disappointed
with
my
cut
at
Cool
and
shape
for
several
reasons:

cut:
having
shown
a
photo
of
what
I
wanted,
the
hairstyle
doesn't
really
look
like
it
and
I
don't
find
it
modern
because
of
the
roundness
added
by
the
hairdresser
at
the
last
minute.
This
gives
a
slightly
aging
effect.
I
imagine
that
the
hairdresser
wanted
to
add
her
personal
touch,
something
I
can
understand.
But
when
a
client
shows
a
photo
it
means
that
she
has
a
fairly
precise
idea
of
what
she
wants…
In
addition,
my
hair
is
cut
shorter
than
in
the
photo
knowing
that
it
was
already
quite
short
at
the
base...
Indeed
the
hairdresser
asked
me
on
wet
hair
if
the
length
was
good,
but
how
do
I
know
how
much
the
hair
goes
up?
once
dry?
Finally
a
strand
sticks
out
from
the
rest
of
the
hair!!

the
price:
I
paid
€85
for
a
cut
which
lasted
a
maximum
of
30
minutes
including
shampoo
and
styling.
Knowing
that
I
had
to
cut
5
cms.
I
wasn't
expecting
this
price
at
all
considering
the
services
on
the
site.
I
think
I
benefited
from
an
energy
cut??
I
don't
even
know
what
that
brings!

it

hard
to
tell
for
a
person
who
is
not
in
hairdressing
whether
they
have
medium-long
or
short
hair
and
it
is
not
to
deceive
the
hairdresser
in
question
that
we
choose
the
wrong
service!
Also
on
your
website
the
mid-length
cut
is
65€
and
not
85€…
I
don't
know
if
you
put
yourself
in
your
clients'
shoes
but
it's
always
difficult
to
clearly
see
the
cut
we
have
in
the
salon
and
with
a
blow-dry
that
is
not
ours!
And
the
more
I
look
at
my
cut,
the
more
I
see
flaws,
especially
below
the
back
which
is
longer
than
the
top
and
sticks
out!
