I like old school gyms so I was very sceptical before trying it, but the training here is absolutely great! I was very impressed by the results. The coaches are friendly and professional, everything is very well organized, and the workouts are perfectly designed for your personal goals. I highly recommend this place!

If you want to do EMS, look no further, you’ve come to the right place! Having tested a well-known competing subsidiary 3 times, Fit success has nothing to do with it. Here you will REALLY work out and see results after just a few sessions. And this is thanks to an incredible team (thank you Jade, Mathis and Nassim) and members who suffer at the same time as you, but always in a good mood and that makes a big difference. Very friendly team and very well designed and equipped premises (the showers are great). Very rapid effect I find, for my part quite clear at the end of the 3rd session. Advantage of very short sessions for people in a hurry while having the effects of an hour of sport or even more.
