Enjoyed a lot this yoga studio! First of all - as far as I know its the only place in Paris where you can experience a total visual immersion during yoga class. Secondly - teachers and owners, both are really nice, professional and have a well-balanced customer oriented approach. Last but not least - place is central, cozy and tidy (everything's brand new, fresh and smells good :) Definitely a great idea if you'd like to add some new sensations to your practice.

J'ai découvert le yoga ici il y a un an et depuis je ne peux plus m'en passer. Jen et Candice sont très accueillantes, à l'écoute de nos interrogations et de nos besoins, toujours souriantes et positives. Le studio est très agréable, apaisant, un vrai cocon. L'immersion permet vraiment de déconnecter. Les cours et les professeurs sont variés, ce qui permet de diversifier les pratiques, les enseignements, les conseils et les approches. Aucun cours ne m'a jamais déçu. Tous les professeurs se complètent, sont pédagogues et bienveillants. Bref, je recommande My Ginger à 200%.

Best yoga place in Paris. This place is a safe space with the best top class teachers you can find. The immersive part adds a lot to the experience. You evade yourself while improving your yoga postures each time. This studio has been a life-changer in my life. Thank you Jennyfer and Candice !

My Ginger was the most beautiful and peaceful Yoga studio. The two sisters who own the studio are so welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed it so much that I went twice in a row, where I was transported by the immersive class.

Unique immersive experience. And the team were fab. Will be back!
