Fabio, he is the BEST Apart Hotel Host we have ever had!!! He made our stay in Paris just wonderful because he showed us where to go and what to do to maximize our trip!! Gave us the best restaurant suggestions as well, he was our best part of the trip, he is family now! We loved our room because it felt more of home to us. The cleaning staff was amazing as well because they came in everyday and left amazing. Everything about our stay here was perfect and made our stay in Paris even more special! Thank you Fabio we love you so much and thank you for everything you did for us! We will definetly come back here again.

I was there in 2022. I lived with my tall family, myself being 204 cm and dad 192 cm and the room was very cramped. I can't remember which room it was, maybe 803? Either way the rooms are quite small, but there was a nice balcony with view over the street, plus nice wall decorations. The service was a bit boring. We thought that a guy named Fabio was a bit ill-favoured sometimes and when we ordered a taxi to the airport from him, he called some other company that wasn't a taxi. Maybe someone who he would get money from if he sponsored them? All bad things apart he was a nice receptionist and greeted us well when we got back from a day out in Paris. When you book this hotel it's very important that you know where it's located. The area is called the res light district and there are a lot of sex shops in the area.

Great location, right next to the metro. Was great to have the security of a hotel but with the space and amenities of an apartment. It was clean and well equipped with kitchen equipment, lovely toiletries and extra pillows. The staff were very friendly and always happy to see you. The one thing to note was that our bed was very firm, our personal preference would be a softer mattress.

We stayed here for a week (11/2-11/8) and had no complaints. First and foremost, the service is absolutely standout. Fabio in particular will spend as much time as you let him making sure you have a good stay. If you book in advance, reach out to him to let him plan your vacation as he can get you discounts/reservations for places that may be booked up (including Moulin Rouge). In addition, someone is always at the desk to help with an emergency (we had a very late red wine spill and were taken care of with no extra charges). Location is literally steps from both a metro and bus stop. You will walk less on your way to many of the major landmarks than if you had stayed in their actual neighborhoods. Daily cleaning is included, which was great and somewhat surprising with the apartment setup. Overall, we had a great time. Don't waste your money trying to get a five star hotel by the Eiffel Tower when you can stay here and spend your money on experiences.

The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Fabio in particular. Long story short, my brother in law left a stroller in a taxi. The stroller contained many variables, including my daugher's phone. We did not know which taxi we were in, except some info about the driver b/c we had a nice conversation with her. My BIL told Fabio what happened. Shockingly, Fabio had tracked the taxi driver down within 15 minutes! The driver returned back 30 minutes later and gave us the stroller! Service does not get any better than that! Thank you fabio!

This was a lovely hotel to stay in, with friendly, caring staff to clean rooms. It was a cute room for 4 girls and they treated us perfectly. They were great and I would stay here again.

During my 5-week business trip to Paris, I spent 3 weeks at this remarkable hotel. It offers exceptional amenities and a warm, welcoming staff, with Fabio being particularly outstanding in his assistance. The air conditioning was excellent, and the room was well-equipped. They generously provided as many Nespresso pods and dishwasher soaps as needed for your stay. The cleaning staff was courteous and accommodating, offering frequent room cleaning and garbage removal, truly creating a hotel-like apartment experience. Despite the presence of numerous sex shops in the vicinity, the area felt safe and remained lively into the late hours. The location is highly convenient, with easy access to the city center via bus, metro, or affordable Uber rides. Given the opportunity, I would unquestionably choose to stay here again

Wonderful small apartment with all amenities anyone could want, including a complete kitchen. The art style in our room (602) was spot on for Paris. Fabio the evening / night concierge was a great help and always able to answer our questions, and give advice on attractions and restaurants. For us the location was perfect, it might be not the best location for people easily offended by nightclubs with table dancers and such. The only negative thing was that in our room the shower fixture needs maintenance. We loved it and would return.
