What a great, sunny and warm summer day to pay a visit to the newest coffee shop / coffee roaster in town. Located in a quiet street of the lively area of Les Jardins des Plantes, Paris 5th, this cozy little place recently opened by Caroline & Julien offers all kind of drinks, some sweet delicacies, a nice range of freshly roasted coffee beans and great service. Recommended!

Very cozy (and a bit hidden) gem for specialty coffee amateurs in Paris. The barista was amazing and took time to guide us through the different coffee. I tried a V60 that was perfectly made and a cappucino that was good too. We had a long conversation about the current state of coffee and specialty coffee in Paris & France which was nice and interesting. If you are in the area you definitely have to go there!

Authentic and certified specialty coffee done in an artisanal style. The variety of coffee was very good and I received the best attention!

We loved this place. It’s so cozy and welcoming, an inviting little cafe with a tasteful and decorative interior. We were served by Reuben - he loves his job and is so passionate about coffee, we had a wonderful conversation with him over delicious filter coffee and hot chocolate. Can’t recommend Synapse enough! We’ll definitely be coming back here next time we’re in Paris.

Super cozy specialty coffee spot. We got a Cappuccino and a hot chocolate that were very tasty, perfect for the cold weather. Also, super nice barista.

A coffee shop really worth visiting! Tasteful coffee full of fragrances - friendly baristas - cozy environment a/c indoors and clean toilet. The variety of coffee offered and the prices are really impressive for Paris . Definitely revisiting !!

Took a while to find a nice modern coffee near where I was working, less than 10 minutes on a bike. Bruno was great, nice to chat about coffee with him!
