The mall is wide and spacious. This is great for a night time stroll, shopping, or window shopping. There are variety of places you can check and try. Hotels and entertainments are also near this area. - There are many fast food and restaurant choices available - There is a place where your dogs could play - Lots of stores available (jewelries, bags, tumblers, almost anything you might need) - ATMs are available - There are two parts of the mall, so there's really a lot to see. You can use an overpass to go from one building to another - Helpful staff and guards - Kinds entertainment is also available. There is a central open area where people would normally go for photo ops. - Normally people would go to this place when they are currently book on one of the hotels near the area. For some cons on the area: - This mall is not easily accessible through commute. Public vehicles are scarce on the area. - Easy to get lost. There are no self-service kiosk (or at least, there's no available I could easily see) which makes it hard to locate stores. You can always ask the friendly staff if you're lost. - A lot of stalls are not available due to the pandemic. But most of them are gradually opening now.

This place is very friendly for families and kids! It's very peaceful and safe. If you are looking for not crowded malls, this is the place that you should be going! There's a lot of stores where you can buy your stuff, there's also a lot of restaurants you can it with. They also have a park and playground where kids can relax and play.

It's pretty and spacious with clean and nice amenities. Stores are starting to grow more. Ive seen a lot of store board ups and upcoming stores are really nice and exciting. They have new ones that you rarely see around like Hoka, Locker, Anta, Oldtown Cafe.

Very nice mall, has everything, a wide variety of shops and restaurants. Wasn't as busy when a more comfortable shopping experience. Good place to escape the heat and walk around.

🏬🛍️🛒🏷️ - huge number of shops/stores/restaurants however rating it 4 ⭐ because there are still a lot of empty stalls. Looking forward for stores to emerged. Hopefully it will be well-maintained ⛑️👷 - health protocol is strictly implemented. You must present your vaccination card upon entry. 🚙🚘🛵 - parking space is good since e-pay however we experienced a difficulty since the person before us got her money eaten by the machine, which took time for them to respond(it looks lile they were also unfamiliar about it) and create countermeasure(like allowing us to pay to another machine that doesn't require us to fall in line at the back, like pay alternately)

Really really vast, there are lots of space to spend a whole day just walking around and look at stores. I love how the mall put themes to differentiate the origins of the stores, e.g., Japan Town, China Town, Korean and of course our own Filipino Village, which I think, has still not presented much with only a few stalls inside it. Probably 2 more years after the pandemic and this place will be full of life bursting with color and people from all walks of life.

Very nice big mall with many fancy shops and good restaurant options. Has 5 floors & lots of places to walk through & explore, like K-town, J-town, C-town, and F-town areas. You can also bring your pets here, and it has a big, pretty park area with a fountain & outdoor food stalls; most likely, there will be talented buskers scattered inside & outside the mall singing nice songs. Overall a beautiful mall, great place to chill at.

Clean and still new despite opened last year (2020), the mall still has vacant spots to be occupied. Not a lot of people visiting this place. Mall is spacious and cool - from the air conditioner. If you are sick and tired of MOA and wanting another mall that is big in comparison, then visit this place. .

The BIGGEST Ayala Mall in the Metro, it features 5 levels of endless shopping and dining options. And with the construction of the Landmark department store wing, this mall is going to be a very promising alternative to the SM Mall of Asia.

This mall is huge. It’s probably one of the biggest Ayala Malls I’ve seen which aims to compete with nearby SM Mall of Asia. It’s a little similar to SM Megamall in interior aesthetic compared to its other Ayala Mall sisters. It’s an ideal mall on this new normal since it’s not as crowded compared to other malls. Except for popular restaurants/shops like Starbucks and Tong Yang Plus. They also have a nice outdoor & garden area. There are still a lot of vacant areas and spaces so it’s still a bit confusing for me. They also have themed areas like JTown, KTown, etc. but still lacks tenants and stores. The most commendable features is their open-air garden and their contactless pay parking system. Car plates’ were taken photos as they come in and guests just need to pay via machine through their locate your car via plate numbers. Cash, Gcash or BPI are accepted as mode of payments.

The mall is big with themed floors you can explore. There's Ktown, Chinatown, Japanese town and many more. The parking area is very nice because of virtual plate detection. The area is very spacious and pet-friendly. They have this very big and pretty fountain and outdoor food stalls around the park.

Good mall for leisure. Since it is fairly new, the mall is not very crowded even at peak hours. Air-conditioning is good and there is a nice combination of open-spaces and pet friendly areas. Definitely a great place if you are looking for a more relaxing alternative to Mall of Asia. But do not expect a lot of budget friendly shopping as this is more of a high-end dining option. The only downside is the transportation as there is a limited option for public transport to get to the mall due to the location.

A mall situated along the south and one of the biggest in town. You'll find every retail stores from local to foreign brands and has a place exclusively local and pinoy pride products at their Filipino Village located at the 3rd level where our very own renowned Balikbayan Handicrafts store the Tesoros are in place, there's a variety of local food stalls to choose your favorite local foodies as well. There's also tiangge, park, cinemas if you're looking for something to enjoy and unwind.

Great shopping experience as there's not much mall goers during this hour. Clean surroundings, stores, a comfy feeling as you escape from the heat and winds outside. Store staff are accommodating. Much stuffs to buy. Happening here today and will run through this weekend (Jan 12-14, 2023) ~Ozine Anime Fair Circus at Ayala Malls Manila Bay~

I went to Ayala Malls Manila Bay to play at Timezone. This branch of Timezone has a lot of games in pairs so you don't have to wait in line if you want to play a certain game e.g. you want to play Hockey there's 2 or 3 of it in the branch, also if you're not comfortable in crowded places this branch is very spacious and there's a lot of entrances and exits.

What I like most is the open spaces and the al fesco dining, spacious and clean interiors, well maintained comfort rooms, fully automated pay parking facility and it is pet friendly such that they even have a park for our fur babies. I hope that the pandemic ends really soon so that more stores will re-open and we get to enjoy the movie theater and other facilities again.

The worst disorganized vaccination program held in Parañaque with idiot guards at present. Astra Zeneca second dosers went here last July 30, 2021 in hoards - mall personell , Mayor Olivarez staff cannot control the crowd. No Public Address system, the guards kept on shouting to us ( for sure nobody understood what they are shouting for ) - simple " use a public address system " so the crowd will follow their instruction. A guard named Heme said " 10am pa po Kasi pasok nung nsa PA" . What the hell, people, senior citizens lined up as early as 5am. We were standing outside the parking lot for 2hours. Parking on the exit is the worst nightmare. Upon entering the mall parking, no card was given. No instruction why. On our way out super traffic going out of the basement parking. Another stupid idea. Super slow system at the cashier. Cashier demand 50pesos parking fee, we said went for vaccination program. She asked for the vaccination card and look at the details, then let us pass. That was the cause of super slow exit, stupid decision indeed! If this is how management solution with regards to pay up/holdup parking. Well it's complete chaos! Do you think mall goer (leisure) will go to this mall if they know hoards of people came here for vaccination purpose? Think about it!!

Such a beautiful mall! They don’t have a department store nor a supermarket, which makes them different from other malls. If you take time to walk around the area outside, you can really feel the cool breeze coming from the bay. Stores are a bit on the expensive side, so if you really want to shop around and spend, this is the perfect place to go to!

It's so spacious because it is actually a very huge mall with high ceilings and a park. It is accessible from City of Dreams, Solaire, Okada Manila, and also SM Mall of Asia. Some areas are still under construction, but it is fully operational for shopping and dining. Parking is amazingly high tech! It just scans and takes a photo of your car with plate number so that it can detect the car upon checkout at parking exit.

First time to visit here, I thought there is not much people here. Though parts of this mall still have vacancies, I really can say it really has a different feel than the regular SM malls. The entertainment area is spacious, they have a lot of parking spaces and there is also a transport terminal inside.

We keep coming back here because it is just near our house. 2 because my father loves to play bowling and even if the bowling in Timezone is just the mini type, we still go there just for fun and it is much cheaper that going to a real bowling alley. The Timezone price when we went there last Dec 2023 is at 185 per game per person. Since they have a promo to pay for 600 and you get 1000 equivalent Timezone money with 400 e-tickets. Also Ayala Mall is pet friendly and you could bring you pet in the stores and on Timezone. Except for restaurants with no Al fresco dining. We usually eat on Tokyo Tokyo since they have an outside table and chairs.

Clean and very organised, finally the comfort room is well being kept clean from time to time. Securiy guard are visible everywhere where you feel safe to shop around. But there is one thing I noticed inside the mall... all celfon unit mostly sold inside every small stall were being stolen & sell to them at a bargain price either the unit comes from local market or anywhere around the world. If in case you buy anything inside V-Mall & later on while using the things & you found out that there is a defect and you go back to the store where you bought the defective item to lodge complaint then you can't find them anymore coz' the administration of the V-Mall is very smart they change every stall owner at least every month to protect them from being detected from their customer of any complaint or replacement whatsoever. Moreover there are also many kinds of so called first class or surplus branded bags, belts, signature pen, perfumes, pearl, sports shoes, and watches & clothing on sale are 99.99% totally FAKE. Not even worth a penny of your hard earned money to buy any of these things.

Love this mall because its pet-friendly, new and very spacious, hence, with social distancing measures and less likely to crowd. However, rating this Ayala Mall a 4 coz there’s a lot of yet to open stores, and the usual RTW staple stores (i.e. Uniqlo, H&M, Zara, etc.) have no branches here. No department store, either. Though hoping for more developments in the coming months. 🤞🏼

A very very big shopping mall. Actually I thought is this a small old shopping mall when I look from it outside. It is just 3mins walk from Hyatt Regency Hotel at City of Dream. There is a local terminal on ground floor and I cannot find the entrance. The security guide is very nice to lead to to the entrance. It is a huge mall but many empty shops. It separate into different zone with different theme, such as China town, Japan Town, Taiwan Town etc. There are no supermarket there. Only 2 Chinese call grocery stores. If you stay at City of Dream, it is good to visit. If not, better not to spend time to travelling here ..

It's been two almost three years since I've last been in this mall (pre-pandemic), and it still remains to be my favorite. The gardens are vast, and the mall is big enough (with wide spaces) to be able to shop comfortably while avoiding crowds. The crowds usually are in the ground floor where the more mainstream shops are. We hung out at the Filipino Town to buy dresses at Apartment 8. Other notable areas are China Town, Korea Town, and Japan Town. As the names suggest, they are divided into groceries and food places that are relevant to these countries. We spent a bit of time shopping at China Town's grocery area, particularly the shops that specializes in Taiwanese snacks.

The Ayala Malls Manila Bay is one of the bigger malls in Metro Manila. There are restaurants everywhere and it has everything you need. There's a department store, an aesthetic studio, book stores, jewelry shops, boutiques, different fashion stores etc. It has an even center in the middle and there is a large events garden outside where you can even spend your time to get some fresh air or relax. The are also some great grafitti and promotional art on the parking spaces and outer walls so you can even do photoshots there.

Huge mall with big gardens/open spaces perfect for strolling. I was actually expecting to have a view of the bay because of its name, but got disappointed. I guess the place where it currently sits had been a part of the Manila Bay and was reclaimed. Nakakalito pa ang lugar especially for first time. They have lots of restaurants ranging from budget fast foods to high end ones. Their parking payment method is also convenient as you can just pay thru a kiosk/portal with huge monitor.

Such a family-friendly mall in the South! I love the concept and how they have regular events and a good variety of restaurants and lifestyle shops. Buffets? They got it! Tong Yang and Alley are here. CHINATOWN? KOREAN TOWN? JAPAN TOWN? FILIPINO VILLAGE? Check, check, check and check! They have a nice courtyard and outdoor park for kids and indoor playgrounds and arcades to boot! The kids of all ages would enjoy KIDZOONA INFLATABLES, TIMEZONE and PLAY & LEARN. Healthy Options, Fully Booked, Mothercare and Sports shops are here too among other fine fashion names one usually go for. We've been coming here for the Animé Cons and Cosplays but also enjoy eating out here and malling on regular days because it doesn't get so crowded. It's perfect for toddlers and babies and the whole gang!

  • 5/5 Helen B. 4 years ago on Google
I like how the mall was broken into sections but the cellphone section is still crowded with so many stores offering the same stuff. The bags section was not crowded. Each store features different brands. Lot to choose from. You'll spend at least 5 hours to canvass and buy a best buy. You can actually negotiate a price for every item you intend to buy. Hence before going to the mall, do your research to have a good price to negotiate and stick to it. I did that and I ended happy going home with the items I intended to buy on my appointed budget.

I frequently visit here but my visit last July 31 was different. I had time to take photos, it was not as busy as it is everytime I visit which I really miss but since the restrictions were stricter again — no dine-ins allowed, people do not go to mall that much and some restaurants were closed while some still take risks to survive. The mall is good for sight seeing especially when its 100% done and occupied The view of the sunset here is also on point. Let us all hope for better days — government investing on vaccines and not just on ayuda (bakuna na lang at wag nang ayuda)

We went there this morning for my daughter's vaccination. I was in awe with the parking system where you can simply locate where you parked your car by clicking the "find my car" button. It's perfect for people like me who tend to forget where I put the parking ticket and where I parked the car! I'm glad that they have al fresco dining for the Starbucks Reserve. We went there before the mall opened so we didn't stay too long. But it's a nice place. It's a place where kids and adults will enjoy.

The place was great. Not to crowded. I know it is pandemic with less people. But for sure this place is a scaped paradise with their garden in the middle surrounded by the building of the mall it is not exposed to the noise and smoke from vehicles. I recommend the Manam for your sumptuous meal experience at your budget.

My 2nd time here and still refreshing to stay in their garden. Since it is open, kids can play in the mini playground and you can satisfy your cravings thru their mini banchetto. Very spacious but I think is inconvenient to go to for people without their own vehicles. It's basically almost still empty due to its sheer size. Some establishments have closed down I guess due to low foot traffic. It has wide open spaces and has ample outdoor dining, perfect during this covid season.

Some stores are closed. The area is spacious. 1 meter distance is observed. Wearing of face mask is strictly implemented. Upon entering, you need to present your vaccination card. 😊 They have LINE Friends Store and NCAT, if you're a KPOP Fan. 😊💗

Ayala Malls Manila Bay is one of the biggest Ayala Malls situated in Metro Manila in the heart of Parañaque City. There are hotels nearby such ah Okada, City of Dreams, Resorts World Manila, Aseana, Seda to name a few. It is very big and have a lot of stores and restaurants to choose from. The mall have spacious parking area. It also have a Central Garden where you can relax with your family. There is a playground for kids, areas where you can sit and chat outside the mall, a fountain and unique big outdoor display like Palay statue etc. Restrooms are big and clean. It is very nice and relaxing to stroll with your family and friends. I highly recommend Ayala Malls Manila Bay. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
