I like the simple good feeling the reception has. I love the lighting too. The lighting on the 6th floor(dining floor) would be nice if it's improved upon. I had dinner here and it was a good experience. The food was actually really good. It would be nice if more food options were added to the buffet. I would like to understand why guests are not allowed to take pics and document their experience though.

Recently I visited Owerri for a fun weekend, after such a terrible experience at Ibis royale hotel we lodged at Bon. It was amazing, the rooms, interior, Friendly staff and food 😁. I can't say I enjoyed their bathroom, it would be nice to renovate and probably upgrade the TV's to a bigger screen . Generally I recommend Bon. PS. I still don't understand why in this new age, they have rules on dressing,I was bounced for wearing shorts to have breakfast πŸ˜•πŸ˜•πŸ˜²

Hotel is nice but the food not that great or worth the price. We ordered food to the room and told them to come back because my friend went downstairs to sort cab guy downstairs and they took the food away. Makes me wonder if they resell the food to others. I doubt the freshness of the food.

Heard so much about the buffet service, visited twice for it and was disappointed cos the particular floor had some reconstructing to do. Asides that, the aesthetics of the hotel is amazing. A great place to relax and unwind.

Well, I was told Owerri is the hospitality capital of Nigeria but Bon hotel confirmed and spiced it up. Located around the Port Harcourt expressway, in a well-secluded location devoid of the hustling and bustling of the day, is Bon Tripod Hotel. With a well-cultured staff, elegant security network, spacious parking space, refreshing swimming pool, clean rooms and a variety of nourishing dishes, you are welcomed to a world of fun, comfortability and ecstasy. Mercie, Bon!

The Hotel is exquisite, elegant and Service is top notch. Their complementary buffet breakfast offering different varieties of meals is wonderful and also their native soups for dinner at the rooftop bar are tasty but the rooftop bar is always untidy and that is why I didn't fully give it 5 stars apart from that I recommend it any day to anyone who loves comfort when they travel to Owerri, Imo State. Note, it's the best hotel to stay in Owerri, Imo State.

I love the place including their food. A friend booked,(Dinner) a table for two for me on my birthday and for the very first time I visited, I was so impressed with their food unlike other hotels. The food cost but I don't regret it. Including the environment and receptionist. Una Sabi work joor

I didn't lodge here but the environment was giving class. They have a buffet service of 10k per person and the restaurant is a cozy one which you can use for birthday dinner/party.

Non Hotel Has A Good Interior And Security Network. Usually Whenever I Visit owerri , I Stay At An Already Reserved Hotel For At Least 3days. And This Was What I Did At Bon Hotel Owerri. Explored their menu and dishes My Favourite part about this hotel is the buffet service. Off course a foodie like me loves food and to be honest they’ve got the best dishes with unlimited choices on their menu. I’ll visit Bon Hotel again whenever I set my foot in owerri bh

A beautiful place to visit. The environment is serene, food is great, the staff is very hospitable but service was really slow! They also have this weird "no camera policy 🀳🏽" meaning you're not allowed to take pictures of yourself or with your friends which was a turn off for me. Other than that it's a nice place.

Great destinations. Access road is a bit of a challenge. Rooftop is lovely. Food is great. Room is tidy. Didn't like the towel though.

Haven't been to many hotels tho but I can say and affirm that the Bon Hotel Tripod is like the best I've been to. Everything there is so accurate and very well maintained, I can say the management of the hotel is really giving it all they've got and it's paying off πŸ˜‚.

I write this review in all honesty. I believe this hotel is over rated by the services, price and everything. I logged into this hotel. The first horror was how a security girl shouted at my child because he pressed the elevator button when we tried going into our room not knowing to my child that the elevator was bad. We were directed to use the stairs behold the the stairs was with no light and we had to walk in the darkness to 2nd floor. I got into my room rushed to the washroom to have my bath behold no water. I called a porter who promised to come back but never did, I called receptionist twice in 20mins apart yet no help until I walked down the dark stairs again to ask questions. Quess what no water. She had to beg those in charge to pump water in a hotel that charged me over 50k a night? That's bad. I planned to stay there for 2weeks but I had to leave next morning. The only good thing here was variety of buffet complementary breakfast but i pity them on how i saw people packing food for breakfast. Oh my goodness it was scary to behold. They are too busy to be coordinated. Get things fixed management.

Lovely location. Beautiful hotel. Could work on services. Digital QR code menu and price list would be a nice touch for convenience and touch up service delivery. Overall great experience.

Nice place but didn't met up with what I saw online. Poor room service, when an order is placed, it takes forever to get it. They need to pay more attention to the toilets cos I wasn't comfortable with the odor

Went there in the night with my boyfriend..Got there around 9:30 we wanted to try out their rooftop buffet service which closes by 11:30 You pay about 10k per person (drink exclusive) The food was averagely nice with some better than the others (their Chinese rice, salad, chicken and fish were really good ..my favorites..while their plantain (was sooo dry.. I didn't even eat it) and native rice were the least I didn't really like their strawberry milkshake (which I ordered)🀧 But their Chapman was really good (I drank my boyfriend's ownπŸ˜‚) Overall it was a lovely experience and there weren't much people there which was a bonus

Luxury hotels in Owerri? You'll surely consider this place as their services is first class. Don't hesitate to book them if you're looking for an international standard hospitality

I’m wondering which hotel forces guests to check out by 11am. I’m wondering how I’ll be charged 5k for checking out by 12:20. This is a total extortion. Guys beware, I’m totally disappointed in the terms of service which wasn’t explicit. Hospitality business is supposed to be hospitable and welcoming. These guys are rude and intolerant to say the least. They even mandated the gatemen not to open the gate for me to pass until they confirm an alert of the 5k. Such arrogance from a hospitality business.

The Bon Hotel Tripod promises luxury, and they do deliver on that. The interiors are really beautiful, and the spaces are wide with great lighting that makes for beautiful pictures. There's a private pool with an outdoor bar, and rooftop/terrace dining, with an adjacent semi-private lounge. The food is pleasant, and there's a stuff-your-face buffet for ₦12,000! The service is wonderful too, so although things are a bit pricey, you'll get value for your money.

This is another 4 star hotel located in a well serene environment in Owerri. They have well trained and experienced staff whose warn reception to their guests has no equal. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a good and comfortable place of relaxation. They maintain a good parking lots for cars.Their foods especially their complementary breakfast is very delicious.

Good staffs, Clean room, Rooftop bar on flick, The first problem is their chef, I don't know if its a foreign chef cos they are good with continental dishes but f9 in local dishes, for over 2yrs now I'm surprised this chef still makes such sad Nigerian dishes Secondly these days there's hardly water in th 2ft 10' to 20' pool, Thirdly parking space is very tight

Lovely rooms, very neat place. The staff are very respectful and willing to assist. Food is tasty but it's very pricey. The roof top bar has this cool ambiance. I'll definitely be staying here more often anytime I come to Owerri. Highly recommended 😎

Great place, situated just off Phc-Onitsha highway and not difficult to locate. Reception is warm, staff are courteous and helpful. Room rate is a little pricey and comes with a complimentary breakfast for one person only. They have a functional elevator, a conference hall for events/rental, a pool side bar that's mostly quiet. Restaurant is on the ground floor but buffet is held on the 6th floor. Spacious rooms, great design and furnishings. Meals taste good but pricey as well. Each floor has a wifi and the 6th floor houses the in-house bar with designated smoking areas and offers a great view. Check-out is by 11am which is a little discomforting.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. ❀ You can eat in their restrooms because of how clean they were. The restaurant and the attendance, infact the staff were doing a good job. πŸ‘ But the wifi (internet) is terrible.

Nice place to be. Their hospitality and service is top notch. However, I noticed some descrimination from workers based on clients status. They should also work on the poor access short road to hotel.
