absolutely horrible. first of all i dont get my money back. second of all staff makes me wait because they make jokes with each other. and most of all the ice cream i got for 5€ with extra caramel has no caramel and looks terribly bad. i will not step a single foot in this restaurant again. absolutely awful.

1- they dont full the cup 2- only one guy speak English ( it's horrible to be in famous tourism place and no one speak a basic of English)

Very tasty and good burger. I had double cheeseburger large which was very good indeed. Typical fast food taste but it can take away your hunger. The screen order system was really cool The toilets on the other side were of the worst I have ever visited.

Horrible experience! I understand that lunchtime orders can be overwhelming for staff members but please don't act like robots when a customer asks for help. They gave me the wrong order and when I went back to correct the situation, the girl handing out the orders didn't even consider me a human being. She looked me in the eye but wouldn't respond to my request. Unfortunately, I forgot to check her name because she was stressing me with her robotic and ignorant attitude. If you don't speak French, don't even think about asking the staff for help. Such a shame for a major restaurant chain and especially one that is located near the most famous avenue in Paris.

Absolutely horrible place. They will steal your money, be very careful how much you pay and how much they return. They did not return my change, I treat it as charity. I gave them charity, as they need it.

Very cordial staff and food is also good. The eating space is very clean. The toilets were clean and tidy. 1 star taken down as my son didn't get the card game we ordered & The vanilla sundae is just plain vanilla ice cream. We were disappointed. Overall great experience 😊 keep it up BK Paris 👍🏻

Visiting from London, UK, my wife and I came upon this Champs Elysee branch, we expected crowds and exorbitant pricing. That was not to be. The great experience started with the language option menu offering dashboard being simple to navigate. This establishment should be the prototype and standard bearer for all global fast food restaurants. This restaurant was the cleanest and most comfortable and aesthetically friendly Burger King that I have ever visited in my life and the food was authentic and tasty. There was a neighbouring spill which was promptly, inobtrusively and effectively cleaned up. In leaving, I had no choice but to pass on my sentiments to the Manager Louis. I will definitely be eating there again the next time I am in Paris.

The cheapest food in Paris. That is mostly what made it good. Just like any other burger king tho... you always know what you're gonna get :)

I'm a regular BK customer. This branch is the worst, dirty kitchen, untrained staff. The supervisor was very rude to people, and when we mentioned complaints, he shouted , " Make a complaint, I don't care." I expected a higher standard for a BK branch in the Champs-elysees. It was a bad experience.

Place is way cleaner than I expected, considering the location. Staff was friendly, and the food was ready in a matter of minutes. The place also feels very big, with lots of room for people, so it never felt overcrowded. The restroom was also clean. Overall a good experience.

I went to the only fast burger place in town that serves beer. Couldn't get anymore. For the information of everyone else who has very rarely visited this place.

That branch does not look so clean and fresh ! One of the staff kept touching food with his bare hands before serving them.

Toilet is possible. Very comfortable. But sometimes there's a long line. But at least you can use it.

Shout-out from America! Thanks for my CoD MW2 Code! Sorry for the way it has to be done. But being that France cannot throw out food your country seemed the best location to do such a thing as I hoped my meal at least went too a homeless person or person in need of a free meal.

It's a busy burger king because of where it is, handy for a cold drink in hot weather.

If I want to compare the burger king with other famous brands! I suggest you burger king, and my opinion about this branch is good ambiance, clean, and easy access for you near Champs-Elysées avenue.

I really like this place but there were days when no one from workers speak even a little english. For this location this is shame. And also this place need security. Every time when I had a food there - many homeless people walk around and ask for money.
