Love the decor of the place. Got The Golden burger. It was beautiful, but taste was nothing unique. Sauce tasted almost like light BBQ sauce with mayo. Was an enjoyable experience though

The waiter can't speak english, not even basic english. He didn't allow us to sit, because he wanted to choose a table for us, even if there were lots of free tables. I mean he is the waiter and we are the guests. The Restaurant wants to earn money and we wanted to spend it. This is not the correct behaviour. For this reason we left to go to another Restaurant.

The meat in the burger felt like it was super fatty and very bad quality. The consistency of the meat was very chewy and quite frankly - disgusting. The tomato slice they put on was about 2cm thick! The fries were soggy, and the bread on the burger was all mushy and soggy from all the fat running out from the burger. In addition we had a mishap with the ketchup station, and the staff just rolled their eyes and didn’t offer any help. From the moment we walked in, the staff felt rude and unwelcoming. Will not be returning.

Had snacks here. The glass was not even cleaned we had. Asked three times for a straw and if you want to eat vegetarian don’t get the quesadilla. You will get not melted cheese with a bit of mushrooms. Don’t recommend.

If Spanish is not your first language prepare to be ignored. The food was good however the service is terrible. One of the waitresses was rude,bored and not interested at all.They didn't offer us an english menu or at least help us by recommending some dishes. It's a pity because everything we ordered tasted good.

Nice place, with great service..the staff was helpful. The burgers were out of this world. I ordered the Bastarda and look, as a person who lived in Kansas, the taste of smoked bacon is really into the daily food intake, I've had good burgers with smoke bacon taste, however this one was delicious, out of this world. The meat was so perfectly tender and tasteful that it melted in my mouth and the smoked taste lasted longer... The fries were the typical homemade ones. For dessert we had the cookie with ice cream. I really recommend this place if you want to eat something different as a Paella.

Good food, good service, great furniture and on top of all affordable

Went there with my wife for a quick bite and we had no complaints. Burgers were big and tasted great. It was pretty close to our hotel which was also a plus. I'd recommend it.

The meat teasted lika hotdog and the service was low, no interest in the custumers. The only good thing was the big glas of wine.

Good burger, and pretty fast service

It was horrible from the beginning. The staff seemed very unmotivated an bored, right after we got seated - we asked about an English menu which, said the waiter, did not exist. After we checked the website, we finally found one. The burger arrived - first impression was okay, as soon as we tried it - it appeared very fatty in taste and a super bad consistency. Was one of the worst experiences we had in Valencia. Service bad. Food bad.

No matter what burger I ordered, they tasted the same. Texan or Americana etc. The meet is good quality but a little under-cooked. Prices for a burger are high with lots of extras at a price, but the aged meet tastes the same as the normal meet and costs more. Go figure!

Went there for a quick meal before leaving for a flight. They failed to order the corrects number of meals and due to the time it took we did not have time to wait. Now for the interesting part we paid for the one meal which we handed back and mistakingly were given the full bill and paid. On realising this we asked for the money back for the meal. The waitress said fine as she knew it was the right thing to do. The manager though saw red immediately and said no only in Spanish then threatened to call the police. After pretending to call them for something he knew the police would simply laugh at and us saying yes please do call the police as we would of welcomed it. This is a bad joke and places like this should definitely not being employing someone quite clearly unstable and completely out of touch with management. I felt sorry for the poor waitress she seemed so awkward and nervous with what he was doing.

Good menu, varied beer list, accommodating staff. We would return.
