Zero-point friendliness from one of the salespeople who was at the checkout at the Châtelet store on 01/09 at 6:57 p.m. She does not take the time to clearly explain that to benefit from private sales discounts you need a loyalty card. She just says “do you want the card for the discounts? ”, question to which I answered No, thinking that she was talking about discounts in general, not discounts applied to my items. Following payment, she said to me “I told you that you needed the card for the discounts, you said no. » in a very dry and unpleasant tone. Tell us if being a customer at your place bothers you, so we can spend our money elsewhere.

I don't know where to write but it's to indicate that I bought a black bag from you and when it rains it rubs off on my clothes (in this case it's a big brand white down jacket) so a lot cleaning to make it go away. the dyes in your handbags are of poor quality

I dealt with an extremely obnoxious and unpleasant saleswoman with long hair and tattoos who took the liberty of looking down on me. It would be good to explain to the staff that they must learn to be polite with customers because the first impression depends on their welcome and there were three of them unpacking the goods not caring about the customers. I will no longer return to this store as I will not recommend it to those around me. This establishment does not deserve any stars

Just bought a bag here (Google Maps states the store is closed on Sunday but that's not my experience). I wandered in and out the store multiple times as I couldn't make a decision. I appreciated the saleswoman (don't know her name but she wore glasses), who let me take my time to look around and gave me good advice. Thanks again for your help
