I had taken appointment and was asked to visit at 09.30 am. My number was 4. Till 11.00 also I was at 4 number. Where as 7 patients had gone and visited the doctor. My number was on top for 1 hour. I had emergency yet the management in the clinic were allowing their friends and family before emergency. Such things are not expected in Apollo. I was shocked to see such things.

Cleanliness and staffs are good here which I agree but the way of booking appointment is pathetic. Firstly, no consideration for senior citizen. Doesn’t matter you are 20,50,80 they will place you in the queue on when the bill is processed. Secondly, they focus on prior appointments but I have experienced a situation- when I went to clinic, the doctor had already left. Reason was that doctor timings were from 5-7 PM and my parents appointment was for 8 PM. Traveling with my aged parents then come back accepting apologies from them. This same mistake is repeated with loads of patient where appointment is booked but doctor isn’t available. No action or positive sign from them to improve this part. Thirdly, the message will say appointment for 6:15 PM example but it won’t be the same. You will be allowed to consult based on billing process. Eventually you have to waste may be an hour or more to consult. “Patient has to wait” - this is the perfect example. Fourthly, in case doctor is late or your reports are not ready due to whatsoever reason they don’t have a basic courtesy to intimate the patients. You have to go there to find out. Treasure hunt! Bingo. Fifth one and the interesting one is they won’t put any effort to rectify the above ones. I am sure each one of you visiting this clinic had/has/will experience this at some point of time.

The clinic is really good! Good facility and friendly staff! Feedback- They need to value the patients time. They give appointments for 09:30 in the morning when the doctors never turn up before 11:00. They need to give appointment slots as per the available timings. People go to work and they take appointments just to avoid this. Please sort this out and you should get a 5star rating. All good apart from this..

I went here for general consultation for the first time. I was given time of 6:55pm. The payment process was smooth, but I had to register after going inside (the cashier told me so). I went inside for registration to a lady in green top , giving reports. She was pretty rude and was in a hurry. I showed my payment slip , asking do I have to register here ? She just pointed out to the doctor's chamber, without registering after my successful payment. I waited till 7:30pm and saw on the board my Name was next, but some other patient was scheduled in my place. I went to ask whats the matter, another lady told did you register? I told the matter to her she told u need to register first so now you are after 3 patients. I waited for 1hr uselessly for miscommunication and rude behaviour of staff. The consultation got over in 15mins and I was charged 900rs (150₹ for first timers !!). Doctor gave very good medicine, but was in super hurry...!! Will I ever visit Apollo Clinic for checkup ? Ofcourse not. Will I do the tests here ? Maybe . Not at all recommended for checkup. (2 stars for cleanliness and good medicine)

Today I got my second dose of the vaccine. The process was very quick, smooth, and organized. The employees knew what they were doing and were very helpful along the way. I had come for physiotherapy and pain management for a lumbar spine disk injury (AKA disc bulge) to Dr. Palash Banerjee. He was well behaved and polite with the patients. He took extra time out for listening my concerns and treated me with care and sensitivity. I have never met such positive and respectful doctor. Glad I came to him- his guidance had worked wonders in diminishing my pain and thereafter the recovery from the disc bulge. Thank you Apollo and Dr. Palash.

This time when i visited Apollo Clinic for some issues. My experience was a bit different. The staff was warm supportive and on my request I got the MRI reports very fast with in 1 hour and X-Ray reports in next 4 hours. Very prompt and supportive staff. Really Appreciable & Commendable.

They have absolutely no sense of hygiene despite charging Rs.100 extra in the name of patient protection. I had a horrible experience for getting my MRI done. My concern is that if their standards are so low that they can’t see hair of other people onto the non-woven sheets, would they have a decent quality control process for the MRI machine itself or on the quality of radiologist who would report. The worst of all was that the hand sanitiser was kept in a bottle of glass cleaner Colin. See the photo to believe it.

If thres a negative rating whch cld be given, i wld giv that. I had taken an apptmnt fr echocardiography test @9:30am. Staff put d apptmnt @ 9am as per their convinience. I rchd exactly 7mins late.......to find that the doc could not wait & has left!!! On top of tht thre r no other docs available to do the test. Evn more surprising was the ground floor front desk staff ws putting the blame on me & 1 staff literally turned away widout listening to what i had to say. When i have apptmnts, the centre mks me wait for evn 1 hour......bt fr 7mins late they feel they hv the right to blame the patient & refuse service. Hats off!! Continue this attitude & i m sure u wl collect many more accolades like ths.

Such an unprofessional clinic , specially the USG department . I dont understand why they set appointment where patients end up waiting for 90 mins . The doc who does USG is always late and that's very frustrating . And when I talk to other folks ,they said it's same everytime harrased with time late . Cleanliness is Godliness. Very neat and clean place to visit for checkup or vaccination. I had visited for Covid Vaccine and impressed with the cleanliness of this place. Not much clinics in Kolkata you wil find this level of cleanliness. However, coming to qualified doctors availability, ensure you come with an appointment. Sitting area is also clean and has sufficient chairs. The clinic also does various medical tests. Convinient to reach, as it is the DLF Galleria building and it can be located from outside. Entry would be gate no 2. Ample parking space available but you may also find one on the road outside the DLF Galleria - as of now parking on road is allowed. Hygiene is properly maintained with cleaning after intervals. Reception people are helpful and informative. Just outside and adjacent to Clinic you also get Apollo Pharmacy with orthopedic accessories. So all in one place could be useful for you. Highly recommended especially if going for vaccination.

Consultation for the first time is good but when you go for showing the reports as per slot given by them they treat as insect and make sick patient sit for hours. Supervisors also dont cooperate and sisters misbehave. If reporting is a problem, then they can charge fees as it seems they are concerned only about first consultation fees..... competent authorities should manage or plan this.....

Perking is not free . Some local goons appointed by NKDA collecting 20 rs per hour everytime you visit which wqs not there befor. I think going forward this parking problem will affecf clinic's reputation.

They told that Apollo clinic is giving 10% discount to senior citizens for all blood tests. Very cooperative staffs and reception desk is very cooperative. Very much satisfied. Visited Dietician and Nutritionist Neelam Arora. Very experienced and would rate very high. Received the exact Diet Plan I was looking for considering my present diagnosis. However I would like to add my experience based upon recent encounter with Dr. Santosh Maheshwari (general practitioner). A complete arrogant, bad listener and disregards the first law in doctor consultation: makes the patient uncomfortable by directly making assumptions without even looking into reports. Please avoid visiting him even if you have no other option because you won’t be confident after his consultation. However, if you consider visiting a dietitian: highly recommended.

I recently visited Apollo Clinic Newtown. our Doctor visit timing as given by Clinic was 6:30 PM. We arrived accordingly. But had to wait for around 1:30 hrs for the doctor to arrive. The Doctor's timing was 6:30 pm to 8:20 pm but the doctor arrived at around 8:00 pm. I previously visited the same doctor in the clinic and faced similar issue of punctuality. The doctor is always late by 1-2 hrs. And the shocking aspect is that the clinic management is pretty casual about it. Its the duty of the management to ensure the doctors arrives timely. I saw aged patients waiting there till 10:00 Pm to visit the doctors though they arrived at the clinic within the time given by the clinic. If the doctor's regular tendency is to arrive late then the clinic management should schedule the doctor's visit in such a away that the patients have minimum waiting time at the clinic.

So, I visited the place some times ago because of my mom and I find the place very hygienic and we'll decorated. Since the covid 19 is here so they also taking proper measures like doctors are wearing PPE kits and they will provide hand sanitizer as well. The stuffs are really well mannered and polite towards every single person and especially the sugar clinic stuffs are really praise worthy people they helped me and my mom a lot and the amount of hospitality I got from them it really praise worthy and doctors and each and every thing is top class and that's what I like about this clinic and that's why I am giving it 5stars. No one picks up call, even after calling hundreds of time for booking a mri test. One time operator picked up and rudely disconnected. It is as if our money is for free for Apollo Hoapitals and clinic.

Front desk staffs are often lost whereabouts the reports. They will make you wait for long fo no reason only to tell you that it isn't available yet. Said this however there is one Ms Rinki who one must contact with for proper and professional help and I am sured you won't be disappointed.

Pathetic clinic, disorganised I have been visiting this clinic for last for last 4 years. With time it has become popular, bcoz lack of competition, and badly maintained. People like us coming here and spending huge money, but care, empathy, environment, professionalism have been deteriorating. I feel lack of proper management is main problem, also company has become money minded only. Somehow we should not allow these money minded people to do business with our health.

It is essential to have doctor's clinic near to home specially during this unprecedented time and this one is at a very good location and not far from my home. All practice doctors are available easily and I don't need to rush to multiple clinic which is very important and also they are capable of wide range investigations. Very good management work and the decision capacity. Receptionists are very active, helpful and good WhatsApp booking service. Like all things and people, here is room for improvement for everyone (patients, doctors, helpers, management) as well and I hope management will take care. I appreciate and thanks for your services.

Staff was very professional especially Megha. If you are lucky then you might meet Megha. She is very helpful and polite as well. I had a emergency appointment with an orthopedic but my number was way behind and I was in serious pain at that time. Not only she understood it but also helped me consult the doctor at the earliest.

Staff coordination is very poor. My appointment was booked for 4 pm, so I reached there around 3:40 pm. I travelled for 2 hours with a fractured hand. Any bcoz of their appointment methods, I had to wait for the next one and a half hour more. Even the staffs are not polite in general.

Worst clinic in Newtown though! The behaviour of the front desk people are like they are treating with some useless staffs! I was told to collect my report on Sunday and went there to find only a front desk staff was handling report to a person. Next when saw me told hastily that report cannot be given! The way he told as if treating a street dog! There are many problems created by those staffs regularly and always saw people complaining about them, quarrelling with them too. They even wanted to meet and report it to the head of the clinic but were not allowed.

Tried calling for more than 50 times since 8 AM. But they have disconnected the call everytime without responding.

Customer care gave a wrong timing for my schedule. The doc was scheduled to come in at 5 and these guys called me at 4. Dont know what the logic is. They should realise that during COVID times patients should not be kept waiting at clinics for a long time as this leads to overcrowding and risk factors.

Highly unprofessional and do not abide by what they claim. On top of that stop responding to communications been made to them. Double check before you visit them and get trapped. Negative Rating should have been appropriate if would have been available .

Worst Apollo Clinic in Kolkata. Even in 48 hours I have not received my COVID report while I was promised same day. What is more pathetic is that, I have received COVID report of someone else. Now, I fear that my report may have been shared with someone else. They have tied up with cheap mobile application company named Crelio Health ( Live Health). I have tried to reach them multiple times, none cares to respond.

Very nice experience for the MRI test I had done for my son from here. Ms. Sandipta, the coordinator, has been extremely helpful and courteous. She kept track through out and helped us whatever we needed. The process was really smooth. As it was my kid, the billing dept. did not take the payment upfront actually (assuming if he wouldn't cope with the pressure of the MRI process), instead they generated their MRN and helped me to get the MRI done first. The technician and all the assistants were also really helpful, courteous and extremely cooperating. Overall me and my kid had a wonderful experience here in Apollo Clinic Newtown for a complex medical test like MRI. I wish them all the best. Regards

I had congenital absence of lateral incisors.I decided to undergo smile designing on 2017 but my previous dentist completely misguided me and left the treatment in the middle.I was completely clueless and lost hope for the treatment.It was then that I came across Dr Dipta Sankha Chakraborty.Sir started the treatment of implantation of lateral incisors on June 2021 and finally the treatment got completed on December 2021 with crown placement.Sir was extremely gentle and wonderful with his work.Non of the procedures were painful. Finally my smile designing is done and I am very happy.Thank you so much

Very good service for Covid19 vaccination. My wife and I booked our appointment for booster dose of covid19 vax fir 30 th April in the morning. Our vaccination was completed within 20 minutes. The staff at the registration, checking and vaccination were excellent for their service and courtesy.

I am very satisfied with the staff members, except few, whom I interacted with. I am really glad with the attitude of Ms Sandipta dutta. Being senior citizen above 75+, hope I shall get the same kind of help from the staff members. My humble request to think about establishing an Emergency Unit at least during day time as an experimental basis, if found viable then may be extended for 24×7 .

Overall, the staffs were helpful. We were given slot booking for USG at 9.40. After reaching heard doctor will come at 10.30 and our number is 6. They told that they call patients in advance so that they can be ready by the time doctor comes in. But, it should be informed at the time of booking so that patients can come prepared.

I went to dentist Dr. Ashray Kedia.. Excellent doctor... Helpful... Flexible appointments... Staffs of the clinic Momomay and Mayur was also very helpful in fixing and reschduling appointments... I am very satisfied.. Overall experience is great... And from now on I will always take appointments of Dr. Kedia for any of my dental problem... Rating 10/10

I had my rotted wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Shubhankar Bandyopadhyay here. He is very friendly and explained the complete process and made me comfortable before the process. One of the best doctors I would recommend. The dental clinic has state of art equipments and is trustworthy.

Pathetic experience at Apollo, New Town. For a 5pm appointment there was no information about doctor even after 6:30pm. I am 8 months pregnant, and the hospital didn’t even bothered about it. Faced the same kind of delay multiple times in my 4-5 months period. There is no coordination between the staffs. They even don’t know what to do if someone books an appointment via the connect2clinic app. I don’t recommend it to anyone who values time. If you have full day free then you can go there and sit for complete day for a 10min consultation.

We took consultation from Dr. Neelam Puri Arora, a dietician for one of my worker who had a very critical health condition. She was humble, kind and patient. Very few deal in such a way that she did,, she even made someone write a prescription in bengali for the patient’s convenience. I am really grateful and thankful to her for giving us so much time. I went to the Apollo Clinic Newtown Dental department to get treatment for my teeth . I had to get two Rcts and two crown treatments . Dr.Ashray Kedia was very thorough with the whole procedure, he explained everything very well and the whole process was very smooth beginning from the first appointment till the last day of the procedure. Assistant Mayur was also very helpful. All the staff present are very skilled . Thanks to the whole team . Very happy with my choice .

Dr.SANTOSH KUMAR MAHESWARI is the worst doctor ever i have visited. The most unprofessional doctor. He is not interested in treating patients. He loots money. Extremely rude behaviour. Doesn't know how to talk to his patients. Such doctors must be removed from such prestigious Clinic. He says not to visit to other doctors available in Apollo clinic. one must visit him only. He claims that the diagnosis done by other doctors in Apollo clinic is wrong.

Went for mum’s checkup with dietician Neelam Arora. Loved the experience. Very patient, gave us enough time to understand current medications, diet habits, movement habits, scientific measurements of muscle mass, fat, visceral fat , bmi etc and curated a diet chart accordingly. Also gave us a number to contact on for going through any issues or update on diet chart. Best part is the diet chart is sustainable due to very little restrictions. Very understanding, will definitely visit and/or recommend.

We visited Apollo clinic today for USG test. We made there payment and then the receptionist informed to reschedule the appointment tomorrow as the sonographer is leaving now. They don't even value our precious time and money that we spent to go to a clinic for a medical test which is very sad.. Pathetic experience..

A great dental treatment experienced in Apollo Clinic Newtown with Dr Dipta Shankha Chakraborty. Done RCT and Crown fixed by Crown technician Mr. Goutam Pradhan with so ease. Also thanks to Mayur for the good service in billing and appointment. Very happy with the treatment.
