I've never expected much when booking a Sleep Inn, but this one disappointed. I wish I got the name of the person that took my reservation, because she was the highlight of the stay. She was incredibly nice and a pleasure to speak to. Then it was time to check in. Pulling in you immediately see the need for updates. Walking into the lobby and then room, this thought was reinforced. Rooms were completely run down and didn't feel clean at all. The gentleman doing breakfast was incredibly rude. All juices were gone and there was nothing else to drink and he told my son he couldn't have milk, 'because it's for cereal'. Other items on the buffet were empty and if asked, it was a sigh and grunt - not a single pleasurable thing to say about the experiences I had with or witnessed with him. I rarely complain about places as I fully understand it could be a bad day, but I was blown away by this hotel. I will not stay here again and will drive to Evansville if I have to.

The staff We're really nice and the amount paid for the hotel was a decent price... But the pool looked dirty, our room was not clean at all. And we had a non smoking room which still smelled like cigarettes so bad. The room also smelled a little like mold but could be the cigarettes smell making it that way. I honestly wouldn't say her again bc of it smelling so bad an not being clean.

We had a very good stay there. We got the adjoining room suite and it was perfect for travelling with my 2 small children. We swam in the pool twice and ate breakfast both days. The breakfast includes some hot items like biscuits and gravy. The coffee was also good. We liked all the staff members we met.

Paid 250$ through booking.com for this room for 2 nights and I checked out not even 12 hours after checking in. The room had terrible patch jobs all over the walls from where it looks like someone tried to fix it but didn't finish it. I booked a double queen size bed room and got 2 small very hard uncomfortable full size beds. Carpet was ripping up and off the walls. Shower door was next to broke when we got there didnt wanna shut all the way and acted like it was going to fall off if you push it shut. Mini fridge was stained and barely worked. 2 of the lamps didn't work. Breakfast was okay. Front desk staff are nice and cooperative. And my kids loved the pool. My 5 yr old cant swim and was scared until she saw the shallow end was only 3 feet and she could touch perfectly. Hot tub was closed but wasn't closed off very safely.

We did not like being woke up around 11:30 after working 3rd shift and just going to bed when hotel staff was banging on the door. There was an error in the computer and they failed to realize we were extending our stay because choice hotel representatives had messed up our initial reservation. Choice hotels has yet to refund us for 2 nights when we stayed in Louisville and my husband's job ended sooner because we got Covid. We spoke to 2 different representatives to book thus stay and both were not helpful. We then had to do it on the app which wouldn't allow is to checkout when we anticipated this job would be over. Then Our credit card was charged 9 different times when trying to check in for about 279.00 each with the exception of 1 charge for 2991.00 Which is insane. So then our credit card was locked for fraud from the hotel and we had to use another form of payment. One of the Hotel staff man was very very rude and demanding. The owner then tried to make things right, but alot if damage at this point had already been done. While standing at the front desk trying to sort all this out another customer had been done the same way having her account overcharged. We travel for work and stay in hotels alot. We are very disappointed in the lack of good support and customer service. We have been members for 5 years and feel we should be heavily compensated for all the trouble and our time trying to get back our money. Being treated this way is not acceptable. Also Hotel was advertised of having hot free breakfast, hot tub and exercise equipment. No Breakfast, No Hot Tub any longer in working order. Exercise equipment was broke down also. Oh and The laundry facility was closed entire stay so I had to take all our stuff to laundry mat and waste part of my day. There was also no member preferred parking. After all the trouble we had we should have been giving part if a refund and free nights stay through choice.

I got to the first room and it was still dirty. The head house keeper act like it was a problem. I came out and was placed in another room. This room has no washcloths. Good I carry my own. The floor look like it had crumbs on it from Captain Dโ€™s. Very poor house keeping. The hot water barely worked and it had terrible pressure. Now Ms. Sissy the front desk clerk was amazing. She was friendly and very apologetic about the issues I was having. Really what they should have done after going in another room and it wasnโ€™t up to par was comp my room. Below is used toiletries in the shower.

Would pass on this hotel. Elevator was smoking. I looked to see when they last serviced the elevator and it said 2019. Found blood on the comforter and other stains that looked like urine. You could tell they do not wash bed spread or comforter at all. Sheets looked ok though. Room wall had food smeared on them. Floors are disgusting and sticky. Pool area looked dirty and jacuzzi looked like it was hit by a grenade. Receptionist was very kind and helpful, but this place is a dump. The elevator alone is very concerning and needs to be addressed. I also noticed the same reviews a while back and the problems still havenโ€™t been addressed, so I doubt they are renovating. .

Location was fine. However the price of the room was definitely not worth it! Our room was dirty from appliances down to sheets and towels!! The kitchen staff lady was very nice however her food safety skills definitely could use some brushing up as I seen her licking her fingers , touching her hair while handling food! The next day was corrected as she wore gloves but it seems as I heard them getting on guest about things that should not have mattered to the hotel employees. However overall staff was pretty polite!

It's hard to find the best rate. I stayed here for approximately five nights in a row. The first night that I stayed here I booked online because it was about $12 a night cheaper. The second and third nights I had to book through the front desk because of the same reasoning and then the fourth night I had to book online fifth night I had the book back at the front desk. But the hotel staff made everything extremely easy and we're more than courteous.

The staff was wonderful. Everybody was very helpful. That being said, this place needs a deep cleaning. Carpet in the hallway is nasty. Room smell funny with water damage. Looks like everything is a long -term temporary fix. The pool area should be closed. The hot tub looks like somebody threw a hand grenade in it.

We were put in an adjoining room at first which we were not comfortable with so we went to the front desk to see if we could change as we hadn't even made it all the way in the room when we noticed. We were still waiting in line when the laundry lady decided to come up and start yelling at us about how supposedly all the rooms are adjoining (they aren't) and got really worked up and wanted us to follow her to prove she's right (she wasn't) still not sure why she felt the need to approach us and be nasty. Guy at the front desk was very nice and switched us to another room, which we found out once we were getting in bed had a window that didn't lock and a bent screen where it was obvious it had been gone through before. Asked for a stick to hold the window closed as it was to late to switch rooms, that was a problem but we eventually got the stick. Fridge screeched all right, we weren't using it. Pool smelled like a fish tank when it got stirred up and was not heated, also ladders were loose and dangerous. hot tub was a pile of rubble. Sheets appeared to be clean although floor and sitting chair were filthy. most of the hallway was dark and unlit. Exterior doors were open to whomever may want to enter. Breakfast was pretty decent (hot and good variety) but is like a feeding frenzy reminiscent of something you may expect to see from hungry sharks and disappears quickly so breakfast is more like 7:00-7:05 then 7:00- 10 or whenever the website says. staff were all really kind besides said angry lady who seemed to always be lurking around the corners rolling her eyes or looking for an opportunity to jump in a situation she needent take part of and be hostile, although she did find and return a cup we lost which we were thankful for. not sure if it was us specifically she was mad at or if she was just having a bad day. Also $100 deposit for what you may ask? I don't know. Anyway, got it back no problem upon checkout. Definitely will not be staying there ever again after a sleepless night feeling unsafe and slimy because somehow the shower water leaves you feeling even grosser then the pool. I wish we had just went elsewhere after the first couple issues but it's to late now. If you are a river otter it may be up your alley but if you are a person traveling alone or with children you would be wise to avoid the place.

Few little things with the room. No washrags, shower had a constant drip. TV would turn off by itself, ice machine broke. Breakfast good, but very small area. Room was very clean and comfortable bed. If your just there to sleep, excellent place.

Game room was rigged most machines took money or didn't let you play. Nice hotel if they weren't tryin to rip every penny from you. Pathetic. Owners must be going bankrupt if they have to steal change from little children. If they don't work unplug them. Can't wait to see how I get screwed next. Thanks alot sleep inn

Rooms are decent. They only clean the minimum. A medium sized bug crawled out of the shower drain while I took a shower. Looked like a roach but I am not sure. No bed bugs and I slept well. Customer service was great/front desk. Not happy about the 100.00 damage deposit policy.

Mold and duct tape on shower ceiling. Cobwebs and crumbs all over floor when we got there. Room extremely small. One partial roll of toliet paper in room. Breakfast and breakfast staff were great.

Staff was very friendly. I didn't wake in time for breakfast, but every co-worker said it was great, one co-worker said that heart and pride was put into the making of breakfast. Housekeeping a little noisy, but housekeeping is going to be. Bed was comfortable. Only a shower and shower pressure wasn't there. Sliding bathroom door (into wall) barely pull out, but it sure would slide back into wall easily. Exhaust fan didn't work. Tv was small, but lots of channels to choose from. My room didn't have usb ports on the lamps. Glad I brought my phone block. Just needs some renovation work. Just needs a little bit more TLC. 7/10, yes I'll stay again

I stayed here for approx one month, the room was nice in January 2021. But my reviews keep getting deleted. I called them and told them that they overcharged me 200 something. They said they would refund it but ended up taking 200 something more. Grand total of 400-500 dollars.

Staff is incredibly nice donโ€™t get me wrong but the hotel itself is outdated and the WiFi is poo. The staff does a great job at making breakfast though and they are good at keeping the rooms clean unlike other hotels that only clean when you leave. Front desk lady is very friendly

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room had mold, ants, broken pocket bathroom door that locked my kid inside and then the roller dropped almost on her head. The fridge had rust, the ac unit was plugged into an outlet that was hanging off the wall. Several holes in the walls, all stuffed with toilet paper, random spit wad of toilet paper stuck to the ceiling. Asked staff for a new room and only smoking was available. Outside side door did not lock and anyone could enter without a keycard. Pool emergency phone did not work, washer/dryer were broken, hot tub did not work or exist really, and the exercise room was a closet that barely fit two treadmills and a bike. Other hotels were booked or we would have left. Corporate said we had to complete our stay before we could be compensated. We completed our stay and now corporate basically doesn't care that they have a moldy hotel with expired elevator certifications and several code violations that could have injured or killed someone. I will never stay at a choice hotel again, especially with a corporate that does not care!

Place was booked so the cheapest room we could get was a 2 bed for $86. I wouldn't have complained about the price if we had: -beds that weren't falling apart -actual blankets instead of only top sheets (I was freezing all night) -breakfast included (we were told no breakfast due to covid yet there's a review from a month ago that mentions breakfast?) -working internet not a bad stay. but I don't think I'll ever pay that much for that quality again.

No other rooms available in town and our insurance company sent us here because of issues in our home. I was agreeable because the motel is not very old. What I didn't know was that it appears to be home for some people. Upkeep and update was not a priority. On the positive side, there was a complimentary breakfast and the bed was clean. Even the housekeeper seemed surprised we were staying more than overnight. I would never stay at the Sleep Inn on purpose.

my stay here last night was great. the lady working desk when I checked in (I believe her name was carly) was amazing. the hotel was completely booked up, i believe I got one of the last rooms available. regardless of being so busy attending to a hotel full of guests she was still so helpful and patient with me as I checked in.

Nice hotel for the most part. Pulling up to the hotel it looked a little scary because the screens to the windows were bent like someone was trying to break in but the inside was surprisingly clean, neat and smelled great. I did find some mold over the shower. I slept well. I didn't see bed bugs or any other pests. The staff was nice. It was a nice stay. I would stay again. Easy check in and check out.
