Il faut savoir que ce cours est un cours de boxe française donc on frappe avec les poids et les pieds. Je trouve ce cours vraiment complet car on travaille le cardio mais aussi la coordination (ce qui n’est pas gagné chez moi ^^) et le renforcement musculaire et tout ça dans un cadre vraiment beau. Je recommande vraiment ce studio !
