a location. They served me burnt mac n cheese that looked disgusting. I ordered a sweet tea and while I was drinking it, some foreign object came up through my straw (was either plastic or skin) when I dumped the tea out there was a foreign object at the bottom of my cup (looked like an onion but still have no idea what it was). I’m never going to this location again.

Great carryout pickup and food-dellivery pickup setups. Well organized and convenient. This place was well staffed. At first, I was surprised at how much staff they had at 2:30pm on a Thursday But, drive-thru was still very busy (why I chose carryout instead) so they had the staff they needed for the demand. They all seemed to know their roles and did their duties quite well. And what do I need to say about the food??? It's always quality, properly made and especially delicious. Plus the prices are fitting -- not cheap but not expensive either.

service feels somewhat forced to live up to the expectation others have set for them. line was long and took forever to even start moving. took 15-20 minutes using the drive thru. chicken nuggets were good.. wish they offered more options in regards to sizing on the nuggets & more food options in general on the menu.

I showed up to Chick-fil-A hoping to go through the drive-through and get some quick dinner, and the drive-through line was absolutely massive! The employees were absolutely amazing! Fast service, polite and the food was fresh.

First time in. Ordered simple chicken sandwich. Side of Mac and cheese. The chicken sandwich, nothing special. Stayed at hotel across from restaurant. Cars are lined up all day and evening. Decided to walk in and sit down to eat. Whether it was the chicken improperly cooked or handled or the Mac and unsure. 30 minutes later intense stomach ache lasting several hours until become sick to stomach. My first and last experience with this restaurant chain. Completely wasted money, time, and became sick from the food. If I could give “0” stars I would give it “-5”.

This was one of the most pleasant chic-fil-a’s I’ve been to. Granted I went at 2:30 in the afternoon, but the food was fresh and tasted great and the price point for the meal was good. I imagine that this location gets pretty crazy during the lunch hour, but for the food quality, the rush might be worth it.
