Extremely
disappointed
by
the
service
here,
specially
from
the
director.
I
believe
his
name
was
Roberto?
He
charged
us
16€
for
water,
and
when
I
kindly
said
“sorry
why
is
it
16€
for
water?”
And
he
said
“you’re
either
drinking
alcohol
or
you’re
not.
But
it’s
the
same
price
either
way”
I
said,
“show
me
that
on
the
menu?”
And
he
said
“it
is
what
it
is
—
you
have
to
pay
that.”
He
was
SO
rude.
You
don’t
tell
someone
that
after
they
order
and
drink.
If
youre
going
to
change
that
insane
price
for
water,
either
show
it
on
the
menu
or
tell
us
when
we
order.
My
friend
ordered
a
drink
and
it
was
the
same
price..
as
my
water.
Even
though
I
can’t
drink
alcohol,
he
completely
shamed
me
and
made
me
feel
ridiculous
for
ordering
water.
We
told
him
he
was
being
rude
to
us
(he
was
yelling
at
us
at
this
point),
he
said
that
being
kind
is
not
an
obligation.
Which
is
the
most
shocking
thing
I’ve
ever
heard
coming
from
a
manager
in
hospitality.
Coming
from
LA
—
we
are
used
to
good
service.
And
he
was
opposite
of
that.
I
said
“do
you
own
the
place?
Because
I’d
like
to
speak
to
the
owner”
and
he
said
“not
yet
but
soon”.
Whoever
owns
this
place,
maybe
reconsider
his
involvement.
Anyways,
the
bouncers
were
very
kind.
I’ve
never
written
a
negative
review
before
but
he
completely
ruined
our
night
by
him
yelling
at
us
and
making
me
feel
stupid
for
getting
a
bottle
of
water
because
I
can’t
drink.
He
didn’t
apologize
once
or
try
to
make
us
(his
customers!)
leave
with
a
smile.
Very
dissapointed.
