As an American living in Paris this was just what I’ve been searching for! It’s challenging but goes by fast, and it’s super fun.

I love Misha’s classes. Great to change up exercises as boxing and workout. I don’t see how quickly 50mins passing by.

Best place to do boxing!

We often go to one of the competitors, and we really liked the course. The exercises were really different, it was great, and we felt like we really worked (the aches and pains are there haha). The small downsides are: the size of the changing rooms, it's very small so not practical, and the boxing gloves have a smell... they smell very, very strong (foot odor), and I find them to be of poor quality. That said, I'm going to go back because I worked well during this session.

I second the below reviewer — Misha's classes are fun and intense, in a good way! It’s a small space, but with an efficient layout and very convenient location. Looking forward to going again next time I'm in the neighborhood 👏
