It was my first experience shopping at van cleef and it was absolutely lovely. Jacques who works there was very helpful and patient and made it a very enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice luxury boutique in the area.

It was my favorite store, too bad they haven't recently lived up to my expectations. I purchased items from this store and I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience. 30% deposit to have a bracelet they say... Process at the head of the customer. The sellers give you their contact details and read and do not respond to messages if only out of respect. I finally got my bracelet elsewhere and I will not return to this store.

The stars aligned that I came to this location. I tried the VCA on 5th Ave in NYC (where I live), then Place Vendome. Neither could help me for different reasons. I'm so happy with my experience at VCA Printemps and I'm so thankful that Jacques was the person to help me. What I wanted was very small, but it was my 1st VCA purchase and had a lot of meaning for me. Jacques listened to my story and shared in my joy with my purchase. I already know what my next VCA piece will be and I can't wait to return to Printemps to buy it from Jacques.
