A
lot
of
noise:
Drunk
people
partying
in
hotel
rooms
with
deafening
music.
Weddings
and
other
events
especially
on
weekends
contribute
to
the
hellish
noise.
Danger:
Erratic
power
cuts
especially
if
one
is
in
the
elevator
when
this
happens.
One
of
such
power
cuts
lasted
for
more
than
15
minutes
and
everywhere
was
pitch
dark.
Poor
hygiene:
ants,
spiders,
insects
in
the
rooms.
Toilet
seat
was
completely
broken
but
was
left
in
place
:
risk
of
accident.
We
had
to
change
rooms
because
of
all
those
things
but
the
situation
didn’t
get
any
better.
Untrained,
tired-looking
and
distracted
staff:
The
workers
are
very
slow
and
everything
takes
forever:
we
waited
2
hours
for
a
simple
meal.
We
asked
for
a
toilet
roll
at
8:00am
and
reminded
the
staff
several
times
only
for
them
to
tell
us
at
05:30pm
that
they
ran
out
of
toilet
paper.
Food/restaurant:
The
food
is
not
suitable
for
breakfast
(yam,
rice,
spaghetti
and
so
on).
No
butter,
no
jam
for
the
bread.
The
food
for
breakfast
buffet
is
always
cold.
When
I
requested
to
have
it
warmed,
they
had
to
take
it
from
the
8th
floor
to
the
ground
floor
where
there
was
a
microwave
oven.
It
took
so
long
to
bring
back
the
food
that
we
gave
up
and
went
away
especially
as
we
had
an
appointment.
Lack
of
maintenance:
a
lot
of
rust
in
the
bathroom;
the
rooms
are
not
well-furnished.
This
hotel
is
just
a
SHAME
and
EXTREMELY
DISAPPOINTING
!
I
give
it
1
star
just
for
the
bed
abs
and
decoration
and
only
because
there’s
no
possibility
of
rating
it
below
1
star.
