I am not sure how this hotel got 3 stars. It has very nice grounds, but it surprised us that the place does not have a bar, restaurant, and WIFI was not strong enough to use it in loft #12 by the river. Also, breakfast is just one choice, either thai omelet or fried egg. I am not sure if this is due to the COVID crisis, and they cannot afford to keep the open restaurant, but as it is currently at best, it is a campsite or 2-star hotel. The good things about the place are very well kept grounds, and the area is spotless. Speaking about staff, besides when we checked in and out, there was no other interaction, so no comment there. Because there is no wifi, bar, restaurant, and breakfast buffet, we will not return.

Very nice natural environment. The place has a decent hospitality service with very warm people to welcome you. You can swim or enjoy the boats in the small river within the property. Or you can enjoy the swimming pool if you are afraid of the green colored water. There is few animals (goose, dogs, cats) to entertain kids as well. The garden is very nice and the place is relatively safe for young kids (be careful next to the river however). The location is quite good, with many activities of khao yai accessible within 30min driving. The few minus are: not excellent room standards (but still very good). Do not expect gym room or spa like in hotels neither. This place deserves 4.5 stars... But could not put half stars... So I went for 4 because it is not outstanding in all aspects.

Rooms & services are great. Resort environment is too soothing for a staycation. Location is a bit interior from main road.

Good vibe by feeling of nature. The resort was decorated by water mill that locating nearly with the canel. There are buffet breakfasts for all customer (seasonal fruit included). Breakfast is good, recommended to try Begal (like a hamburger but different). There is swimming pool for a kid. The location of resort are close with many restaurants, also 7-11 not so far (around 1km from resort).

Fantastic place to stay in nature. Lots to do within the resort itself. The staff spoke good English and were very helpful. Breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular but it filled a hole in our stomachs before a day of exploring. I would definitely stay here again.

Greatly enjoyed my stay here recently! This resort is really unlike most other resorts I've been as it is really hidden away from the hustle and bustle of town and the serene, rustic scenery really helps in getting relaxation. Staff are very polite and helpful.

Beautiful grounds and really nice activities on site. Staff are friendly and organised. We stayed in 2 bed lift room which is a decent space for a family with kids. A bit more room inside would have been better than 2 balconies though. Some odd touches like the key deposits, breakfast vouchers and quite pointed set of rules in the rooms seemed a little old-fashioned and distracted a bit from what was otherwise a relaxing and pleasant stay.

Wonderful surroundings with a small river all around the resort. The garden is very pleasant with cute decorations. Staff are very welcoming and the rooms are spacious. They also have dinghies and bicycles to borrow for free!

Big resort with a lot of houses. With swimming pool. Breakfast was ok, you can choose between the menu's or take everything. Room is with big sitting area, bedroom and bathroom. With watercooker, coffee and hairdryer. A lot of kabinets fir your clothes. We and another couple were the only guests. In weekend should more people arrive.

You can get big room here. There is a river next to the resort for relaxing.

Clean and nice room enough for 2 couples. Love the surrounding atmosphere, rooms are along the river. We could order mokata and enjoy it just outside our room. My kids love the swing facing the river. We enjoyed it very much staying at Watermill resort. Thanks to the friendly staff for such a pleasant experience.

Beautiful place very relaxing and staff were wonderful and so helpful. It is a bit of a drive but worth it for a relaxing weekend.

A beautiful location with a creek curving around it, friendly animals to pet and plenty of play and relaxation areas. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Very firm beds. Food was just okay but there are restaurants with in driving distance and a 711 by the main road. Staff will shuttle you back and forth upon request.

My recent stay at Water Mill Khao Yai was a mixed experience, with the main area of concern being the hospitality provided by the resort. I believe that Water Mill Khao Yai has the potential to enhance the guest experience significantly by investing in staff training and ensuring that guests feel valued and well-cared for during their stay. While the resort has the physical infrastructure in place, improving the hospitality aspect would undoubtedly lead to more positive reviews and returning guests.

Wonderful atmosphere!! The resort is right on a stream so there are boats and rafts for guests and lovely spots to relax along the water. The owner is very friendly and accommodating, she pointed out activities for us to do and local restaurants. Breakfast is also good and everything in the room works fine. Really recommend this resort for the nature, activities, location and hospitality!! Would definitely return!!

Charming independent resort close to khao yai national park. Not luxurious, but clean and comfortable. Great for families. Food was better than expected and the staff were friendly and helpful.
