Prioritises profits over genuine care. Kept changing the therapies, some of which actually made it worse. The staff is predominantly new interns, who albeit are kind and have good intentions. It's evident the higher-ups have not a single care about their patients, and just try to sell as many therapies as they can. After my mother had to be hospitalised after one of their treatments. Their excuse was, well it's always a gamble with these new therapies. Completely disgraceful and pure negligence.

Best recovery clinic in Bucharest !I’ve been going to the clinic for 4 years and it feels like home ! The staff is well trained and helpful. I went to both CentroKinetic 102 and to CentroKinetic Floreasca, for kineto and Physiotherapy - every time the staff was friendly, helpful and dedicated.

Their imagistic equipment (NMR) is a poor quality one and not recommended for proper investigations. I advice people not to apply for services from their NMR equipment.

The place to go ...in case you need help (orthopedy / neuro) I went to Centrokinetic in 2018 first, when my back was giving me trouble. The experience was great....so much so that this year when I had to recover from knee surgeries there was no doubt in my mind I like the personnel, most of them are superb in customer care and professionalism, yet friendly, enough to make patients welcome buy still eager to work hard for recovery. Two knee surgeries later and quite a lot of weeks of almost daily visiting I've seen so many patients who are helped, supported, cajoled and respected regardless of age, degree of injury, and lack of self confidence. In a few weeks - of hard work - people get confidence, strength and mobility in an almost unbelievable way. From the medical team I interacted with Dr. Gican - whom I highly recommend ** Not an inexpensive location, but a highly effective one.

Exceptional service, care, guidance, and support.I highly recommend CentroKinetic. I had a knee injury over the Christmas holidays, which prevented me from walking or driving in any great capacity. Immediately, I found an appointment with a doctor who recommended some procedures and kinetotherapy. The physiotherapist team, really helped me understand my injury, and I finally feel like I have a path to recovery. At each session, they encouraged me to go beyond my limits and progress with the recovery. The clinic has 3 locations (I was only in 2) and both clean.

I have been going to CentroKinetic for a while now due to my lower back pains. All personnel from reception, to therapists and specialists are kind, knowledgeable and professional. I require a diverse set of treatments and I am happy I can do them all at CentroKinetic. Kineto, fysio, massage, manual therapy and tecar are just a selection of treatments they provide. I highly recommend this clinic and its personnel!

I am the patient of this recovery clinic since 2019, the patient of Dr. Gican. The doctor's diagnosis was always the correct one and later confirmed by MRIs or ultrasounds. Physiotherapists have a lot of patience, they are well prepared, they know how to work with patients, they know when to insist or when that is the patient's limit. I always take courses that keep me up to date with the latest news in recovery techniques. New equipment is constantly being brought in to help in the recovery of all problems. There are also qualified personnel in physiotherapy, massage and manual therapy. The reception is provided by qualified, polite staff with a lot of patience. The clinic has many specialties, which gives you the opportunity to solve your problems practically in the same place. This is also a plus in terms of the doctor-kinetotherapists-physiotherapy-massage-manual therapy dialogue. Cleanliness is another plus, given that the daily number of those who pass through the clinic is high. The toilets are clean. Likewise, the changing rooms, the therapy rooms, there are disinfectants in the therapy rooms. There is the latest generation equipment, high-performance MRIs, ultrasounds, etc. which covers a multitude of ailments. This is what I felt all these years when the team of this clinic (I'm talking about the headquarters in Mircea Eliade because that's where I go) was by my side, a place where I found a lot of understanding and help. The effort to permanently modernize the Centrokinetic clinics, to open new centers in different points of the capital, which allows choosing the clinic that is closer to home or work, is also to be appreciated. I think that Centrokinetic really is a name on the Romanian market at the moment, considering that they are also found in Brasov and Cluj.

I started my classes here,with such a bad back pain but the guys fixed my back within 10 sessions so i had a very nice experience here with everyone, the stuff is very kind and friendly, i 100% recommend Oana,Matei and Bogdan at Kinetotherapy class! 10 out of 10!

Very well equipped center with equally trained and friendly staff. A very good relationship was established with everyone. Especially with Ciprian and Orlando from physical therapy and Matei and Tudor from physical therapy. I recommend everyone who needs physiotherapy here.
