Not recommended. I ended up going to this clinic to get veterinary services for my dog, out of business hours. Unfortunately, I did not receive the level of services I ultimate ended paying for. In both occasions the diagnosis had nothing to be with the real problem: i.e., at this clinic my dog was diagnosed with (and received treatment and medication for) a muscular contusion, when in fact she had an abscess (diagnosed by her regular veterinary later on). In both occasions that I went to this clinic I had the impression that the personnel had not enough experience; which was corroborated later on with a second profesional opinion. And I also had the impression that the personnel were more interested in charging my credit card quickly instead of providing a satisfactory veterinary service with the same speed. Unfortunately, after these 2 bad experiences, I will never go to them in an emergency and I don’t recommend this clinic at all.

My cat required emergency care due to a thrombosis This clinic and all the people working there have been kind nice professional My cat passed away there the next day, they've explained me before with a lot of empathy and professionalism that it was a high risk, in my arms, calm and sweet The paperwork after has been done with care and sensitivity and empathy again I don't know if there's a good place to die but in my peculiar case, I would say that they were no better place for my beloved cat, my sons and I, for him to leave us in peace

Dr Pasquet and her team are AMAZING!! Our dog, Cashmere, recently suffered an infected paw from an imbedded foxtail—Dr Pasquet lightly sedated him to ultrasound the wound and remove the foreign matter causing the infection. All completed in an office visit and at a reasonable cost! Also, the front desk and other support staff offer EXCEPTIONAL customer care! The clinic is busy (always a good sign!), but any wait is well worth it to have our animals under Dr Pasquet’s care. The other huge benefit of this full-service clinic is that it’s a 24-hr operation, available for emergency care if needed.

Lisa I liaised with. A lot! Thank you for your patience. Reception staff were approachable. Vet was first class. Made Hector (our Standard Poodle) feel at ease. All this in a foreign country where they spoke good English. Me no French.

I was happily surprised by how this clinic accepted to see my cat last minute for an emergency. The clinic is clean, modern, and well lit. The staff provided us exceptional customer service. Dr. Isabelle Pasquet was very attentive, professional, and thorough in her assessments. Ultrasound machine available and blood test results available within 20 minutes. Her excellent communication skills helped me comprehend what was going on with my cat and she was kind enough to answer all my questions in detail. Overall, I am truly grateful to have found an outstanding vet close to home and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a vet in Paris. Dr Pasquet and her amazing team have taken care of my two dogs for the last eight years. She came recommended to me by Dr Chloe LaCroix when I moved the 11th, and I will always be grateful that I found such a caring, talented and meticulous veterinarian. She is patient, kind, and resourceful, and will always do whatever it takes to find the best solution for your animal's well-being. When my boston terrier became sick with cancer, Dr Pasquet found her the best oral surgeon in the Paris area, and followed her care from  A-Z. When I didn't know if we should continue treatment, I was able to call her for advice. She treats each animal and owner with complete compassion and respect. She has guided the care of my animals from chemotherapy, osteopathy, physical therapy, nutrition, where to board them in Paris, where to seek specialists, and so much more. When it was clear that my sweet Xochi needed to go, Dr Pasquet treated her like a family member and helped us enormously through our pain. We get our next puppy this Friday, and I know Vet In Paris will do everything to make the experience wonderful. Dr Pasquet is pragmatic, effective and honest in good times and bad. I trust her completely.

I am very happy to have found this vet !!! My rabbit lost one eye because I was in the wrong clinic . When her second eye needed treatment this clinic was the only on open on the weekend. They did all they can to treat her and we are on the verge of saving her eye !! I am so happy. They easy to talk to and if you have a question all you need to do is call. Thank you so much!!!! 😃😉

Wow, what an incredible vet. Dr Brennan helped my cat so much. Even though i had only been in the clinique once she was so attentive, patient and dedicated. One of the best vets in Paris.

Great staff who are attentive and very helpful service. Dr Tara Brennan is a caring vet who listens well and gives solid advice for my little frenchie. It’s super easy to get in for check ups and emergencies. I highly recommend them and Roméo loves going in to visit everyone! 🐶

[Update] Within 15 minutes of making the original post of my disappointment, Isabelle, the owner, called me directly. She immediately apologized with empathy for the situation and began to uncover how this happened. She followed up with my very quickly with what happened, apologized, told me how she would correct it to ensure it didn’t happen again and went above and beyond to make it right. I am so appreciative of her sense of urgency, accountability, and willingness to make it right. Thank YOU! 10/10 recommend ✨ [Original post] I usually have a good experience but my most recent encounter was VERY disappointing. I can recommend most of the doctors here but not all are up to par. I requested a refund for services I paid for but did not receive. The doctor I spoke with kept ignoring my request and saying my vet would call me with the results. However, that is not what I was asking for. After several times asking, she finally said it’s not possible. I explained I do not want a call for results I was meant to receive several weeks ago and no longer needed. She said my doctor would call me today and hung up on me as she no longer wanted to deal with me, it seems. I find this rude and unprofessional. In addition, instead of taking accountability for the issue, I was only given excuses and justifications as to why this may have happened - a communication issue. TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY and make it RIGHT. I should not be obliged to pay for services that I did not receive results in a timely manner for. Really disappointing customer service. Hope to see it made right as I travel quite a long way just to come to this office and I really expect better from them as I know they can do better.

Very welcoming team, very professional and very well equipped. My dog was in a critical situation, but they took immediately all needed analysis in order to diagnose my dog and placed her on the right medication. Now my dog is safe thanks to them! I definitely reccomend reccomend them.

I am new to Paris, with my 2 cats. I was very concerned about finding good medical care for them while here. I found VETINPARIS through an internet search. With my first appointment, I was assigned to Dr. Kitsos who evaluated an allergic reaction on my little girl’s tummy that had gotten infected. She was treated, and within a short time, my darling was well. During this healing period, I had access to speaking to the doctor as and when I had questions. I absolutely feel so lucky to have found this practice and Dr. Kitsos. She is so very skilled, caring and kind. My baby could have not have received better care. The staff are also very professional, efficient and polite. I highly recommend this practice.

Good experience start to finish. Easy and efficient to make an appointment, clean and welcoming facilities, knowledgeable doctor.

They saved my dogs life. Isabelle, the vet there quickly diagnosed and arranged my dog Mia to get to the hospital after accurately diagnosing why she suddenly became paralysed. Over two years, I have come to this vet. Firstly because i can speak english with them. (Any medical terminology in French i simply cannot understand). Secondly, they genuinely care, and are thorough.

It's comforting to have a 24-hour vet in the neighborhood. I've only visited the clinic one time--for an after-hours stomach problem with my dog. Although my dog was fine (and I was able to get a pet passport for him during the visit) I wasn't fully satisfied with the treatment routine and cost. When Dr. Isabel heard this she reached out to me personally; we discussed my concerns both in-person and after the fact. This extra effort was appreciated, as was her willingness and interest in getting feedback, working to improve clinic protocol and having rapport with her clients.

If you love your pet, avoid going to this horrible place. Will not get into too many details but I had the most traumatic experience with my cat there 3 years ago. The owner, Dr Isabelle Pasquet, is a professional liar. I have proof of so many lies, I stopped counting them. She takes zero responsibility of the negligence of her clinic but cover it up with her lies. If you read carefully the lowest reviews here, in most of them she tries to scare people saying she will transfer it to her so called legal department. I can go on and on but I will stop here. *** Written as a tribute to the death of my dear cat Pini who died in my arms just hours after he was released to our home in a “stable” condition (as she described it) and in order to warn other people with their dearest companions.

I managed to get an appointment very quickly for blood tests for my dog to travel back home to South Africa. We received the results much earlier than expected which was excellent. The staff were great and were able to assist me in English. I would be more than happy to visit Vet in Paris again.
