This was just another stop on the Paris Croissant tour. This was on a Sunday and as we learned, most places are closed on Sunday's but luckily this was open. We ordered a croissant and a Quiche Lorraine. The croissant was one of the best in Paris that I have had. You could taste the butter which I really liked. The quiche lorriane was super super super hot when they heated it up. To the point where I could not even hold it in my hand. It was nice for sure but not the best quiche I have had.

A sharp decline recently. The flan is half the size but more expensive, the employees frosty and rude, and they don't refrigerate the drinks. I live in the area and the prices are utterly ridiculous, obviously designed to fleece tourists who don't know what they're doing. I swear they've put the prices up by 2 euros on average in the last two years. That's almost double the price for some items, and they're small and very variable in quality. It used to be good, now I go out of my way to avoid it.

Needs to be fresher. We got 4 different items and was good but not great. The raspberry muffin was sweet cake with raspberry on top but not in the cake. The chocolate croissant was good, needed more chocolate. The sweet bread was good. It was Sunday and only bakery opened and seemed more like a chain. Have been to several bakeries and this was ok not great.

Overpriced and low quality. They even charge you if you consume at the table but there isn’t any actual service. If you exit Orsay museum don’t stop here, paris has better to offer to you

Roast beef sandwich, apple cake and large coffee americano. Cake was sweet i couldnt eat it, sandwich was good but little mustard would make it perfect and coffee was just not good. Options were great so maybe i've chosen badly. For 13.5 euros i was expecting more. At least better coffee.

Convenient stop for a late afternoon coffee and dessert. Our pastries were excellent and the coffees good! I still think about that raspberry tart lol

We stopped 2-3 times at this place as it was convenient for us to have a breakfast. What we ordered every time was OK. I strange custom - if you consume at the table you are charged extra... But I was impressed by the beignets - OMG little cloud of delight!

It is a perfect place for a quick bite to eat. Just because it's a chain doesn't mean it isn't worth trying. We find that this place is consistent with delicious sandwiches and sweet treats. I enjoyed a ham and cheese baguette as well as red fruit tart. Also had good coffee and lots of seating, which is not easy to come by in this area. Extremely good bread, I would recommend.

Meh. Better croissants at Starbucks. Pain au Raisins had a hard seed or something in it that almost chipped my wife’s tooth. Skip it.

Purposely ignored by the drinks cashier staff for my one drink order despite waiting patiently in line. Claims that he called the order when he made it however I was standing and observing him make drinks for all other customers first. Disappointing unfortunately

I enjoyed the croissant here. However disappointed to hear that cream/milk cost extra for coffee/Americano?! First time I ever heard of that. Or maybe there was a miscommunication ?

The pros : good selection of pastry and sandwiches, outside seating area The cons : service was a bit slow, milk at the bottom of the cappuccino wasn’t warm, no “croissants aux amandes” (they never sell them according to the staff, which is bizarre as most other Eric Kayser bakeries stock them)

The predictable taste but memorable. We found this place on our way to Orsay museum coincidentally. I saw some people holding bread and coffee near this store and entered this bakery. The taste was amazing regardless of our status we were craving to have something at that time 🤣

Everyone was so nice, the people buying, the people selling, it was an amazing environment. The pie was very tasty. Definitely try it!

Just what I wanted after a 7 hour flight to Paris! Coffee was okay - I got a hot americano. The venison sandwich was great though!!

We come to this place for 3 years in a row already and we always had a great experience here. The quality of food is really good. Especially I could recommend quiche and macarons. It’s a bakery so I won’t expect outstanding quality of coffee or service - it’s not poor, just average. The coffee is a little overpriced and prices differ if you want to stay or to go. But you could also take to go and stay here. The prices for baked goods are average. People who work here are always kind and polite to you.

Terrible customer service, cashier, and both service staff. Gave me so much attitude the entitlement was unreal. Ordered an Americano with milk, tried to give me a iced coffee then spilt half the espresso down the drain and tried to give me that. Then ended up with drip coffee and shooed me away. Croissant wasv average, cheese bread was inedible.

Nice sandwiches but not a lot of vegetarian options and a bit overpriced

I picked up some freshly baked traditional baguette . The cakes on display looked very tempting and fancy . They have few spots taken in the son . A big indoor seating area they charge you more if u sit to eat your items . Quick service . Pricing is higher than any other regular bakery in the area . Practical to grab a bite if you are in a hurry .

We had 2 sandwiches, one was decent but the other one was awful. The ham was dry and old. The place was full of bees that were all over the food. We ordered sparkling water and it was room temperature, they didn’t even ask if we wanted another drink to replace it, they just gave it to us like that. It’s worth specifying that the place was almost empty, so they were not busy.

Great looking and tasting breads and pastries. Best pan au raisin!!! Coffee can be improved.

Rude service. Extra charge if you drink something in the stablishment. Dirty, it was really a chaos. Coffee is disgusting, watery and no flavour. Expensive. Don’t come here, there are better options.
