During my last purchase my jewelry broke, the customer service was super responsive and pleasant, they quickly found a solution to replace it for me. I recently discovered Elise Tsikis jewelry online for the first time. I live in Asia and have not yet had the chance to visit the Parisian store. The Sarah and Racine earrings I received were not only beautifully designed, but also carefully packaged in elegant and durable boxes. Despite a slight hiccup with delivery, the team quickly rectified the problem and ensured that my order reached me without delay. To top it off, there were surprises in the box: a perfume sample (which is great) and the famous bean! This made me very happy! I was given an Elise Tsikis bracelet in December 2022. I went to the store to ask to have it shortened: I have a thin wrist and there were a lot of links dangling, which bothers me. I am told that there are delays of 3 to 5 weeks... So I abandon the idea. After wearing it 3 times the clasp broke and I can no longer put it on. I go again and the person asks me to pay to replace the clasp. For a bracelet that costs around 150e, having to pay for a repair after having worn it so little is theft. In short, to avoid and poor customer service.
