Very rude and unprofessional. I had a massage booked and when I went to have it done, they said that the therapist left. They had my number and didn’t even bother to call me! The worse was the manager’s actitude that instead of apologising she was ignoring me.

I used to enjoy this place as it’s usually easy to get a quick high quality massage. However the quality of the sauna and hammam has really declined. It smells of mildew and there was insanely loud construction *during* my treatment. The actual massage itself was top notch, but not worth the overall experience.

Really bad experience here on Sunday 12th February. The spa area is downstairs in the basement and is really quite small, there is seating for approximately 30 people. I agree with the other negative reviews, the steam room does smell really bad of mould, the sauna has seating for approximately 4-6 people. Downstairs the relaxation area is next to the service lift that the cleaners are using for moving dirty towels and dressing gowns so you've constantly got people walking past you. The shower was broken, light as well as the head of the shower (which was just lying on the floor). I complained to the lady at reception who said "this is an urban spa" - whatever that means. For €50 / person I expected much better. Bad value for money.

The service are decent quality (massage and facial) but the professionalism of the staff and the space itself is lacking. The hammam is nice with lots of different areas to sit. But at one point the hammam had no more steam and it never came back. I had a facial and my husband a massage. For the facial, the walls between the rooms were incredibly thin, I could hear the entire discuss of the person in the room next to me while I was getting my facial. I could hear a member of the staff talking loudly to the cleaning lady right outside the door. For my husband’s massage, he was waiting near the hammam for someone to come get him (as they had done for me for my facial). 7 minutes past the hour and still no one had come, so he was instructed to go upstairs to ask. He was finally brought into the massage room for a 1h massage, that finished 15 minutes before the hour, so a 1h massage was really less than 40 minutes. The hammam access is not included in the purchase of a service, so the entire experience was lacking but quite expensive.

Place is very nice, clean, well done. I would only say that I won’t probably go back because 70€ for a scrub that was expéditive, less than 10 min and not relaxing as people talk super loud inside the hammam you expect it to be a quiet place and people are screaming!!! Not worth the money, it’s a shame !

Wanted to escape the cool rain and relax. It was a good spot, clean and staff was very accommodating. I was glad it was women's day and hardly anyone was there at the time I went...1400 hours approx.

Overall it was a decent experience— massage, gommage, sauna. However, they charged me extra at the end for no reason. They told me I had booked a “weekday massage” scheduled for a weekend, so they made me pay more. Nowhere was this made clear on the website nor on my booking confirmation, so I felt as though they had unfairly charged me. The woman was very rude who checked me out and could not explain the reason why I was even able to book the “weekday massage” on the weekend (this should be impossible on the website). The service was mediocre and they should improve how they treat their clients.

Had a facial after a 24 hr flight. The setting and the staff are equally fantastic. Highly recommend

I had such an amazing and relaxing time, the spa is absolutely beautiful and offers a variety of treatments from the HAMAM’s traditional scrub, to massages and beauty treatments. There is also a small restaurant that offers very healthy dishes and drinks. And the staff was the best!!

Horrible experience. I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at this spa. Despite booking a one-hour massage, the session began 10 minutes late, concluding at 16:50, cutting my massage time significantly. When I raised this concern with the front desk, supposedly the manager, she responded with aggression, threatening to call the police. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, and I caution others to be wary of this establishment and its dishonest practices.

The installations are very nice, however the service is not good at all. First time we booked a massage and when we got there they said it was canceled because there was no one available to do the massage, they didn’t sent a message or anything to let us know. The second time we went we booked a deep tissue for my boyfriend and a relaxing massage for me. The girls at the reception were not very welcoming and also they didn’t even ask who was getting which massage, they end up giving us both a relaxing massage, my boyfriend had a sore arm so he really needed the tissue massage which is also more expensive.

We had a lovely visit here. The scrubs were thorough, the spa seemed clean and it’s decorated beautifully.
