Honestly, its the best burger i have tasted, the meat was extremely fresh and clean, the chicken was above and beyond, and the wings were exceptional. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and it was very well designed. The service was great, even though the restaurant was full we still received our food in under 15 mins, definitely a go to restaurant and would revisit a lot in the future

Very good burgers with a good variety to select from. Service is fast and friendly. They even have a non smoking section for families. Good to go.

Didn't snap any good photos but - Burger is mediocre, crispy chicken burger is where it's at. The wings are pretty good, the hookah is average(Yes, this place is a burger joint that offers hookah). I recommend trying Uptown for sure. Only issue I ever had is the consistency of the beef burger, some days it's great, some days it's terrible, some days it's overcooked, some days it's raw. I'd honestly just get crispy chicken purely for its consistent taste and experience.

Overall: Great experience Staff is SUPER respectful, greeted at the beginning with options for non-smoker areas. Was taken to our seats. The waiter gave us our time and was ready right when we decided on our food. Burgers took about 15 mins, veggies were fresh. Taste was above average and a good bargain taste-for-money in Ramallah. Burgers didn't have packaging dining in, but i believe it was partially due to their decision to focus more on the presentation of the meal, which was great. It's gonna get messy, but they offer multiple hygiene options, including gloves and whatsoever.

Food is average, nothing too fancy But kinda little expensive They don't really care about the customer, you ask for a drink and they choose for you And when you ask for what you actually want, they will just wash it off The burger doesn't have a packaging or anything like the half circular wrap, eating it is just too messy and alot of it is dropping.
