Run away ! after the hassle of making an appointment (once canceled at the last minute without explanation, another time canceled because what is displayed on Doctolib does not correspond to the actions carried out) I was already cooled, especially since the prices are students. I still wanted to give this recently opened center a chance because the location suited me. So I made an appointment for electric shoulder hair removal. I am received by 2 young women who are friendly but don't seem very professional. I fear I have come across a commercial hair removal center which employs poorly trained technicians... Strangely, the technician is not comfortable with my banal request! my fear is confirmed. She prefers to offer me laser, I explain to her why it is not indicated in my case (paradoxical pushback) and that I have already done electric which works well. Let's move on from his attempts at medical explanations which don't hold water (no luck, I'm a doctor so I see that). The technician therefore takes her phone to consult the doctor (who I imagine serves as a guarantee) who visibly refuses electric hair removal. What follows is a lunar discussion where the poor, very uncomfortable technician is incapable of giving me the slightest reason for this refusal ("it's long/it hurts/I've never done it/I apply what said the doctor"). In short, I wasted my time... I encourage everyone to avoid this place which should be limited to the beautician salon and leave medical hair removal to the real professionals. Dear Murano, change jobs! PS: only 5 star reviews? not credible, it smacks of buying fake reviews! definitely this center is a scam

Je partage mes sessions laser entre Murano Paris et Melun, plus pratic entre mon job et la maison. J’y étais allé suite au recommendation d’une amie. Je recommande vraiment les 2 centres, les médecins sont à l’écoute et offrent des soins adaptés car je leur ai posé plein de questions et elles m’ont rassurés. Bravo

I have just had my laser treatment after years of being followed in other Murano centers for other procedures, it is always a pleasure to return to these centers. I have a lot of hair and it's not easy to treat, but we took the time and respected the protocol strictly. Always professional team and top doctors, humanity and kindness. They know how to give the right instructions without pushing for consumption, that’s their strong point.
