If you want a nice spot on the upper deck you gotto beat the long queue. Neat ride with beautiful views. Clear announcements in various languages. Clean washroom available. Vending machine available inside the boat. It gets chilly on the upper deck so a small blanket/jacket/beanie is strongly recommended.

If you are visiting Paris, a cruise ride on the River Seine is not to be missed. We chose Bateaux Parisiens as it was included in the Paris Pass. However, you need to purchase a ticket from the ticket office by showing the Paris Pass before joining the queue to get on to the boat. We got on board the sunset cruise, which was supposed to leave at 8 pm from the pier. However, it took a little bit longer for the crowd to get in and there wasn't a single space left on the upper deck. The boat eventually left at 8.30 pm. We were able to see the city of lights coming into light. After a breath-taking ride along the River Seine, the boat tuned back close to the Saint Louis Church and returned to the Eiffel Tower. At night, it gets a bit chilly on the upper deck, hence be ready with warm clothes. The overall ride took around 90 minutes. It was an awesome ride along the Seine River. Highly recommended.

We were herded on like cattle and the top deck became full very fast which meant sitting inside, until some clever person decided to open the massive windows and we all stepped outside onto the balcony area. Absolutely fabulous. Fabulous views, fantastic having the wind in your hair/face. If you're reading this before you board, go straight downstairs and head out to the balcony on the right hand side of the boat for amazing views of Notre Dame. The boat turns and comes back so you get the views of the other side of the river. Toilets on the lower deck, fully stocked, always a plus. The boat glides along, not a bumpy boat journey at all. Really nice.

Best experience of my life so far! It’s simply beautiful. Also, the organisation works just fine for such a crowded place. If you can, pay the 15€ to take the 1h trip, it shows you almost everything you want to see in Paris, and they also offer a audio voice with commentary’s about the history of the certain place. (I only have videos of the Eiffel Tower)

The view was decent, but had to search forever to find a "phone" that worked, couldn't understand anything and could barely find a functioning audio thing so only take the trip if you understand French fluently. there is nowhere to go outside to see anything. there was like a tiny area in the back that a couple people could squeeze outside for a minute. it was disappointing

Best experience in my last 12-day Paris visit. I took the dinner boat and since the very moment I board, It was pure enjoyment. Incredible staff, excellent food and wine selections. Perfect music atmosphere. It was 3+ hours of the best views of Paris, in the sunset and night moods. Unforgettable experience, very very recommended.

Very cheap considering what's offered here - great views, commentary (including via audio if you're on the lower deck) in multiple languages and a website with info and quizzes. Really relaxing and enjoyable experience. Great way to see Paris from a different angle from the comfort of your seat on the boat. Would absolutely recommend, just make sure you buy tickets in advance as you can turn up any time you want 👍

Cruises are a must do in any city with so much to offer but this one was spectacular at sunset. It was by far one of the best city cruises I've taken. The ships can get a little crowded on the upper deck but that luckily leaves ample space in the lower section for a quieter more romantic experience. Almost feels as if the cruise does not have other passengers! Highly recommend the cruise. Comes with audio guides. I enjoyed this but the views alone were enough. We ran out of time or else I would have insisted we take this another day at the last one to enjoy a starlit romantic evening cruise!

I ended up on this cruise after booking a three course dinner and river cruise through TripAdvisor. The dinner portion was AMAZING! and getting to the pier was easy. The lines were very long but they were moving swiftly. Once boarding onto the cruise you had the option to sit on the rooftop or inside. Of course we all went for the top and there was plenty of seating for everyone up there. It was about 10p so after a few minutes of being up there it was very breezy, I get cold easy so I ended up going downstairs, which I wasn't upset about because there was booth style seating and the windows to the downstairs area were open so you could see everything just fine. And since the cruise ends up turning to take the same path back, what you missed being downstairs, you'll see on the way back. The only tiny downside to being downstairs, if you choose that, is you will miss the sparkle show from the Eiffel tower, so try to catch that when the cruise starts at 11p! The cruise was very nice, there were restrooms as well as vending machines with food, drink, snacks. It was a nice lengthy tour and it was so sweet to have people waving at us when we cruised on by. Definitely book with or without dinner.

An absolutely breathtaking boat ride. The tour was well coordinated, although there was significant crowd, the crew handled things in a very professional manner. The view from the boat was amazing. If you are short on time and have to quickly gaze at the beauty of Paris, you must take this cruise.

Surprising how wonderful their night dinner cruise was on the Seine. Delicious food, perfect length of cruise. Just before sunset one way and return in the dark to see the glorious sights, monuments, buildings and bridges of Paris. Loved it. Well worth the money and highly recommend it.

It was a good cruise reasonably priced they didnt over fill the boat. So there was plenty of room to move. Unfortunately the tour was done in french so if you are English speaking make sure to bring headphones in order to use the app so you can also listen In on the tour.

This was a great way to see paris. There are QR codes all over on the boat, so you can listen to the audio guide in different languages. You can sit in the top of the boat or the inside too, both are great. At the waiting station there is a little souvenir shop which was open even on the holiday.

Had a great boat trip and tour. The perfect way to take in all the sites along the river. A beautiful way to see the City. Highly recommended this boat trip my partner and I thought it was great value for money.

Very busy but easy to find at the base of the Eiffle Tower. Was beautiful to see Paris by night. I think there was information, but it was not available when sat up top. Beautiful views were unable to see all at the end due to the height of the river, but this was fine.

Nice, clean, comfortable, climate controlled boats and beautiful sights along the Seine. Perfect for just taking in the view without too much commentary. Not really the best option if you're looking for a detailed history or personalized tour. It's all pre‐recorded with text-book vibe. Nothing wrong with that - just what it is.

Absolutely amazing and highly recommended, we didn't have to wait to long to board the boat when we arrived at 7pm, was a very large cue but it moved swiftly and boarded on time. Both English and French was spoken by the spoken guide on the speaker given instructions. Their was plenty of seating space for everyone above and below deck, I did rain a bit but it didn't displace the enjoyment of the tour ride, the scenery was spectacular and we got some amazing photos and memories from the boat tour, met some amazing people from all over the world, its something to tick off the list when visiting paris. A down side was The toilet on board was appalling, dirty, smelly and unclean so would avoid going down to that and go before you board and the vending machines were very expensive and didn't vend a few products, the staff on board sat mostly on their phones didn't interact with us or anyone at all, but that all aside it was worth the money and is highly recommended even for the photos, videos and memories.

Its a lovely cruise. They also explain in both french and english. On the boat, some over excited tourists will come from back to front and block the view for the sitting passengers. And they are rude and wont listen to your request. I would request the authority to take care of this. Try to do this in the afternoon/evening time slot.

We did a night ride, and it was wonderful. Don't worry where you sit up top, because if it's not on your side going, it will be coming back. Or do like we did and ride the back of the boat. I love that we went around Il de Cite.

Had a lovely evening ferry ride from the Eiffel Tower. While the boat was nice, they had sealed off the upper deck and cited the reason of the bridges being too low. Surely this could have been made clear when booking the tickets online. We also didn't get to see Nortre Dame. Nevertheless, the information on the speaker was quite helpful and is provided in 4 languages. The ride itself was very scenic. You can get unique views of the Eiffel Tower and other attractions. Definitely recommended for everyone visiting Paris!

Great way to see several of the historic landmarks on Paris in one go and get a tour down the Seine. The process of buying a ticket, boarding and experiencing the ride was good. I would have hoped for a bit of a pamphlet or something given the price of the tickets but you could link your phone up to the WiFi and enjoy the audio book in your preferred language

An hour long boat ride, across the beautiful Seine river, with pre recorded overview, and details of some more iconic spots places. There is a small tuck shop to grab snacks and beverages, and also vending machine at the boarding stop. Gorgeous boat, very clean interior, there's an open deck and then there's a closed, temperature controlled lower deck with glass ceiling and walls. There's coffee vending machines and washroom onboard. Welcoming staff, wonderful way to discover Paris!

A magnificent experience, especially at night. I wanted to end a special day in a special way, i was thinking of dining at a fancy restaurant, but at the end you can do that every day and any day, so i saw this notice and decided to give it a try. Very well organized, not far from the center, very flexible, you pay for a day and can choose any hour between they're open until the last trip which is at around 20:00 (8pm). I wanted to do it at night because of the lights, and i wasn't wrong. So beautiful. You won't regret paying for this.

Very good value for money. We were on the 4pm sailing which was perfect timing for sunset pictures. Wrap up warm though can be chilly up the top in Jan but if you want different close up views of notre dame it's perfect. On the river there are no queues and you definitely see a different side to Paris.

Nice ride on the river to see the sites from a different perspective. Decent price and the lines are huge but they are very fast and efficient getting you through the que. I rode on the top open air part and it was a bit brisk. Also there isn't much of a narrative unless you download the app and bring your headphones. I wasn't aware of that. All on all I'm glad I did it. I was a fun hour

Bateaux Parisiens Seine River Gourmet Lunch & Sightseeing Cruise. From the start to end, it was wonderful. We arrived just before the boat took off because we were held up elsewhere and made it just in time. The boat itself was nice and clean, staff members so lovely and welcoming. The food was so very nice, all 3 courses went down a treat. Boat was moving at a nice pace, so we didn't feel sick on board nor dizzy. It was nice seeing the monuments as well. Will definitely recommend this!

Overall an acceptable experience. Enjoyed the food, the wine and the sights along the river. Question I have is, could this same experience be achieved without the cruise dinner? Obviously it can be. If so, is the money and time spent really worth it? So if I were to have limitless time and money, I would go for it. If I were on a tight schedule or a shoestring budget, then I would suggest skip. The cruise came with live performance. Not bad. Our party was huge and we were arranged to sit right in the middle of the cabin. Not ideal at all as we saw little of the beautiful Paris. Suggest to sit near the window. If not, it’s totally a waste of the opportunity. The service crew is busy and stretched and they don’t seem like they love their jobs very much. Would be much better if they care more. The worst set of service staff I have seen in Paris. The photography service was a good idea. However, the 25 euro per photo was a definitely rip off. Ended up none in my party of 20 cares to even look at it. In fact, I think it is a definitely turn off as the cost of the cruise I understand is on the expensive side. It might be better if the service is not offered at all. Anyway who donot carry a smart phone these days? 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏼 Hope the management keeps these reality in their reviews.

Took a 6:15 dinner cruise on Jan 2nd. Typical rainy night in Paris. The staff was awesome. Really nice cabin and views from the front of the boat. The food was good. Plenty of 🍷. My only disappointment was how quick it was. It really was an hour and 15 minutes or so. Have to rush through your meal a bit. I was able to finish the food and wine. The staff allowed us to stay on board a bit longer. A+ to the staff and views. A for food “Duck was delicious” A- for time. Definitely recommend it.

One of the best cruises to explore Seine and Paris. The entire vessel was extraordinarily clean with audio guide phones on each seats. The language selection was quite extensive. The staff is courteous and she was describing each monument in gorgeous detail. Well done!

Boat tour was great. We arrived quickly didn’t wait long to board. On board the boats are clean, the bathrooms were clean, I didn’t opt to list to audio, rather just soaked in sites and listened to the captain commentary every few minutes. Ride was smooth, getting on and off was easy. A must do for everyone visiting Paris. Prices are reasonable too. Great way to see the Seine.

There are indoor and outdoor seats. The best views will be on the outside but it was freezing when we visited (December) so we opted for the indoor seated with the heater to keep us warm. The views are wonderful. We got pictures from a different perspective. The guide spoke in 3 languages (French, English and Spanish) but there are little translator boxes you can choose a different language (not sure on the specific ones but I saw about 6 other ones). I would recommend this when the weather is a bit warmer or if you bundle up well. I would also get there a bit earlier for outdoor seating.

Fantastic value for money (particularly for Paris), with a 2 hour lunch time cruise. The food was outstanding with 4 choices for each course. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great views of many of the iconic buildings in Paris. 10/10 👍🏻

We bought tickets in advance through an online website. But we're late that day. Luckily, the scheduled river cruise was delayed for 30 minutes. Thus, we could enjoy our hour long cruise without any incident. Even though there's shower that morning, we could enjoy the whole cruise trip.

Great experience, service and food! Make sure you arrive at least 30-45 min before start time. We were stuck in traffic and missed our original reservation. The later cruise had an opening so we were able to join that one. Very lucky that cruise time was not fully booked!

Took the kids on the ladybug and cat noir tour. They loved it as the actors were great and really committed to the part. It was all in French which we did know before booking but we weren’t given an English guide either so that was a bit disappointing I did manage to translate most of if anyway. I got some of the main bits and could translate some things to the kids but they just loved the dancing and could even understand when cat noir was being silly and ladybug would tell him off - kids seem to transcend language sometimes. All in all perhaps an option to translate some bits in English like the main story for the adults so we could give the kids a bit more of a background - only on a printed sheet or an online video maybe would be nice but all in all it was great as it was an entertaining boat ride to see all the great monuments. We brought a photo which was taken at start for £10 which was ok but was hoping something could come with the £20 ticket each like a gift pack maybe just a token like a sticker set or pencil.

Nice river cruise with fantastic food. It was one of our best restaurant experiences: everything was super delicious from the starters through the main dishes and cheese plates to the desserts, and the served wines were also great and matched the food. The waiter spoke fluent English (although with a heavy accent) and was a true professional, even adding some interesting notes about the wine and the sights we were seeing. By the end it was getting dark and we could take great photos of the Eiffel Tower from the boat. Highly recommended!

THIS IS A GREAT WAY TO SEE A PART OF THE CITY AND LEARN A FEW TIDBITS ABOUT HISTORY AS WE PASS BY A FEW BEAUTIFUL BUILDINGS AND IMPORTANT LANDMARKS. THIS IS MY SECOND TIME TAKING THE BATEAUX PARISIENS TRIP ON THE SEINE, AND I ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH.

Our tour was a lot of fun. It ended up being my father in laws favorite part of the day and before we were st the Louvre. You get on the boat right behind the Eiffel Tower so you get amazing pictures. Our ticket included both the Louvre and this cruise and it was only 32€. I would definitely recommend this tour as it gives you a nice chance to get on the river and take some nice pictures. We left around 6pm and I think that is a perfect time to go.

Seeing Paris on board was also different. It was a peaceful time. However, I had to change the baby's diaper, but the toilet on the first floor was locked and I had to use the shared basement bathroom.

I was hoping to hear a tour guide talking with the typical "on your left you'll see blah blah". Instead i had to rely on my phone. It's nice that they can offer many languages that way but the audio was not synced to where we were on the river . Also, in my opinion there was too much dramatized reading and not enough facts. I stopped listening after about 20 minutes of the 1 hour ride since I had to keep coming out of the browser to try to figure out what I was looking at and it's significance.

  • 5/5 attila n. 3 years ago on Google
It was a good ride, the boat is very wide and lots of people can come on board but that’s a negative, sooo many people are waiting and sitting next to you. Best spot is on the ground floor - outside the windows and left side, you’ll see everything! The boat goes by the Eiffel at the end to take picture!😊

  • 4/5 Strawberry F. 3 years ago on Google
Initially concerned that a cruise on the Seine may be too touristy, but actually found it enjoyable. People had the option to sit at the top level of the boat, which is especially nice when the sun is out. You can see some nice parts of Paris by the river. While there were many people on the boat, it wasn’t too bad and everyone who wanted a seat outside found a seat. Narration on the speaker wasn’t too much; apart from a few descriptions, it was just some music playing in the background. A nice way to see Paris

  • 3/5 Stephen G. 1 year ago on Google
It was ok. If you like to sit on a hard seat for 1.25hours a long with 400+ people this is for you. The sights were very nice, but a small boats would be a better option.

The tour was great. We were lucky because it was a sunny afternoon which makes Paris look beautiful from that angle. I recommend the tour and it's really nice for kids too. My son loved the tour and waving people sitting by the river.

Not recommended at winter + they didn't tell us that they are closed on Monday and Tuesday when we bought an "open ticket that can be used anytime". If you walked along the river, it's not highly recommended and we found it too long (15 minutes were enough). The location is great right near the Eiffel tower.

  • 5/5 Usman K. 3 years ago on Google
Throughly enjoyed the 1 hour tour. Music in the background as well as opportunity to hear the commentary. Boat passes through 7 bridges and quite a few attractions on both sides of the river. The view of Eiffel tower in the background with blinking lights makes it even more spectacular. Highly recommended for any traveller. Definitely worth spending money on this river seine tour.

The best lunch or dinner cruise tour on the river. I especially recommended the dinner cruise to be able to see how the river life comes to life at night. Also if you're lucky, you may get to see the Eiffel Tower twinkle at the top of the hour.

Well worth the trip. We did the lunch cruise with 5 courses, and wine. The food was very good, and the service was excellent. We upgraded and had the wine, cheese and window seats. The boat was very very nice, and the atmosphere was beautiful. The only complaint is that it was a little hot on the boat in August, but we would highly recommend this river cruise- it is an awesome way to see Paris on the Sienne!

Lovely boat trip thru Seine River with fabulous dinner. Can see all the iconic building along the cruise. Great view indeed. Really enjoy the moment there. We been told that the cost per person is about Euro 90. Very pricey but trust me it is worth every cent. Because the view is spectacular and we been served by great food. A very great experienced. The staff very helpful & friendly.

This was a fantastic experience! I did not expect such a beautiful high-end boat. It was very, very nice! We had a great table, though all looked very good. The service was great and the food was extraordinary! The wine extensive. The photographer was very nice and took fantastic photos. I read all the reviews and some were negative. Those were mostly from people who missed the boat and lost their money. That is really the customer's fault and not the boat company. Take my advice and get there an hour early. Things happen so plan extra travel time. If you don't plan some extra time, then don't blame others when things happen. This was truly a great experience in every way. This is a very well-run business and the trip is a great Paris experience! Do not hesitate to select this trip from this company. You won't regret it! Unless of course you miss the boat and lose your money!

Great experience, the food is refined 4 out of 5, but the overall experience is very good. The staff is the best, always friendly and ready to serve. As an experience once in your life, I recommend. Be prepared to drink a lot, they serve a lot of wine, but in a 2h trip I think it's a reasonable time for you to eat and drink enjoying the wonderful views of Paris.
