The food was very good, the Hazelnut croissants, the flans and the coffee are definitely my favorite. The tall guy serving customer hasn’t been friendly at all, he didn’t even acknowledge us when we came in ( even if we said hello when we came in). The service wasn’t good at all and we had to get our order ourselves from the counter after we sat down. We have visited the place on a very quiet morning so no excuse at all. Lluis Perez is making so much efforts to offer the best pastries to his customers and the whole experience has been ruined because of the 2 team members present on that day. What a shame !

The staff were not particulary warm or friendly - but this could have been because we don't speak Spanish. The items we got were so good we visited the two days we were in town and I am still dreaming about them to this day. One thing I cannot remember the name of was a round circle, quite dence more like bread than cake, covered with a thing layer of clear icing and slivered almonds and some candied orange peel. The pièce de résistance however was the chocolate croissant with chocolate filling. It was so sumptuous without being too sweet. I don't think we got too far down the road before we had inhaled it both days. If I got the opportunity, I would like to visit for sitting down for tea and some of the other items for sale, even if the shop and cafe itself didn't have much of an inviting atmosphere. But the croissant was absolutly something else!!

Excellent pastries, coffee and decor. The croissants and pain au chocolat are certainly good enough that you would be happy if you got them in Paris. The quality of the ingredients is high and the other pastries looked excellent. What impressed me was the coffee - it was really good, which is not usual in patisseries. The attention to detail in the decor is brilliant - beautiful cups, plates, cutlery. Maybe it would be nice to have some more drink options (orange juice etc) as this is a lovely place to sit and eat breakfast or the afternoon.

We found this place due to a recommendation of nice places in Palma. And it was so worth it! A bit offside the tourists streams, there is this charming little cafe with a smaller, but very excellent selection of tarts and small cakes. We had the blueberry cheesecake and the chocolate negra. Both were absolutely delicious. Sweet, tasty, just great. And absolutely fairly priced. Next time we will definitely also try the lemon one that looked so good, too.

It was a great experience. Good cappuccino and definitely amazing food. Worth trying it! Also, the prices were not high compared to the great quality.

Best croissant in the island by far, the mille-feuille is also excellent. Must try if you are into good quality pastries, some outlets in Palma, such us Mistral Cafe, sells their croissants.

Elegant decor, good coffee, and cakes that are not only beautiful but also delicious. Prices are also reasonable: 11€ for two pieces of cake and two cups of coffee, definitely worth it thanks to the great quality. Very happy to have stumbled upon this place! Highly recommended.

I ordered a birthday Algarroba cake for 6 through the website on a Wednesday and picked up on Saturday . When I picked it up from store the cake was square shape and not fully round as displayed on the website. It seems like the image posted refers to the 8 people cake which btw, they don’t make anymore ... feeling disappointed already. When I picked up the cake they forgot to include the birthday editable note ordered in advance so I had to make 40’ time around to wait to get that missing piece then be back to the store and be charged for it (2€). I can’t even read what’s on the note since they used the same chocolate color way ... see the photo below. All the above it kind kills the reputation of this place to me as I expected them to be a bit more pro by putting customers first, but hasn’t been the case. The full experience was not worth and sadly I can’t recommended it.

This has been the best cafe late I have ever had! The chocolate raspberry cake was delicious as well!! And the prices are great!

Nice address for desserts in Palma, we definitely recommend trying the chocolate and raspberry cake! We took some madeleines but we did not like them, they got somehow the taste from the plastic bag, not good.

Everything in this place is dedicated to making sure you have a great experience, from the delicious cakes to the design of the environment and the attention given by the employees. Tea and coffee is served on bone China, and the cakes are sublime! A first rate experience for less than Starbucks prices! I must meet you Luis Perez, and thank you in person!

No doubt, one of the best pastries in town, offering a small range of excellent quality products, good service, nice setting and good atmosphere.
