The bus terminal staff try their best to be organized at all times though more effort is required in that regards. It can be easily located and they go to a lot of routes in Nigeria. The ability to treat those who book online on a separate queue is commendable and should be continued. Buses look properly maintained to ensure passenger safety. Standards should not drop or it will become a disaster.

GIG is located along Egbu Road Owerri, around the relief market which is also known as Lagos park. GIG motors and Logistics Company is one of the safest and reliable company to use while traveling or sending goods to your friends and customers. Their customer services are commendable and the always ready to help and guide you. They also provide online access to track your goods by giving out tracking codes to customers that are doing waybill. You can also book passengers tickets through the online platform. One of the challenges you can face here is waiting long in the queue and also they often delay in updating the customer’s tracking information when their goods have arrived.

It's close to the market so I can excuse the shabby and untidy nature. They also need to get more younger staffs at the front desk. The cars need to be fixed. Ours spoilt mid way with a lot of others. We even had to take on passengers from other buses because theirs was faulty too. Exhausting experience but very good and experienced captains.

They have excellent services. The vehicle going places like Owerri should be well serviced considering the distance. If possible New vehicles should be allocated to those routes

Good is good needs to reinvent itself and live up to its previous State that made it commuters' preferred choice. Time-sensitivity is an issue here too.

They have really gone down. Their service is appalling. Their buses are tickety. My recent trip to Owerri using them was my worst road travel experience in recent times.

I booked a 06:15AM bus going to Ajah (Lagos), I arrived their bus terminal as early as 06:00AM, I and other passengers waited till 09:00AM before we left Owerri. God Is Good Motors do not keep to time as they do before, upon the huge price they collect. Their buses are ok, good air conditions.

Very useless bus....they said departure 6:30 now it's 8:30 what's this we've not even move ........worst motor I've used and will never try it in my life
