The hotel is well finished and still looks new. Members of staff are quite sluggish especially the laundry and kitchen guys. The power in my room (3002) had a fault. At about 1 hr, power trips off and I had to stand up, remove the key card from the power slot, wait for about 10 secs and reinsert the key card into the slot for power. I complained but it seemed like a normal thing as I wasn't offered a change of room or any alternative. I didn't get enough sleep for 2 nights because of this. The laundry guy took over 18 hrs to come and pick up clothes for ironing and when they were done, I had to keep calling for them to bring back the clothes even though I'd initially informed them that it was an express request. The guys in the kitchen are on a different level (I don't know where to start from). It should also be noted that they do not have an elevator so get ready to run up and down the stairs. I cannot recall them having a ramp for PLWD. The house keeping can be improved. The pool area is well designed and quite serene and also spots a pool table. My stay there now counts as one of my worst hotel experiences as a result of their appalling customer service and nonchalance towards the needs of their customers.

I made a reservation at this hotel when I was in America for 28th till 30th of December 2020. I did this so that I will not be stranded when I come in. Lo and behold, I was absolutely stranded because I came in and they refused to honour the reservation I made 20 days before time. Despite showing them the receipt of my reservation, the refused to let me in. Sighting that the hotel was full. Why would a hotel of this nature allow online reservation when they know they won't honour it. What was the need then? I was ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED at this hotel. So guys, be forewarned!!!!!

The rooms are clean. The facilities work. The staff is nice and will address the little concerns that comes with most hotels in the area. Stain in sheets, overlooked uncleaned corners. Free breakfast in the morning. Just make sure you ask or you might not be told. Could be better considering the price. Will still recommend. Edit: room facilities gradually falling apart. Complimentary breakfast buffet could be switched to plated without warning.

I had such a good time with my ladies at this location. Lovely aesthetics! Very cautious and calm staff. Good food and an overall comfortable atmosphere.
