We
checked
in
at
Can
Bordoy
and
we
had
booked
one
of
their
Deluxe
Suite.
We
were
welcomed
and
greeted
nicely.
They
asked
if
we
wanted
the
welcome
drink
at
the
bar
or
in
our
room.
We
answered
our
room.
They
took
our
credit
card
and
our
ID
documents
and
kept
them
and
said
that
they
would
come
right
back
with
our
documents.
What
is
important
to
note
is
that
you
are
never
allowed
to
take
a
customer's
credit
card
and
keep
it.
We
were
shown
to
the
room.
No
question
what
we
wanted
to
drink.
They
would
also
confirm
when
we
could
have
our
table
in
the
restaurant,
we
said
we
would
like
to
have
dinner
late,
at
9.30
pm.
No
feedback.
The
hotel
room
has
a
nice
design
but
everything
feels
low
budget.
Cheap
materials
that
they
try
to
look
elegant.
We
got
a
room
on
the
street
level.
Far
from
any
view
as
it
says
in
the
description.
The
windows
are
so
poorly
insulated
that
we
could
hear
every
single
person
passing
by
talking.
We
could
even
hear
those
who
had
the
room
above
us.
Later,
when
we
asked
when
we
could
get
a
table,
the
same
person
looked
at
us
in
surprise
as
if
it
was
the
first
time
they
had
heard
the
question.
Probably
due
to
stress.
We
went
to
the
restaurant
and
we
had
ordered
a
menu
for
75
Euro
per
person
which
consisted
of
us
being
able
to
choose
four
dishes
from
their
menu.
Everything
was
good.
What
surprised
me,
however,
was
that
in
a
five-star
hotel
they
did
not
change
plate
or
cutlery
once,
despite
the
fact
that
it
was
both
fish,
meat
and
various
sauces.
The
next
morning
it
was
time
for
breakfast
and
we
were
repeatedly
reminded
that
we
wanted
more
bread,
one
more
coffee.
We
then
gave
up
and
checked
out
of
the
hotel.
We
understand
that
it
is
a
pandemic
and
that
it
has
been
difficult
to
run
the
hotel
during
this
year,
but
at
the
same
time
the
five
stars
commit
to
being
able
to
maintain
a
certain
level
of
both
service
and
the
hotel.
My
feeling
persists
since
I
was
there
and
ate
dinner
a
couple
of
years
ago
that
they
are
unable
to
deliver
an
accepting
level.
I
must
also
say
that
the
staff
were
always
nice
but
my
feeling
is
that
they
are
understaffed.
That's
right,
the
welcome
drink,
we
got
it
after
we
asked
when
we
got
our
table
for
dinner.
