This was the worst experience in Paris so far. We came with our family (5persons) and it was not crowded at all. At first they didn’t want to accept us in the front area (semi-outside), then when we got a spot inside, the staff was super rude. When 1 out of 5 wasn’t thirsty, we were almost sent away. All 5 of us were FORCED to order something. So we ended up ordering drinks. A cup of ginger tea was 8 euro. No, not fresh ginger tea. Just a tea bag and some hot water. Ridiculous. They sell it that you can see the Eiffel Tower, but only in a distance. This place is horrible and it has a bad vibe. The energy was bad, the staff really the most unfriendly I’ve had in years, the prices ridiculous and overall they didn’t care at all about serving us. Avoid this place at all costs. This is not worthy of being a Parisian bar. I advise you to spend your time, money and energy somewhere else. 0/5⭐️

Cozy, pretty cafe in Trocadero with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The views comes with the price, but it’s expected. The service is great and fast. Nothing to complain.

Awesome covered & heated patio seating with a great view of the street and a (barely obscured) angle of the Eiffel Tower! Food was delicious and the server was great! We got the French Breakfast (baguette, hot chocolate, fresh squeezed orange juice, and a mixed omelette with ham and cheese). Would definitely recommend this cafe!

I actually usually avoid typical tourist places like these or any other high trend establishments. Partly because I find them to be muddled in the quantity over quality aspect… Needless to say this place was the real deal, amazing view of the Eiffel Tower and in a busy and bustling people watching kind of area. I’d definitely come back for the energy and experience again! The price is up there for lunch that’s for sure but you’re in Paris and can stare at the Eiffel Tower for hours. The food was surprisingly well made and fresh, at least for what we got and we really were dying for something green and whole after spending a week eating French cuisine and seemingly not nearly enough vegetables. The menu has plenty for everyone however including some gorgeous salads and green drinks. Everything really seemed quite fresh.

Nice cafe with a partial view of the Eiffel tower. We sat outside and had a very nice waitress. A bit disappointed with the baguette as it was tough and chewy. Proud to reach Master Reviewer status with over 41 million views of my photo collection on Google maps.

I dined at Café du Trocadéro and had a wonderful experience. Despite some negative reviews, I found myself unsure about the complaints. Yes, prices are slightly higher, but given the prime location by the Eiffel Tower, it's understandable. The meal was enjoyable, the customer service was impeccable, and overall, I thought the restaurant was great. I'd gladly dine there again in the future.

So far this is my favorite restaurant to enjoy a romantic evening in Paris with absolutely fantastic view on the Eiffel tower. Every time I am in Paris I come here. The cheese board here is really great, for sure with a bottle of wine and French fries with cheese sauce make the perfect combination for an amazing date. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Here is a little bit hard to get a table on the Eiffel tower. The only thing I don't like is this place is super pricey. But it is worth it to try it once.

We enjoyed our dinner and then viewed the Effiel Tower at night. Very crowded area, lots of street benders nearby. The macaroni and veal dish was delicious, the steaks were a bit overcooked but had good flavor. A bit overpriced, but location is everything. Very good place to people watch. Close to metro.

We walked here around 9pm after visiting Eiffel Tower. It's still pretty bright outside in July. We sat outdoor and enjoyed some deserts and drinks. The deserts are little pricy, but location, location, location :) The waiter was very nice and patient to explain things to us.

Visited on a cold, overcast day. The heaters in the outdoor dining space were very nice after walking around all day. Yummy pastries, and a fun view of the Eiffel Tower!

Food was fairly good ! A little pricey but good. The waitress was very sweet! The seating outside...a Gem of course because you are facing the Monumental Eiffel tower.

First time in Paris, this is a grand location, food, service, staff and beer or wine. Lots to choose from great menu, service was quick and staff had lots of local information.

This cafe deserves 4.5 for the view alone! The food was nice - but it is a very busy, tourist cafe. I witnessed several groups be rude to the server, yet the server was still polite and professional - just not warm and chatty. English was spoken and ordering was smooth. Pro- tip: scan the code on the table for a menu in your language!

Ate brunch here and it was absolutely delicious! Also situated right in front of the Eiffel Tower. We had fresh pressed green drinks along with smoked salmon bagel and Alvarado toast. Finished with amazing pistachio dessert. Truly amazing.

This became my favorite cafe while visiting Paris. The best eggs I’ve ever had, great pastries, the fresh orange juice was so good and espresso. We made this a morning and nightly ritual. Stylish friendly staff. It’s pretty popular, like a vogue magazine. Also good for photo ops. You can see the Eiffel Tower right across.

I’m not sure why there is a wait to eat here except for the view of the Eiffel Tower which is blocked by trees. There are pigeons everywhere and the outdoor tables and chairs are uncomfortable. The food looks good but taste could be better. The items are overpriced. I asked for plain tap water and was sold l’eau plat for 8,5 euros. I asked for a crepe with strawberries and received a crepe with strawberry preserves. The service is good but there are so many people passing by and so many smoking that it is so difficult to enjoy the atmosphere. Total bill was 62,5 Euros.

Was lucky to find space on the patio overlooking Eiffel Tower, on a rainy soggy day. Reached just minutes after 12 so it was lunch menu. Ordered a salad and grilled salmon. Good presentation, customer service and atmosphere is top notch. Great experience!

I tried this spot for brunch. The quality of the food is okay, though nothing special. But the atmosphere, if you're sitting outside, is quite hectic and really makes the experience feel rushed.

Choose the restaurant for its Eiffel Tower view. Food was good service was better than most slow restaurants in Paris. Overall was a great dining experience...

So funny seeing all those tourists line up to get into Carr5tte when 2 doors down, with an actual view of Tour Eiffel, is this place. Service fast and professional, waiters in France are so good. I don't want to give too much away! Like a well guarded secret!

The only place that I truly enjoyed the food in Paris! David our waiter was awesome & interacted with our baby girl the entire time. We were immediately seated and tended to. We got the cheeseburger and the braised beef with mashed potatoes, along with some fresh made juices. The food was sooo well flavored, great view of the Eiffel Tower, cool social scene and ambiance, and friendly wait staff. We enjoyed our meal here and would definitely return!

The food and drink (namely the Grog!) was very tasty. The service was professional. The atmosphere was relaxed. The view was picturesque. Overall, solid value for money.

Location with the view of the Eiffel Tower was perfect! Food was mediocre and waiters extremely slow. We Had to ask a few times for our order, as well as the receipt.

Nice restaurant with a nice view of the tower.A bit crowded but that's normal regarding the area . Friendly staff. We only took a caffe to warm a bit up.

The place has great view of the Eiffel Tower especially while sitting outside, the hot chocolate was pretty good, the croissant took way too long, and tasted normal.

Visiting Café du Trocadéro was a delightful experience. Situated in the heart of the city, this charming café offers a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower, creating an unforgettable ambiance. The menu, filled with classic French cuisine, did not disappoint. I particularly enjoyed their Coq au Vin, which was flavorful and cooked to perfection. The staff was friendly and attentive, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Although the prices were a bit high, the quality of the food and the prime location justified the cost. It's a must-visit for anyone looking for an authentic Parisian dining experience.

We had a great breakfast with a beautiful view with the Eiffel tower. The waitress was very kind and gave us a perfect table. The prices was not higher than any other restaurant, but the vibe was much higher than in other restaurant in Paris.

Cute place if you are looking for a nice eiffle Tower view this Cafe has it!! The trees now cover the top of the tower view, but it's so close that u can still enjoy it. The food is delicious. I got a brunch order to share and crepes. Parking is the only down side.. not much available

Great location with perfect view of Eiffel. Prices are reasonable and food are ok. Not really good though. Had chicken supreme, fish and chips, pasta and escargots. One of the male manager wanted to charge us for butter and hence we decided the ask the friendly waitress that serve us instead. It came out to be free. The restaurant really needs look at this.

We have visited a couple of times over our stay in Paris as the view of the Eiffel Tower is wonderful and it was close to our hotel. Breakfast was pleasant but expensive. We returned a few days later for dinner and the service was superb. The linguine with cockles however was more coriander than anything else which was a shame for me. The dish would have been perfect otherwise. Fillet of beef a little chewier than other locations but nice flavour and well presented. Desserts were fantastic as were the cocktails. Overall a nice place. You pay the extra for the view

Had lunch there one day, and drinks the other night. Een though drinks are very overpriced, you really can't beat the views of the Eiffel tower! Service was outstanding, as our servers Nabilla and Imran absolutely went above and beyond! The food was delicious, as the fous Gras and escargots were delicious!

Great view of the Eiffel Tower, a touristic spot and that’s probably why the prices are quite above average. I expected more from the croque monsieur we ordered, the bread was quite dry and it wasn’t anything special. I would go back for the ambiance and try other things on the menu. The aperitif was good and priced as expected for the area.

We enjoyed our early dinner here after visiting the Eiffel Tower. Nice atmosphere, frequented by locals as well as tourists with a decent menu. Service is swift and food is tasty. Can only recommend the croque madame.

Visit this authentic Parisian cafés with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Go for something to eat or just something to drink. Would probably go back here for the atmosphere and the location. You might have to get a reservation depending on what time you’re going there.

Decided to give it a go as next to the hotel we were staying. We were greeted very nice outside and were given a nice table inside, service was good, it could have been a bit more attentive towards the end. Food was different and will say good. We had a quinoa salad, burger and vale rib steak (€46 just the steak),plus snails, fresh super juice and beer. My daughter said the steak was excellent. They accommodated the very fussy eater with chips and plain pasta (not from the menu), plus she was given a kiddie size ice cream for free. And I've chosen from danish tray the chocolate mousse. I've tried the muller wine but was not good, it had a spirit taste rather than wine taste. We paid €190 bill for all that, as being opposite the Eiffel tower we were expecting it.

Great location, if you enjoy people watching sit out front. Espresso was great and delicious. My eggs were supper soft maybe a lot of butter. Just needed salt and pepper to taste. Ham was pretty good. Portions large. Would come back.

Spectacularly delicious Sunday’s brunch. As soon as you reach the entrance, somebody immediately welcomes and accommodates you. Service is great and food is rich in flavor. All in all, considering the view, the food and the hospitality, it’s definitely worth it.

This is my favorite cafe for views of the Eiffel Tower at night. My fiancé and I always get dessert and enjoy the view on the patio and it’s a romantic and delicious experience every time. If you want a table outside just sit down at an empty one, don’t wait to be seated. If you’re eating inside maybe get a reservation first as it’s typically pretty crowded. The crème brûlée is particularly phenomenal— highly recommend!

Location is perfect, but it always very crowded. The result is obviously, average service. Good place for a drink or coffee, with Eiffel Tower as a viewing.

  • 3/5 Matt F. 2 years ago on Google
The location is great, service and food quite average. Service was not really engaging and needed to be called several times whenever something was needed. No inquiry if we like the food or the drinks.

The portion sizes are good and the taste of the food is okay. But the items are overpriced and our waitress was very rude. Consider other options if you can.

Sit outside and enjoy the best view of the Eiffel Tower with a nice coffee, cocktail, or meal.
