Visited this museum yesterday on my last day of my Romania trip and I had more fun than I expected. First of all it serves as an education of the Romanian football history and important Events in it. Secondly it also shows some football events, player trikots, match emblems etc on the International level. There is one room where you can experience the big stadium feel during important games. The museum also has an interactive room where you can take pictures while being on a trainer interview table and you can also try yourself as a commentator. Finally the top most floor has a penalty shootout area where you can try to score against an immobile goalkeeper. There is also next to it another area to test your shooting speed and there is also a kicker table!

5 stars for a place full of stars! Not just a museum but a tailored made experience. From top to bottom, this amazing interactive and vivid place is definitely a must see in Bucharest. PS: get yourself a nice Girafa Roz cocktail from the bar, you'll thank me later ;)

New soccer meusem, located in the old town. There are 4 platforms that telling the story of the romanian soccer. Real shirts, ball, tickets, medals are showen. There is also story of the worldcup highlights during the years. The soccer legendes are not mentions except Maradona's Barcelona shirts. You can play as a goalkeeper , or try to score for holes, play fifa in PS5, football tabels. Nice, no parking.

Even though this is the first football museum I visited, it still doesn’t worth for 49 Lei ticket.

This was a great fun! My husband enjoyed it immensely and it was quite entertaining with the variety of exhibits from different places and interactive games. Well presented collection of items and history of football.

It's the only football museum in the Southeastern Europe. The ticket is a little bit pricy, but worth it. Even though I rarely watch football and know so little about this subject, the museum is a nice place to learn at least 2-3 things and get to play some games. You can see T-shirts, shoes, balls, articles, photos and a lot of other objects that gives you a sense of the evolution of this sport since 1930. It's important to have clean socks and without wholes if you wanna play 2/3 games at the last level. And our guide was really nice and attentive.

10,00€ per person is a little bit more than it deserves but if you are football lover and you visit the museum with a football lover too you probably going to spend great time there!

Hello sorry it is not open on weekends there are people who live in the province and work during the week example is me. Do something with the working hours to be open and on the weekend that's nice.

The football museum is definitely worth a visit. There are different floors that deal with different areas, there is not only Romanian football, international clubs and world championships are also covered here. The display cases are also labeled in English, so international tourists will also benefit. A video runs in an interactive room, the stadium sound can be heard and you can marvel at lots of international jerseys. Our son really liked the fact that he could comment on game scenes, play table football, shoot a goal and feel like he was at a press conference. We spent a little longer than an hour here, we didn't use the cafe, but at the end you can (but you don't have to) go to the shop. Admission for two adults and one child was the equivalent of 26 euros, photos could be taken at any time.

I recently visited Football Museum Bucharest and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were eager to share their passion for the football. The museum is beautifully designed, with interactive exhibits that made learning about the history of football both fun and informative. I particularly enjoyed the items displays of iconic players and teams from around the world, which gave me a new appreciation for the global reach of football. I visited it at the same time with a group of around 50 children who were absolutely amazed about the items displayed and of the possibility to play and exercise in the dedicated fun rooms. So I truly believe is a great experience for adults AND children also. The highlight of my visit was the opportunity to see some of the actual artifacts and memorabilia from historic matches and tournaments. It was amazing to also have the possibility to play in the practice and interactive rooms and to see all the items in the museum so close and to learn about the stories behind them. Overall, I would highly recommend Football Museum Bucharest to anyone who loves the beautiful game and also to the ones that know less about it. The museum offers a unique and engaging look at the history and culture of football, and is a must-see for any fan or enthusiast.

A truly special place and the holy grail for every football fan. A lot of amazing shirts and even a fun practice area on the 3rd floor. A must see in my opinion if you want to learn something about Romanian Football.

Great experience! It takes between 1 and 2 hours for a full tour, the building has 7 levels and at ground floor there is a fan shop, bistro and caffe. Great staff. They have amazing memorabilia from 1920 until now aside from the usual t-shirts. You can see match programmes, pennants, refeerees things, the evolution of the ball since 1930. Also, the museum has a corner dedicated for the women fotball and from my understanding they are gonna change every collection in 3-4 months. The last 2 levels are interactive, i had fun with my nephew.

Good museum for passionate footballers ! Neat and clean ! Luckily there was not much crowd when we entered on a Saturday … max people were in the play area on top floor ! Bit small and air conditioning not working well for summer months. Overall good to have such a place in Bucharest… nicely done ✅

The museum is nice, but pretty small. I expected to be more educational, I needed more history, more technical explanations. Some t-shirts, some pictures, some games, some LCD's, all are nice. Overall, I recommend it.

Staff were warm and friendly. The Museum is somewhat underwhelming, the interactive exhibits are fun, the selection of footballs from world cups over the years are cool as are the old school football boots and other memorabilia. The problem is, there's not much else to do. With a few more imagiative exhibits the Museum would Improve a lot.

A beautiful and great museum! Some sense of humour at some descriptions. There’s English description as well, which isn’t very common in museums in Romania.

Hi friends, I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Football Museum Bucharest, and I must say it was an exhilarating experience that left me in awe of the beautiful game's rich heritage. From the moment I stepped through the museum's doors, I was transported into a world where football legends came alive, and the echoes of unforgettable matches reverberated through the halls. The museum's layout and design were simply outstanding. The curators have managed to strike a perfect balance between interactivity and information, ensuring visitors of all ages can engage with the exhibits. The thematic sections were thoughtfully organized, guiding me through football's evolution from its humble beginnings to the global phenomenon it is today. I will definitely come back soon!

Very nice experience with the kids! Ages 14,12,6. We had a lovely time to spend 1.5 hours. The two upper floors are interactive and really fun. A bit expensive and that’s why a star less :) My kids gave it 5 stars

A very good initiative, the section dedicated to Romanian teams and the store can be greatly improved by bringing articles from clubs with a rich history and numerous fans such as Dinamo, U Craiova, UTA, Petroul or Poli Timoșoara.
