Nice place to take photos they have so many rooms to offer. But don't go here alone as staffs are not accommodating. They are not allowed to take pictures since they have their own photographers inside and they cost too much. Hope they improve their customer service!

There are 8 rooms with different designs, some of them were separated from several themes. We all love the banana beach and piñata room. It’s worthy to spend a half day with family or friends to have fun here. It’s definitely a good place to take instagram photos and reels.

The place looks a little old and needs some paint job. The kids will enjoy this place. There are free desserts in each room. You can also have unlimited picture taking so don't forget your camera 😁

Just worth to visit if you wanna have a good laugh. This so called museum is just the most ridiculous I have ever visited. Lack of cleanliness and maintenance of the place. Their desserts look like they have been there for ages (didn’t even tried them. They have some games but you can’t really use them since their are missing pieces. Basically its just a spot to take some “instagram” pictures if you catch the right spot. Oh and we were forced to wait 15 min in a room because their photographers where doing a photoshoot in the next room.

i was surprised that it's inside the maison mall. but the place is fine. they accommodate well. visit was way back december last year—2021. so, they only allowed 2 different group per schedule. good for buddies hangout cos its way too instagrammable. their photoshoots are pricey though. so you can either bring tripod and camera. there's souvenirs and gummies at the end that you may want to buy. very photoshoot experience so be prepared for creative poses and don't miss a single chance—always have a backup battery for dslr.

Cute, colorful, and charming! Celebrated the first half of my birthday here and took all the fun photos I can take. Birthday celebrants are free on their birthday as long as accommodated by one paying adult. Be sure to reserve your tour via their website. The tour guides are very helpful and will direct you to get the best shot/angle for every dessert room.

It's more of a photo studio than a museum, there wasn't any informational materials and no story or any connection in any of the rooms, just candy themed rooms. If you are looking for a place for picture taking then come here. Our kids in the end were complaining of how much picture taking sesh we had to do 😂. Desserts weren't that enticing either, it's more of a "for compliance purposes". Anyhow, it was still fun not just what expected of a museum. Staff were very attentive and accommodating. And if you need a photo using your phone they are happy to take it. They also have dedicated photographer but the copies are not free its php250 each. I recommend if your intention is a photoshoot then take advantage of their photographer, the quality of the shot is good but when printed not so much.

If you want to have a sweet experience THIS IS THE REVIEW FOR YOU. ENTRANCE. 799/person is a bit too much for this place. On the videos we saw on TikTok this place looks really fun and seems like there's so much to do, Well, NO. You'll be paying 800 just for a couple of rooms. PLACE. Place is not that hard to find. It's just 5-10mins walk from SM Seaside. FREE DESSERT. For how expensive the payment is, FREE Dessert is not worth it. We just got, Chocolate, Cotton Candy, and Frozen banana coated in chocolate. STAFFS. Very welcoming and accommodating that's a plus. PHOTOGRAPHER. So what influencers out there doesn't tell you is that there are staffs who'll take your photo inside, you'll be thinking wow this is good specially for couples you might think that you be having lots of photos together but NO. Sorry. 1 photo = 250 pesos if you'll get a copy YES ONLY ONE. And if you think that's fine you just request 1 photo to be printed and the you'll ask for the soft copy but NO. Again you'll get to choose if you wanted a soft or printed copy of ONE PHOTO and pay 250. What if you wanted both printed and soft copy then you'll have to pay 500 pesos for 1 photo. And if the staffs took a lot of photos for you they would tell you that they will give you a soft copy of all the photos for 1000 pesos which I think is absurd thinking that the entrance is really pricey plus there isn't much to do there just taking pics and rooms are not that good in person either. Pictures are not that good too. But if you just wanted experience.

The Dessert Museum is overrated and overpriced! Despite the flashy visuals, the ticket cost is outrageous for what essentially amounts to a brief photo session. The interactive aspects are lackluster, and the selection of desserts is mediocre at best. Save your money for a more fulfilling sweet experience elsewhere – this one is a disappointment!

This place is more of a photo staging center than a museum really. That being said, the rooms were super cute & you will definitely be able to take tons of IG worthy photos. We visited on a weeknight at 7pm & it was not busy at all. We felt comfortable taking our time trying to take perfect pictures since noone was around but us. The staff was nice & it's pretty cool how they're dressed up in cute costumes to match the environment. We got sweet snacks at almost every room but I really only ate the cotton candy. I left feeling like it was a good experience but also kind of like I was expecting more. There is room for improvement. I would still recommend especially if you have kids or with a fun group of people who love to pose!

Where do I start? 1. Experience is commendable 2. The place is clean and well maintained. 3. Parking space - we've decided to park at the nearest building 4. The employees are courteous and hands-on 5. You get sweet treats in some of the rooms 6. We played the honeycomb game in Squid Game and got a prize (bottle opener - ref magnet) Overall, it is a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The place is very cute and aesthetic! I love the dessert decorations and the surrounding. This place is suited for those who loves instagram photos and the staff are very friendly too. The staff is equipped with a High DSLR camera and they will take a picture of you for each dessert room and it will be available with a fee at the end of the side. There is available candy and cute small cupcake included for some of the rooms. My favorite room is the Jumping Cloud! It's worth to visit with friends and family.

Price is not fair with what you'll experience inside. You are not allowed to bring dslr camera plus there's an extra charge for late and photo printing. OVERPRICED. Also be careful if you are booking online because they don't offer refund plus they have 200 extra charge for rescheduling. For 799, they only have 4 desserts which I think is not worth of the money. The rooms are just small enough. This is just okay for aesthetics and photoshoot but not as enjoyable as other museums.

I think the idea is great, but the actual cooking process is left to the tablet. The tablet provides detailed instructions, which is good, but since these are dishes I don't typically make at home, I'd prefer step-by-step guidance from a pro to create something really refined. As expected, what I ended up with looked more like something I made by following a YouTube video. This convenience of not needing to prepare ingredients myself is nice, but it falls short of being able to create fancy pastries like a pro would. The 6-year-old got bored halfway through.

We already visited the museum in 2018. Thanks to their promo where people born on May is free, we came back for a little trip down on memory lane. Sadly, some of the rooms aren’t as nice as it was before. I feel like it lacks photo worthy spots especially the jelly room which I believe will only be enjoyed by kids. The complimentary desserts’ quantity and quality was the worst part I think. In our first visit, we were given a free dessert for every room and we went out of the museum feeling full since each dessert was in the right amount of serving. Those desserts also tasted delicious which I think made our visit worthwhile. In our current visit, we were only given four desserts and it was only given in bite sizes which is very small. I also think that the quality of the dessert given was in low quality unlike back then. I also agree with some of the comments here that the place needs more lighting since you need to edit/brighten the photos first before posting it. The place was also quite hotwhich causes my baby to be somewhat irritable during our visit. On a positive note, what I like about the place is that we didn’t need to wait in line considering that we went on a Saturday. But probably because we already paid online so the staff just checked the screenshot of our payment. The photographers were friendly and accommodated our requests to take pictures of us.

Some of the dessert exhibit or rooms are closed when I visited which they didn't inform me about. Once you pay for the entrance fee they will give you a coupon indicated are the dessert treats you'd get to taste. They should update the coupon as well because there's a coupon or check box for milk tea but I didn't get any. Just inform people before they get it so they won't be disappointed like me. I was able to capture a cute photo of myself in the Donut room though.

The rooms are gorgeous. I recommend to brighten up some rooms since the photos taken by the respective photographers are darker than preferred. If it's not the room's light at fault, then may the photographers take note of that when they take photos. It will help boost the sales of photos too. Cheaper to bring someone along to take photographs. Attached photos in this review are mine.

Great place for photoshooting and pictorials with giant sweets for the family. You're given 15 minutes to be in a particular room, which are varied and provide interesting facts about a particular dessert. Some small snacks are also offered when inside, though you can't return back if your time is up. Do keep in mind that your own DSLR cameras aren't allowed since they have their own photographers there; smartphone cameras are allowed however. There are lockers available for rent for 50 php each for storing valuables. I also recommend buying tickets online in advance to avoid long wait times. • 15 mins to be in every room; no returning after proceeding to the next one. • Own DSLR cameras aren't allowed; you can store them in a locker which goes for 50 php each; smartphone cameras are allowed. • Some small snacks are offered throughout the way. • Offers interesting facts/trivias about different sweets and desserts. • Buying tickets online in advance is recommended to avoid delays.

there's really nothing to see here. The custodians are more interested to take photos. There's also no assistance and it costs extra to operate a moving apparatus for kids. There are some sweet freebies that you get after you exit the rooms. It's just a good place for stay-at-home parents to get their toddlers entertained.

The place in itself is unique that tugs into the sweet tooth of all ages. The different rooms depicting a theme of a dessert was thoughtfully created. The space inside is not that big hence they have a way to control incoming guests. I did not give it 5 stars because of the price paid, they should have an option for guests to either pay for the entrance alone or bundle it with the offered desserts - which are not that special in my opinion and others can argue. Would I come back? Probably not.

Entrance fee is quite expensive although i got mine at metro deal so I saved a lot compare to the original rate. If i just going to justify the money that i pay for the experience I may say that is not enough. The place quite good. You'll get treats every after station. Other personels may assist you in taking photos voluntarily. I've enjoyed it but not satisfied.

I was expecting more. It’s an experience you may want to go through once with your Family. Toddlers and Kids will probably enjoy it, as long as they don’t get hurt by the hanging fake donut and don’t try to eat the fake mallows. The real marshmallows are nice though.

And every different theme, you can claim your FREE dessert 😋 such as : in cotton candy theme, you can claim free cotton candy in ice cream theme, you can claim free ice cream you can claim it by the bracelet that they give to you, and you need to return it in the exit. If you lose the bracelet, you need to pay 300p And the entrance fee is 799p per person 2 years children is free

Too over price for the esthetics of this place. Will never go here again, should have spent our money to Enchanted Kingdom Instead. In each room, the activity is too little. You'll just roam and take photos. The two deserts that have been given are just plain sweet.

Location: Quite ok since its just inside SMaison Conrad , so if you have other errands you could easily go to the SMaison mall for other stuff or foods. We went there on a Monday and it was just alright, no pila and we were accomodated after paying. What we like: Colorful dessert rooms esp. if youre the kind who likes to IG a lot! What we dont like: Its uncomfortable inside, as in pawisan kming lahat. Not sure if the A/C is even working! Then everytime papasok ka per room the staff would ask to get your photos, its too bothersome esp. when you have kids who just want to play and enjoy the place! Then we found out you could pay Php250/ pic @ the exit. Uh. Also, the ad that says mouthwatering dessert- its a scam-- we were given a tiny cupcake and the last room with some pinata we were give eenie minnie tiny candy. I mean come on! My son who wants another cupcake keeps asking pls.more? So we approached the attendant if we could have 1 more tiny cupcake but he said the other rooms have more desserts and will be in bigger portion- ok thats a total lie. 🙄 So in the end we only have that candy. So lousy talaga.. so its just for picture2x. Nothing educational kind of a museum. But well yeah.. Overall: For Php799 its not worth it. Go spend your money somewhere else talaga. ☹️

This place is really good for those who like to take pictures and those who enjoy sweet desserts. It has different themes, such al gummy bears, donuts, camdy cane, etc. In each room we can take pictures and the friendly staff are very willing to help us take pictures. In each room we also get free desserts up to 7 kinds. When you're done with the tour, you'll surely feel full. Tasty!!!

  • 3/5 Ryan M. 5 years ago on Google
It gives you what it promises - Ig-worthy pictures. It's like those 3D art museum places where all you do is take pictures, but this one's themed and better curated. Desserts are so-so, don't count on it. That being said, value for money is a bit questionable but if you really like taking pictures, or you want tend to bond with peers through picture taking or being creative or wacky, then this would be worth the money.

  • 4/5 Tetet U. 4 years ago on Google
Really an instagrammable place. It lives up to your expectation that every dessert station is a photo opportunity. Some people take their time in taking the perfect shots which can lead to long line in that spot. But aside from the photos and the free desserts in each station, there are no other things you can take from the experience. It's not that interactive. Bring home photos of the place, less of the memories.

Two-hour tour. The package includes 5-6 desserts: mini-donuts, marshmallow, candy or cotton candy, chocolate dipped bananas, mango graham ice cream float and cake pops.

  • 5/5 Rachel N. 5 years ago on Google
It was absolutely adorable! It's what you'd like from a museum type of establishment. You walk through rooms, take as many pictures as you want and they give your different treats along the way. My girl and I enjoyed our time there very much!

Lots of photo ops. Place is great, really enjoyable. A number of displays though are too high and therefore not conducive for taking photos. The volume of people is quite high when we visited in a Sunday evening.

It's a very nice and fun experience not just for kids but also for adults. There are desserts given in almost all the sections. This is heaven for people who love sweets. They have several sections inside the museum wherein one is allowed to stay for 15 minutes or less to enjoy the place and have a taste of their desserts. You’re given 2 hours maximum time to go around the place. At the entrance you’ll be issued a digital bracelet that you can use to claim their free samples from marshmallows dipped in ube to cupcakes and cotton candies and ice creams. It was fun going around the museum and picture worthy .

I was surprised that there are lots of visitors considering we went on a sunday. Staff are organized. You got 2 hours to enjoy 6 (if I'm not mistaken) rooms with individual themes. The good part about it is you have full control on which room you spent most of your time. The entire place is picture worthy and is highly recommended for people who likes sweets!

A big place for a fun filled photography shoot. Kids and kids at heart will surely love the place. 2 hours of non stop fun in 8 rooms that have free desserts in each room. Special mention to free FIC (fruits in ice cream) 😋. Should have been 5 if the first 2 rooms (Doughnut and Marshmallows) could be a little more lively. The next 6 rooms was really really nice specially the Piñata room. Also the price is a little bit steep for 799.00, i think Php 599.00 will be the sweet spot and Php499.00 will be deal killer. Over all its a good experience.

The museum was great. But I think some of the paint needs re touching. Sometimes if you take too long, they push you to go to the next room to accommodate other groups, which is understandable. But, then when we were on our way to the last room with the cakepops... they locked the door for an event. They were there for a while bc we even went all thr way back to the cotton candy station for more photos, came back to a still locked door. A mom and her son were panicking bc the son needed to go to the restroom. Had to bang on the door to get through. Wish there were more camera people to accommodate the visitors. Otherwise, it was fun.

The free food is a nice touch, though the piñata food is not available. Chocolate-covered banana is the best free food there. Plenty of photo opportunities, especially at the bubble machine. Staff are courteous too. Friday afternoon is crowded, visit at other times for best photo experience.

The stations and activities are very limited. Not a child friendly place because the tour has a time limit.

Great. Great place to visit for kids and for date idea. You'll experience a great view of different sweets. But don't expect too much. That's all.

Fun place for kids, and adults too! Lots of colorfully decorated areas where kids can play, take some snapshots, with some areas offering free candy treats. The place is consistently cooled by air conditioner, so it's fine for kids to run around. If you want to have dedicated time slots for photo shoot per area, you may request for a photography permit.

Everything is aesthetically pretty, the included desserts are delicious, staff are very friendly but some rooms are a bit dull for a 15 minute experience.

The rooms are cute and it's good for taking pictures. However, it's way too expensive for what you see/get. We also only got two types of desserts because they were out of the cupcakes and didnt seem to have a fourth? Definitely not worth the price.

Manila's dessert wonderland has finally opened its doors to the public, and you can be one of its first visitors! Make your way to the Dessert Museum in Conrad Hotel Manila’s S Maison and fill your senses with the most mouthwatering sights. Not like any typical museum, this will probably be the first one you'll literally slide into to enter! After a ride on the sprinkle slide and through the Donut Hole, a certified museum guide will take you on a sugary journey through eight rooms themed after different desserts. Go through the Candy Cane Groves or go Cotton Candy Picking and be treated to samples of desserts especially curated to fit the themed room! Jump and play as you learn about the different desserts. Don't forget to charge your batteries! You won't be able to resist snapping a photo at every corner of this exquisite museum. Come with family, friends, or your special someone and get your fill of this sweet experience.

A place to satisfy your sweet tooth. It has this ig worth rooms. 6 rooms with different dessert themes such as donuts, marshmallows, candies, etc. Each room is unique with different activities and some you need to pay but all else are cute and colorful. Each room will offer a dessert so ypu would not go hungry. I would love to have fewer people in each timeslot. At the end of the trip, there is a souvenir shop. There are also photographers who would take a picture and you get to buy the pic at the end at the shop.

Bought tickets online and saved 100₱ each. I must say this Museum is good for kids. Other than that, it’s not a really place-worthy to visit unless maybe you’re practicing your photography skills or you’re just tanning out of places to visit for ang kind of dates. Entrance fee is rip-off I must say, you are only allowed to stay max of 15mins per room to take the photos you want but if you wanna learn more about the desserts trivia, 15 mins might not be enough. It may get crowded at some point so there’s waiting time to get your fotos taken individually too so 15mins is a bit insufficient but idk if they’re really keeping count though. Inclusive desserts are changing according to the availability. From our experience, we had 2x of the white chocolate dessert from the Piñata room because of the unavailability of the next dessert. Pictures taken by staff can be printed out for souvenirs which cost ₱250 each and at the end of the tour, like any museum, there’s the souvenir shop.

1st The location was totally not clear. when you enter from Mall Asia it was not know. It was location inside the Conrad Hotel.near Starbucks coffee shop. The experienced was best and suits for the children and best for looking a good spot in terms of photo shoot. The entrance fee is a little bit expensive for my opinion. not bad just once in while.

Brought my nephew and friend to do the full promo. Museum tour plus baking. They came out disappointed not even a picture on their phone. Staff kept wanting to take their photos and charging them. The baking was no better. No help or supervision to teenagers. Just left the tablet for them to bake. They came out with a melted frosting cupcake. Since they ( inexperienced bakers ) didn’t know that cupcakes needed cooling before decorating. Not worth the money not their service.

This is my second time to come. The first time was in 2019, the place was fairly new and I enjoyed it a lot. My second time, I expected a similar experience but this place is not well kept. They even replaced the pool of toy bananas with just a pool of yellow balls. EVERYTHING is falling apart. Do not waste your money

I recently visited The Dessert Museum on February 9, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The museum's concept of each themed rooms was not only visually captivating but also incredibly fun to explore. Each room offered a unique and immersive experience, making the visit both enjoyable and memorable. One of the highlights of my visit was the opportunity to indulge in a complimentary dessert, which added an extra layer of sweetness to the experience. What made the experience even more exciting were the fun and challenging activities. Those activities added an extra layer of engagement and entertainment, providing a perfect balance of fun and challenge for visitors. Overall, The Dessert Museum provided a whimsical and enjoyable escape, perfect for anyone looking for a unique and fun outing. I highly recommend visiting The Dessert Museum for a sweet and memorable adventure!
