I had the buffet. It was good and worth for money. As an Indian, I was expecting a bit higher spice level. But, I can understand that they have to take care of all the customers.

A must try! Small dining area with delicious flavorful dishes. There is a large party room for big parties and gatherings. Located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. Service was good and food was served timely.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for many years. At times for lunch take out and others for sit down. It’s always been BYOB. Today was the first time I noticed a few changes. First the menu has changed a bit and now the portions are very reduced for a higher price. Secondly, they charge $20 BYOB fee. So our bottle of wine that we brought in cost us additional money to consume in a place that advertises being BYOB. Food and service was so so. I think we will be looking for a new favorite.

We wanted to like this place but after receiving, not only badly burnt naan, but several pieces of hair inside of it, can’t say we do. Order the sheesh kabob if you enjoy dry, old and bland sausage that will upset your stomach for days to come. Service was okay but still not coming back. Much better Indian alternatives around the area.

Tarka dal was really good but at same time chilly paneer was too bad, much less quantity for the money charged and quality was very poor, paneer felt super rubbery, which makes it too old to be used in cooking and should have been thrown out. And management was unapologetic after letting them know as well. Update: Management is calling and sending continuous texts after writing this review, stay away to avoid bad food and aggressive management.

Under new management. If you are sensitive to smells, DO NOT GO! The employees were burning incense in entry vestibule and inside the restaurant; it was STRONG! I had to hang my clothes outside and I only went in to order and then back inside to pick up. Very expensive, for VERY small portions. My hand is size reference of naan and carry out container.

We haven't been at the "Taste of India" for a while, but we tried their buffet today (8/26/22). We have never seen or eaten such horrible food ever for a relatively pricey meal. Besides the very limited buffet options, the food was HORRIBLE. Dry/not fresh (stale) tenduri chicken 😒, the so-called goat meat stew was nothing but bones and fatty pieces. We left with a very sickly feeling, nauseated and upset stomach. We'd never recommend it for anyone. 😡

I've been visiting Taste of India for a few years and it has never failed me. The food is amazing and delicious and the staff is very friendly. If you like Indian food or are curious to try it, I highly recommend Taste of India.

We went for their lunch buffet. It was a bit pricey for the offering, but the food was good. We had a variety of curry dishes including goat, and chicken. Their naan is fresh and tasty. Overall, I think a bit more variety and fresh offering would do their buffet well. Perhaps a chaat with fresh chopped veggies.

We came here for the first time post Covid because I remembered it always being so good. First thing was the buffet got smaller and moved to the front vs in the banquet area. It was busy so making everyone crowd the front is not only claustrophobic but also a fire hazard as there was a line of people blocking my booth most the time. The service was atrocious, no naan bread came despite them serving bread to the other tables who came after us numerous times. We had to ask multiple times and were treated like we were a nuisance. My boyfriend never got his soda and when we asked about it the guy with braces told us to talk to someone else. They were very attentive with giving us the check though. Made us feel like we weren’t welcome and they didn’t want us there.

I have been dining at this restaurant for 10+ years. I like their food. I always tip 20%. Only recently have I found out that they already include 15% service fee in the overall bill and I tipped 20% over that. It would be nice that they would tell me about this charge. Instead, on the credit card signature page, they still leave you with a blank to tip. I apologize for not knowing that it is a standard procedure to charge 15% service fee for a large group. I thought it would be a good idea to bring all my 9 students plus 1 colleague to dine at your restaurant so that they could bring their families later. That's how much I like your restaurant and your food. Clarification 1: I didn't receive a refund and I no longer feel that I need it. The important thing is that my students and I had a great time on November 4th to celebrate they completion of a program. Both the food and the experience totally worth the $32.09 service charge and the $50 tip. Clarification 2: no one brought the receipt to my table. I went to the front desk and I asked for a receipt. A woman printed it out and gave it to me there. Therefore I didn't have time to read the receipt. Again, my mistake. I will be more careful from now on. We love your food. I would appreciate that no one spit in my food next time I am there. Five stars for your food. Five stars for your service. Peace.

The primary reason for disappoint was the food. It's just not authentic Indian. Lacked flavor and the spices were just not right. Their recipes are messed up. Chicken in tikka masala was hard and stale. Tandoori fish was stale and smelled in spite of the spices. Garlic naan was weird. So avoid if you want to eat authentic flavors. Service is was just okay. The server hardly came around and the water pourer spoke only Spanish! Setting was clean and there's plenty of free parking right outside.

Been coming here for 6 years. Since Bala and wife have taken ownership everything has tremendously improved. Food is great, price is more than fair, and the people who work there are respectful and kind. Taste of India keep doing what you do, there must have been 50 people in there today throughout the time we were all there. Everyone seemed happy, great atmosphere!

They have a great lunch buffet. We have been here many times at lunch and it's always fresh. The flavor profile is even better under the new ownership in the last year. The only caveat is you won't lose weight dining here.

Ordered delivery, lamb t masala, all I got was meat in sauce. No rice or anything else in the bag. You would think they would let you know if it didn't come with rice since EVERY other indian restaurant serves rice with their entrees. I won't order from here again. You shouldn't either.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and top-notch service. I am staying here for a month and eating here mostly every day.

I’ve been coming here since I moved to the area in 2018. Never had one bad meal or poor experience. The food is phenomenal and the service is always great. Even the takeout stays fresh! 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking for some great Indian food.

I ordered the butter chicken and it was perfectly made. Seems like not a lot of butter was used, and instead seems like they used oil as a healthier alternative. The chicken was tender and you can taste the quality. Will be ordering again!

I stopped tonight to get some food. They were very busy with a Diwali party in the attached event space. However, my service did not suffer. The food arrived promptly and was hot and delicious.

I'm new to Indian food so please take my review with a grain of salt. What I noticed is that many of their proteins consist of chicken, some delicious, some okay, others I tried once and wouldn't try again. I love the flatbread that they brought hot and buttery to the table, simply delicious! The desert was limited to 2 options, both were okay to my taste buds but not something I'd usually go for. Most of the chicken dishes I tasted had some kind of spice to it, I loved that, my wife not so much. Some of the flavors were surprisingly good and others weren't. Again, I'm new to Indian food so perhaps it takes some time. Overall, while the wife wouldn't return O have to say I'd give this place another shot in the future. The servers were nice, the buffet area was kept clean, and the atmosphere was also good.

Dude..the quality of the food and service is just AMAZING!!! I can’t describe how much the service and the parking spaces were pretty cool as well! The servers are really nice, and they checked up on me, how nice of them! 5 stars, OBSESSED WITH THIS PLACE!!!

This place is actually very nice. The service is excellent, and food - very good. Many Indian restaurants have good food, but quite often it's very oily or just greasy. Not this one! The place is also very clean and tidy, which I really appreciate. I'm sure we'll come there again.

Went here for dinner recently. Ordered chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, chicken biryani, & garlic naan. Everything was delicious. Food arrived quickly. Service was polite & kind. Would happily return.

Beautiful service and beautiful food. My friend and I drove 35 minutes to try this restaurant. We ordered aloo samosa, chicken soup, chicken saag, chicken biryani, tandoori roti, yogurt and of course dessert - kheer, ras malai, and masala chai. The service was great! Both of the gentlemen that took care of us were attentive, patient, and kind. We were seated right away and taken care of in a timely manner. The food arrived quickly and in order of appetizers, main dishes, and dessert. We didn’t have to wait long for each item to come out which was great because we were absolutely famished when we arrived! On top of this, we were given a starter of papadum, red chutney (sweet tamarind), and green chutney (mint and cilantro). Everything had a beautiful spice level and so much flavor. The aloo samosa were beautifully flavored and delightfully crispy. The soup was flavorful and fresh tasting. The chicken saag and chicken biryani were DELICIOUS! They both had a beautiful spice level, a gorgeous flavor profile, and were absolutely enough to share with leftovers. The yogurt, chutneys, and roti were all fresh and delicious. The green chutney was my favorite! And of course, I type this while still enjoying my masala chai, the desserts were absolutely delightful and a perfect way to end the meal. We will absolutely be returning. Thank you, Taste of India!

We had the butter chicken and the chefs special. Every thing was delicious and everyone was very nice. It was our first time trying Indian food and we will be coming back. It think we'll get it a little bit spicier next time. All in all great experience!

Mmmmmmm. This place offers a buffet for those scared to try Indian. And perfect for those like me that want to try a little of everything. Service and people here are always incredible. Love the flavors. Not too spicy for those timid. A decent amount of options and Desserts are so yummy. Great job you guys! My new favorite Indian!!

Amazing food!!! Portions seem small but very decent actually. Fresh, hot and very tasty.
