must
say,
the
surroundings
n
ambiance
within
was
minding
bugling,
the
staff(Junior
workers)
are
friendly
and
I’m
of
the
opinion
they
have
clues
how
to
run
businesses
than
the
managers.
I
lodge
here
for
three
days
from
Ghana,
made
payment
for
two
days
initially
but
after
the
two
days,
I
had
to
make
payment
for
one
more
day
as
I
wasn’t
done
with
my
assignment
only
for
me
to
be
debited
and
transaction
declined
at
their
end
and
I
was
told
to
contact
my
Bank
that
it
happens
all
the
time
and
would
take
7
working
days
to
reverse,
I
made
another
transfer
because
they
won’t
let
me
stay
till
another
money
after
the
first
was
declined(this
was
08/03/2023)
and
contacted
my
bank
and
days
later
I
was
told
by
my
bank
to
contact
this
institution
to
refund
because
the
money
had
been
with
them
since
then,
I
contacted
them
last
week
with
the
declined
receipt
and
the
message
from
my
bank
after
waiting
for
days
and
already
I
was
told
they
would
revert
today,
now
I
just
contacted
them
again
and
a
clueless
account
manager
told
me
first
to
contact
my
bank
and
i
told
her
I’ve
done
that
already
only
for
her
to
tell
me
to
hold
for
7
working
days
again?
Like,
really?
I
will
wait
till
the
end
of
today
before
escalating
on
Twitter,
IG
and
other
platforms..
