This was my first appointment and my last, the receptionist was disrespectful and disorganised. The dentist Dr. A. Kirstetter incompetent, I had arrived 10 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment, was moved multiple times between the reception area and waiting room before I could give in my name, mention that I am there for an appointment and fill in the formula so that everyone arriving after me could go first. Going into my appointment with the dentist she firstly did a detartrage which lasted for 15 minutes and didn't go over my teeth properly, I had a wasted my time at this office, I won't return

The rather elderly secretary with glasses is super unpleasant, no sense of professionalism, we enter the room, no hello from them, we wait a bit because she is talking with her colleague, we pass in front of the secretary to make a recording, she asks us to wait 2mins we sit right in front of the cash register, neither of us calls us back to come back we come back to ask if it's okay and that we would like to be registered because we have an appointment in the next few moments, she complains that it's We're the problem and we won't come back and ask him. But what exactly is this lady’s problem??? We are right in front, they neither say hello nor ask us if we need anything and then she is the one who complains while she asks us to sit and wait. The dentists are really great but to review the professionalism of the secretary staff please! Very execrable secretary and amateurism not at all professional

It is a shame! Waiting 3 months for a meeting (Invisalign). Doctor 1 h30 min late. Finally, I managed to have the meeting but the doctor didn't find my dossier in the system. Result: all that was done before was lost (images, prints, photos). "Please return next week, we will need to re-do all". It is a shame! No respect! I would never recommend Clinadent Louvre! Never!

Dr Martin m’a semblé être vraiment un bon praticien très sympa très simple. il a pris vraiment le temps pour la consultation. A a dépassé un petit peu. Le temps prévu comme je venais de loin pour pouvoir régler au mieux ma situation et ne m’a pas laissé repartir sans rien. concernant le cabinet, ce n’est pas un scoop, grosses difficultés pour se garder concernant l’accueil des secrétaires, ce jour-ci, j’ai trouvé la secrétaire particulièrement chaleureuse et attentionné. c’est un cabinet que je recommanderais donc.

Si vous tenez à vos dents ne m’était jamais vos pieds dans ce cabinet. Depuis le mois de février 2023, je me fais soigner par le docteur ABDI Alain en premier lieu des caries qu’il soigne soi-disant en grattant, mettant un Vernis tout le temps dans ma bouche et tous le vernis tombe quand je mange, j’ai super mal. De plus, je me suis fait poser des implants à hauteur de 5000 € horrible, j’ai ma bouche qui est en feu car les Implants ne sont même pas caché on voit tout dans toute la nourriture reste à l’intérieur donc vous imaginez même pas les infections j’ai l’impression de mourir quand je les appelle ils me donnent de la codéine et des anti biotiques. Je passe mes journées avec des douleurs. Deux Entretiens avec la directrice du centre. Je demande à être soigné correctement. La directrice me parle d’argent. Je lui ai bien fais savoir que je ne payerais plus 1 centimes. Donc je demande mes 2 chèques restants. Au début elle me dit qu’elle n’a pas les chèques dans sont bureaux, lors ce que je lui ai dit, pouvez appeler la police je me bougerai pas de votre bureau tant que je n’ai pas repris mes deux chèques. Finalement, après plusieurs minutes d’échange elle me remets les chèques et me dit que je serai en situation d’impayé. si vous tenez à votre santé, attention à ce centre. De toute façon je ne me laisserai pas faire, je lui ai bien fait comprendre.

Never seen. 3 appointments each time without anesthesia initially for a broken tooth. I got the anesthesia myself each time because the dentist hurt me terribly. The pain persisted for 2 months (unable to eat on one side and ultra sensitive to hot and cold). When I went back to check up, she only prescribed anti-inflammatories. So I decided to stop going there. I learned from another dentist that my tooth was in fact cracked, certainly during the procedures at this center. So I now have to devitalize this tooth even though initially a composite was enough!! I therefore do not recommend Doctor Camenen at all for the lack of attention to patients' pain and her negligence (she also forgot to treat me for a cavity that she had nevertheless detected).

Doctor Martin is a very good dentist, he explains the steps precisely and saves the teeth which can...... I found the dentist I need..

Just perfect. I went to this clinic following the fabulous advice of Doctor PEREZ concerning the extraction of wisdom teeth. Fabulous support from start to finish with a reassuringly friendly and expert doctor. Quite fearful of dentists and for wisdom teeth, Doctor Perez explains each action taken and each future feeling. Here I am 3 weeks after the treatment with a cold notice, no pain, effective post-operation treatment, and once again a doctor who knows his field perfectly. Thank you to the reception for their very clear explanations concerning the quotes, fees and steps to be taken, everything was clear and I was reimbursed for the unreimbursed care. Operation behind me, thank you!

The dentist is very professional and gives a good explanation before the procedure, which reassured me. The secretaries are also welcoming even if one of them should speak less loudly for reasons of patient confidentiality. On the other hand, the director is unpleasant and disrespectful. I refuse to sign a document before the intervention because I do not have a detailed explanation, and the director tells me that if I do not sign there will be no intervention without even taking the time to explain the different points of this document. Don't go there if you have something serious to examine. We will never send you your x-rays. The secretariat is a disaster. We put you on hold after 2 seconds of communication then we make you wait until we hang up on you…

I 100% recommend the stomatologist PEREZ Romain, who listens to the patient, knows how to do his job delicately, I removed my wisdom teeth without any pain, the next day no symptoms, frankly, go for it, it's the best of the best! !!

Went here 3 times. At each visit the dentist from prior visit no longer works there. First visit was OK. Second the dentist wrote bad information for another dentist read. Third visit: Pascal Valliorgues (sp?) told me I needed fillings in all my teeth. WHAT? They promised a DEVIS that NEVER arrived. How convenient they cannot find me in their system either.

Dental office that does not hesitate to add fictitious care to your wisdom teeth extraction bill. When you ask them what this benefit is (knowing full well that it is bogus) the secretary and the doctor start to stutter but give you the magic phrase "Don't worry, it will be reimbursed by your mutual insurance company". 200 euros of unreimbursed liability, whereas if I had gone to an honest establishment I would simply not have had to pay anything. I don't recommend.
