Great budget option! Very peaceful, quiet, and great for couples. The owners are extremely friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They offer a fast and cheap laundry service, and morning tea, coffee, banana's etc. Also free water bottles on arrival, and a free water refill station was excellent. Hardly any places are offering free water so this was great. Also they had nice thick blankets for the cold nights. Wifi was solid. One downside I had was the pillows were so thick and firm, which I don't like.

We stayed in the bungalow foe a week and it was an extremely pleasant experience! The shared toilets are cleaned every hour or so and are stocked with toilet paper when cleaned! Everyone who stayed there was extremely complimentary of the area particularly the quietness! The Pai Xircus Hostel does play music some nights but it wasn't an issue foe us for sleeping. Would recommend anyone to stay here again and will be back if we arein Pai!

Loved this place. Its basic, but at the same time everything you could want. If you don't mind being slightly out of town and removed from the noise of the party central then this place is for you. We booked 3 nights to start with as we weren't sure of the weather but ended up having 11 nights in total (1 night at Mae Hong Son but we kept the bungalow on to store our luggage). The couple running this place are lovely, very happy and friendly and full of advice. Always ready with a smile and a wave. We stayed in a bungalow and it was larger than expected from the pictures. The shared bathroom facilities were always clean and respected. The shared area near the house has really good intrernet and free tea, coffee and biscuits in the mornings (occasionally bananas as well!) and free drinking water all day. At the moment the bamboo bridge from town is out, but it really doesn't add much time to the walk. There are eateries very close and also a couple of shops for beer, pop etc. And you can walk to the market's, or walking street and food places very easily. If we return to Pai we will definitely stay here.

Very basic but so is the price @ US$ 4. Good for backpackers. Friendly family, much too friendly cats, obviously pampered by guests.

Lovely hosts, free water all day and coffee, tea and some snacks available for breakfast in the morning. The huts are simple but we notice how clean everything was/smelled, even the mosquito net. The bathrooms were cleaned frequently too. It was cool enough at night that we didn't miss having air conditioning, althougg I'm not sure about other time of year (we stayed early February)

I have stayed here twice in May and July 2017. The staff is very helpful and friendly! They have great cats and overall KK Hut is fantastic value for money. It is located far enough from central Pai (the walking street) to enjoy a quiet night in a natural setting, during low season that is. It is located close to Pai Party Circus and the music can be heard clearly at night so take this into consideration before booking.

Good place to stay, cheap and comfortable. Owners are very friendly. The cheapest hut is very cheap but it also is open to bug to get in but normally it doesn't happen. the medium one is perfect and it has got own toilet for only 250 baths where can stay 2 people.

Great place to relax in quite, away from the party scene of Pai. I was at KK Hut already when they just started in 2015 and everything was very rudimentary. They have since added hot shower, a couple more Bungalows, and covered the bathroom area, but retained their simple charm and character. The couple is very friendly and there is coffee/tea, bananas, and crackers/biscuits in the morning for free, water all day long. Wonderful to lay in the hammock in front of your hut and relax.

Lovely & affordable accommodation! The hut was clean and had everything we needed. It is a bit small, but that was no problem for us as we just spent the night there. The owners were very friendly and helpful!

Fantastic guest house in Pai!! Hosts were lovely, very kind and made the place feel very homely. If anyone knew what hospitality it is def the family that runs KK Hut :> Huts were tidy, bathroom/toilets were kept clean as well. Not to mention the cats in the area are VERY FRIENDLY AND SWEET. It’s next to a big field so morning walks to town can be very calming. 10 min walk to the city centre but totally perfect if you’re not a lone traveller or have a vehicle. Walk back was a bit eerie when the sun went down but that’s just me. Will definitely come back again and recommend this to anyone that’s looking for a quiet retreat in Pai.

Room was okay, bathroom a bit dirty. Bed not as comfortable. Staff really nice, they offer free coffee and tea in the morning. A bit out of town 10min walk

Perfect accommodation, I really enjoyed the stay here, very lovely and very clean, the owner family is very kind, you have everything what you need, the sheets and towels smells amazingly, also small breakfast is served in the morning, location was great for me - not directly in the center but still close and quiet. The hammock was great!

Best place to stay in Pai owned by a very nice and friendly family, it makes you feel like you're home! It's a really nice place to stay for a few days and relax. Great location away from all the noice, but only a 5 minute walk away from the walking street. The huts are clean, tidy and the it smells really good!! Great value for money, they even serve a small breakfast included in the price. We had an amazing stay in KK Hut, if we ever come back to Pai we'll definitely stay here again!

Had very good sleep! 8 euros for a "bungalow" with big private space. The owners were very friendly and helpful. My "neighbors" were all very friendly, although we only had brief interactions during breakfast. Breakfast was free flow of bananas, biscuits and tea/coffee. Drinking water is freely available. Really good cafes and eateries close by. I walked a lot and it didn't bother me, but if you don't like walking that much I suggest getting a scooter or car if you wanna stay here

👍👍 There are two types of bungalows, river view and mountain view. The river view are right out front and have a nice view of the river while the mountain view are out in the back and don't have much of a view of the mountain but are still really nice. We started in the mountain view and really liked i...

😐 The room was nice - comfortable bed, clean, AC, everything was nice except the smell of mold. I didn’t stay here longer because sleeping in a moldy room is very bad for your health. I will say the service is not the best. I did not feel welcomed here nor was I treated with respect. Location is amazi...
